Native Pest Mgt was the first company of 3 that I had called when I noticed infestation at my home.By far, Native was the most knowledgeable of all. The inspection was done on time and very thorough. The explanation of services to be performed were easy to understand and the price quoted for these services were a great value in comparison to the other big companies. With no hesitation, I signed with Native. On the day of treatment, the tech was on time, and very knowledgeable and very thorough with all that had to be done. I was very pleased with this company. We went over my plan options and within 2 days, he had a technician, Henry, at my home to begin service. Henry was prompt to the time I was given for his arrival to my home. We discussed the pests Ive noticed within my home. He explained the strategy and methods he was going to use to get my pests to take the applied baits to their nests and kill them as a whole. Found Native Pest Management through Yelp and sent a message. They were very quick to respond and had a short turnaround time for the inspection.Zach did our termite inspection and was incredible. He was very thorough and even took the time to sit with me and explain the entire process step-by-step. We were able to schedule the work within a few days.Michael came out and performed the service. Nigel was the technician that came out to treat my 600 feet of ficus hedges that were infested with white fly. From start to finish to follow up after the service I am overly impressed with the professionalism of Native Pest Management. Nigel called me to check up on the health of my hedges weeks after the service and scheduled a follow up service to bring back the health of my hedges. Tech Paul Facey came around 15 minutes early but call me to find out if it was okay. I found that very respectful and of course I was okay with it. He asked for the problem areas and pay good attention to me. When done he gave me a verbal report quoting exactly what I asked for. He also removed all the spider web I had around the house which was something I dont think he had to do. He went above and beyond and for that Im grateful. It had been a month and I havent noticed any bug activity in my problem areas. Excellent service, I recommend them. Thanks.

Jamal did a great job of evaluating our ant problem and within a week we noticed a decline. Now several weeks later the ants are almost nonexistent. Jamal was timely, knowledgeable and respectful. Lissette came out last week and did an excellent job spraying! I had a ton of bugs flying around every time I walked in my backyard and they are gone now! Very kind, sweet person and very helpful!James came out today to spray because I had an influx of flying queen ants and he took care of those for me. He also sprayed the front of my house, around our windows and inside my garage. He also dusted bugs/webs off of the exterior of my home. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and took care of all of my concerns. This company is highly recommended.

A technician just completed the service that was started this morning. I think his name is Jordan and he was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, thorough and attentive to detail. His service and attention to everything was incredible. Native Pest Control have serviced our home over 5 years and the service provided this afternoon is what we are accustomed to from this company.

James M serviced our house interior and exterior today. He arrived on time and was very professional and very friendly (even loved our two new puppies). He informed us of everything he was doing and ensured it was safe the puppies. He wore all covid protective equipment while at our house. We are very pleased to find our new pest control company. We felt he treated our house as he would treat his own.

The technician, Henry, was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through what he was going to do and how it works. He then went about completing the treatment and when done let me know to give them a call if I had and questions or if the ants came back. All in all, the experience was very good.

Nigel came to our home for our regularly scheduled treatment of our ficus hedge for whitefly infestation. He called to let us know he was on his way,. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough with his work. We almost lost our very long hedges to white fly several years ago, but since using Native we have some of the healthiest ficus in the neighborhood. We highly recommend Native Pest Management!

Called for service as we have been under attack by flying ants. Native Pest is hands down the best company with which I’ve worked. They are professional, responsive, and worth every penny. In South Florida it’s hard to find a company that gives you all of this. I’ve worked with Manny since I started using Native three months ago and he always texts me to alert me that he’s on the way, is punctual, thorough in treating my house, and has a warm personality. As a side note, my dog always barks at people but she likes Manny now!

We live in a townhouse and neighbors on our left have termites. So we decided to have preventative treatment even though Native found no evidence of termites in our home. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and professional. Rob did the initial inspection. The office called to schedule us and Efraim and a colleague did the treatment. They were clean and friendly. Native Pest Management was thoroughly professional and effective in all of my interactions to date, including assessment of my termite infestation and comprehensive treatment for this. The prices were competitive as well. I am very pleased with this companys service, and highly recommend them. I actually had termite warranty coverage already from a national company whose name starts with T, but their service was abysmal, and that is why I reached out to Home Advisor for a referral to a different termite treatment company. Natives service manager Zachary, who came out to assess, and then supervise the treatment, was exceptional, and the other staff who came to treat on 2 separate occasions were also outstanding. From what I can see, this is a company that does everything right.

After the exclusion process was completed, they came back every few days (as promised) to check the traps they laid and check the possible entry points they found. I hired Native on July 14th to help with a rodent exclusion. Sean was great explaining the products and services, so I was comfortable with what I was spending.Michael, the technician, showed up on time on July 20th. He proceeded to fill possible rodent entry points on the exterior of my home.When that was complete, he went into the attic to set the traps. Unbeknownst to me there were old traps in the attic, and one had a dead rodent in it. Michael disposed of it for me and let me know that there were old traps up there. When I asked if he would remove the old ones he said yes, then he found the were nailed/screwed into the beams in my attic. After telling me this, Michael disabled all the old traps and made sure there was no bait on them.I am not sure that is part of the job, but Michael did it anyway.Over the next couple weeks Native will swing by and check the traps they have laid.I am early in the Rodent Exclusion process, but everyone I have dealt with has been professional, polite and very customer centric.Like I said- So far So Excellent

Always happy with Native’s service, but Ramiro was FANTASTIC. he called before he got here, spent a long time clearing dead bugs inside, spider webs from screened enclosure, and then came inside to look at a few problem areas. He put on shoe guards when he came in and was masked the whole time. I appreciate Ramiro and his professionalism and diligence!

I am new to working with Native. We just bought a home and after calling, Cierra came over for thorough and informative inspection. Only a day or two later, later Ely came by for the actual pest control services. He was fantastic. Very professional, thorough and informative. Our new home had a very real presence of big headed ants and a week after treatment, I am seeing no issues! Thanks Cierra! Thanks Ely!

So far so good. I called, a lovely girl answered. She was sweet, professional and answered all my questions. She scheduled Neil to come out the house the following day. Neil was fantastic - he taught me a ton about my grass and ornamentals. We signed up and service started the very next day with Ross and Debra. They were professional and walked the property with me again prior to applying the products. They aren’t cheap, but not crazy either. I typically find you get what you pay for. So far I’m happy 😃

Manny provided excellent service and education when it came to handling my roach problem. Even seeing roaches in my home is enough to debilitate me for the entire day until it is dead. That being said, Manny not reassured me by doing a thorough job of baiting my home. He also came on call to kill a giant roach in my home. I will continue to use native pest management for all of my pest control needs. Please hire more people like Manny! It’s technicians like him that makes a difference in customer care and service.

Manny was terrific. He did our follow up for our rats and roach contract. Very informative and he went into the 3 attic spaces to check for activity. He suggested a total pest inspection which he said he would set up. And 30 minutes later we got a call from the company to set up an appointment time ! set. I’ve been very impressed with theses guys prompt service and knowledge. I have just recommended them to a friend to have a termite inspection with Native Pest management!

Extremely responsive unlike other companies that I tried to have come to the house. It was an absolute professional experience, on-time, clean and treated my home like you would expect nice guests to. If you are looking for a reliable company, or dont want the chemicals sprayed around your kids and pets - Native Pest Control can do it better and at a reasonable price.

My technician, Paul Facey, was on time, called when he was on his way, walked me through what he was going to do for my annual termite inspection following termite tenting. He gave me feedback and great info on what to be aware of for termite activity. Paul was great!

The pest control tech was punctual and knowledgeable. Since my last visit, I recently noticed roaches in my house. Lisette treated for the roaches and told me not to kill them so that they can bring the poison back to the nest. She also treated the outside of the house. I highly recommend Native Pest Control.

Very nice guy Henry came to spray. He communicated well about when he would be here and what he had done in the house. Great service. We have seen a big improvement since using this service.
