After starting out with a buy here pay here last year August I was able to obtain a 2007 Honda Civic Coupe. After encountering some mechanical issues with my car after 9.5 months, I was able to upgrade to a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. Thanks to Vito I greatly appreciate it. As a customer who payed ahead of time & on time it ensured me the opportunity to build my credit & finance it through a bank. Now I can rebuild my credit. Everything is a process & nothing happens over night. I want to thank the Salesmen Jimmy whom I started out with & with Tony when I picked out the other car. What a miss she was such a lovely person Ms. Kerry. Always there to process your payments & send a confirmation after the payment was submitted. The affectionate smile through the phone & the customer service was awesome. Schirras is a rip off. I put money down on a car I never tested drive. Everyone knows you 30 DAYS to change your mind. They NEVER gave me my money back. Its 2,250 I am out of. I have yet to have my money. I have been fighting with them for a YEAR now. They keep trying to get me to get another car, I already brought a car a year ago from Royal Palm Mazda. My aunt got a charger from them and had problems with the car since the moment she had it. When she and her husband went to off lease to see how much the car was worth to trade it in, they informed her that the car had a rebuilt title she never knew anything about. These people are a disgrace to car sales. I FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. HOW DARE YOU TREAT A PERSON LIKE THIS? GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.!!!!!!!!!!! YOU GUYS WILL NEVER BE BLESSED IN ANYWAY.. MY ADVICE PEOPLE RUNNNNNNNNNNN AWAY. GIVE THEM NO BUSINESS. GO TO AN ACTUAL DEALERSHIP...

If I could give this place no stars I would. This place is disgusting. When you walk in the door the carpets look gross it reeks of smoke and wet dog. The building looks like it’s going to cave in any minute. The cars their are cheap. I was literally bombarded and pressured. The car had issues from day one! The same night I got the car the battery died had to pay $350 for a new battery to be brought to my house. Then two days later both of the back windows are broken, the passenger inside door handle broke off with in the first week. There was an incorrect screw placement. And when asked for a refund or my money back which is stated somewhere or I’m pretty sure is a common law within $30 days, they told me no. These people are scammers do not go here. And now today the first balls and a few other issues need replacing that’s going to cost $900. I understand that older cars and cars in general have issues. But none of them should be having as many as mine have. Please please please please please stay away from these people and this place.

I recently bought a 2016 Hyundai Elantra from this place. The first day after, the check engine light came on. The next day, low tire pressure. Third day, the tachometer got stuck at 3000rpm. I brought it in to be fixed for free, only to have the tachometer get stuck AGAIN a few days later. Just a few days ago I realized the side mirrors are different as well. One is a plain mirror, whereas the other is one of those concave mirrors with more visibility (those that say objects in mirror are closer than they appear). I considered doing a refund but based on the contract they gave me, I got the car as-is and am stuck with it. Safe to say I will NOT be returning here ever again nor recommending this place to others. I will also be taking my car to a certified Hyundai dealership to be inspected top to bottom, bumper to bumper, for any other hidden issues. This is my first car, so I am least grateful to have learned what not to look for next time.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. They sale cars that are not good and they try to charge for the cost of fixing when they already know the car had a pre-existing problem. They do not handle situations in a professional manner and on top of that the place smells like wet dog and cigarettes.

I love schirras auto, they got me into a 2004 Honda accord more than a year ago and now I am upgrading to a Nissan murano. Vito and his staff are the best, they really work with you and get you what your looking for. Special shout out to my love Kerrie who works in the office she is the best.

Garbage place, garbage cars, and garbage people. Sold a disabled Iraq War veteran a vehicle with ton of issues. They sell junk and they know it. AC stopped working a mile down the road and they exhaust manifold started leaking after I pulled off the lot. They kept the down payment even though I returned the car to them the next day.

The receptionist is rude and racist. Every time I call she has an attitude I went up there to look at cars and she had a smug attitude as if she didnt want to assist me

Shady, liars, untrustworthy, all they care about is selling a car. Ive bought many used cars. This one was not just BAD but UNSAFE TO DRIVE. They would not even return phone calls. DONT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY. THEY ARE LIARS, CHEATS, UNTRUSTWORTHY, AND SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.

All of the cars on this lot are from SHADYVILLE USA. They all smell or look like they have been in floods or something is wrong with them all thats for sure. Plus they want way too much for them. I wouldnt trust buying anything from here.

I bought a Ford Expedition to have multiple problems the next day brought truck back for free repair got the truck back following week and 2 days later everything is the same these people are horrible and all 5 of my children were there when we bought the car and didn’t even think to say anything was wrong with it thanks for the piece of junk we are paying on!!!!
