Problem with car not turning over . I dropped the car off a few hours later they had it running better than ever ; thus setting the bar for service and true professionalism. They know their stuff and therefore; they were able to make a true believer out of one big skeptic. I Recommend them highly.

SUV had extensive damage to brake system. Problem came to a head when the brakes went out and I knew there was a leak. Called the site and Justin answered immediately and professionally. After explaining to him my issues he recommended scheduling a visit to inspect the damage. Scheduling was easy and quick and we were able to get an appointment set first thing on a Thursday.We rolled into the location and every worker on site was friendly and courteous. Justin himself was there to speak with me and advised on the strategy. Left the vehicle there and went on my day.Justin called me to advise his findings and what steps wed need to do to correct it. Everything sounded great and the pricing was excellent. We approved the work and he said hed be able to complete it same day by 4pm.They called at exactly the time they advised and work was complete. They even sent a driver to pick me up and bring me back to the shop for my vehicle.Payment was easy. Everything done was exactly as described and the SUV has never sounded or responded better when braking.Superb service. Superb people. Superb pricing. Everything is perfect.I will be coming here for any future vehicle needs.

I came in because my car would stutter as I accelerated. The online interface was easy to use to book an appointment. Once I had one booked they were fast and effective. I had an electrical issue with my Volvo and didnt trust the dealer...Trail Auto did their best to try and fix the problem, which even meant purchasing parts from the dealer. Unfortunately they couldnt fix my issue and didnt charge me an arm & a leg for all the time/labor they had into the service aspect of my problem. That kind of honesty you dont find very often in the auto repair industry. I will refer them to friends and family as a trusted place of business for auto repairs.

First of all, making a reservation over the phone was smooth & professional. Got here the day of my appointment and they greeted me as soon as I walked in. The interior & exterior are very well kept and clean. Owner has patio chairs outside under a canopy for you to relax with a drink and be on your phone, like I am right now. :) The price was better than expected for an alignment lower than anyone including the major competition. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thumbs up, way up!

I took my vehicle to Al packer Ford in West Palm Beach for a front brake job. I waited 4 hours for them to do only front brakes and they messed up my car so bad. In fact when I applied the brakes, my whole front end would shake and the steering wheel would shimmy as well as a vibration in the brake pedal. It was very frustrating, but I called Military Brakes and spoke with Justin over the phone. He was very professional and made it very easy for me to make an appointment. When I came in, he was ready for me and re-did the whole brake job in 1 hour! My car drives like new again! I will be recommending family and friends and I cant thank these guys enough!

Can’t thank Justin enough for the prompt and expert repair of my truck brake lines. Traveled here from Ohio with my 5th wheel only to have my brakes give out when driving in town. Fortunately I had parked my rig. Justin was prompt in his assessment and repair and also discovered another issue which could have been dangerous if it failed on the way home. I was a little skeptical because I usually prefer going to the dealership. However, the price for what I needed to get done was ridiculous. So I did some shopping around and read a few reviews and it landed me here. They were nice and professional from the beginning. They completed the work in no time and had my car waiting for me. They even informed me about an option that they had where I could pay for my service over time which was awesome! Only thing I will say is only use the pay later option if you actually do not have the money because they advertise it as though you will not collect interest if paid within 90 days but that is false.

Wife had a nail in a tire, she has also been wanting to put new tires on her car, so I checked them out on line, saw they were very good reviews and they are a Snap Finance merchant so easy to apply for financing for things needed.. I already suspected, due to a few squeaks, that she was close to needing brakes also. Sure enough he wanted to show me how paper thin her pads were.. well they close at noon on Saturday we rolled in at 10:30.. so figured breaks would be another trip.. nope, Justin, the owner, was willing to have his guys take care of it and said that it would be done around 1pm.. and if we wanted get a ride home, and offered to pick us back up, but told them ride home would be cool, but I would just drive my truck back. So it was good to go around 1:30. Paid the 39 dollar snap fee and was out the door.. if paid off in 90 days no finance charges. Let me tell you this.. new tires, new breaks, and alignment and wife says the car handles like new!!! Best experience and service I have ever had getting one of my cars taken care of. I will surely have my other car needs done here from now on.

Today was actually my second time dealing with the wonderful people at Military Brake & Alignment. My first time I worked with Bruce and he was very helpful and honest which was very important to me as I had been dealing with a couple of dealerships that were trying to tack on more services than what my car truly needed. He broke down everything that needed to be done to my car and made sure that I was okay with what needed to be done prior to working on my car.Today, I had the pleasure to work with Justin, who was just as wonderful as Bruce. He took the time out to listen to what issues I was having with my car and we did a test drive so he could hear the sounds I heard while I was driving. He was very open and honest with what work needed to be done and how long it would take. He was also very patient as I had to make a couple of phone calls to determine whether I would be able to get the work done. I was able to have my car back the same day and I even got a cool air freshener as well.I really admire the professionalism and integrity that is displayed at this shop. Ive had my fair share of mechanics who tried to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge, but I feel very comfortable knowing that this does not occur here. Everyone that Ive worked with has been very friendly and wonderful. So long as I live in Palm Beach County, my car will be coming here for repairs.

Was recommended to these guys from a family member, and being a very big automotive guy & DIYer I have to say that the level of care and professionalism is 5 stars so far on my 2 experiences with them. I dropped off my Ford Ranger @ 8am (which I scheduled) and they had my truck in the back within 10 minutes. That usually NEVER HAPPENS! They called me mid day for an update on the issues, parts needed, and pricing. Pricing was reasonable, especially since he told me they were using OEM parts from Ford. I picked up my car before end of day, reviewed the work in the parking lot and they even cleaned up some sloppy wiring harness that I havent had time to do since moving. The next day I brought it back again in the AM (realizing my blinker was out) and they said not to worry and had it fixed in 10 minutes. Great family owned/operated Independent repair shop. We had driven in from out of state and had only a short window of time knowing our vehicle was overdue to have brakes replaced. Not only did Justin fit us in, his tech heard the s-belt chirping and clicking of the harmonic balancer pulley that’s known for deterioration on our model vehicle. Ive been coming her for years now and Ive never been disappointed.

Service was fine, but they basically scammed me and overcharged me by about 3-4 hundred dollars for my brake and roter change. I went to another place who quoted me right away with the price of 300$ for my front roter and brake replacement. be careful if you dont know a lot about cars because I didn’t and this happened. Very unhappy about this.

Day 1 - were ok, pretty much standard of any car shop around and who you deal with. Had no time to argue but basically ended up paying for 2 tires and only needed 1. Got an alignment and my car still drives like I need an alignment, and the guy tells me they couldnt do a full one but gave me $30 bucks off. Triple A told me on the phone they pay up to $50 for labor fees ($119.85), but the guy behind the counter told me it wouldnt be that much and I could just get 10%off, so he took $10 off. I recommend finding somewhere else before you get the run around and end up paying $500 when only a tire is needed.DAY 2 - Justin called me after my initial poor review which I left above. I was not happy with the service and he wanted to do anything he could to make it better. I brought my car in when we agreed upon and he did exactly as planned. No issues with this service and I think I found my new car shop with reliable service.

MB&A has serviced my 2004 130k Toyota Camry XLE since I moved to Palm Beach Gardens in June 2019. I found Justin and his team thru a recommendation at the local AAA office after a disappointing experience with a local dealer. First, MB&A is a small business that treats its customers as if they and their service needs are important. Justin explains what is needed and gives a quote before servicing your vehicle. I’ve noticed that financing is even available for customers who may need it in case the repair estimate exceeds their budget. My car was running rough in idle after it was transported from Boston and Justin’s team found a broken motor mount as part of the repair which had likely been a longer, but undiscovered problem. My initial service went well. I received a follow up reminder for routine service, and Justin recommended a part replacement related to the carburetor. This time, the car is running better than it ever has even when it was new. Justin likes the Toyota product for its quality and his shop can provide you with reliable and competent service. I also like the idea that MB&A rotates, aligns and balances the tires and wheels in connection with its service providing a super smooth ride which is noticeable when driving. Highly recommended.

Justin went above and beyond to get the car I had just purchased from a used car dealer lot checked, they replaced the head and brake lights, and removed a screw out of the tire. I was in and out in an hour. I highly recommend these guys!
