Had a great experience.One of my tires shredded and I had AAA tow my BMW to this place at 11pm. They had a drop off box so I left key and info.They called me first thing the next morning and I ended up getting 4 new tires since the date on my old tires was 2007. Probably dry rot was a factor in my other tire failing.They had a sale ...buy 3 get 1 free rebate.Audrey Puckett helped me the whole way. She was very professional and helpful.Certainly made my situation a lot better
Today I had to visit Tire Kingdom but work related, I work for a company and we keep our vehicles home so I’m apart of the fleet service program. I came in due to a tire blow out, walked in on a Sunday morning and was helped by a gentleman name Johnson Smith, very helpful professional young man, he wasn’t able to help me out on Sunday because the fleet service requires a certain type of tire so it had to be ordered, Mr. Smith went ahead and set me up for a Monday morning appointment took all my information and the information needed from the vehicle so that it would be a smooth process and it was. Great staff there they get the job done here at this location. Thank you guys for awesome service.

I came home from church last Sunday and had a flat rear tire that was almost new on my CRV. I Pumped it up and went to Tire Kingdom on Military Trail and Community. It was already 1:30pm and they close at 4pm. Johnson in the front office went out of his way to help me as I had to drive to Tamp early the next morning. The were slammed and Johnson couldn’t promise me but he squeezed me in. The tire had a broken razor blade at the edge and couldn’t be patched. He put on a new tire that was almost the same and I was out the door by 3:45pm. They were fantastic and I would take my SUV to another shop in WPB but to Johnson on Military Trail. Awesome group of guys there and very professional.

I always have good luck here. Bought my tires and purchased tire insurance and used it twice already. Guys there are super friendly and knowledgeable. The best part is they answer questions and no one ever talks down to me if I ask a question.
I have been buying tires from Tire kingdom for many years, Last year 8/2019 I bought 4 new tires with 1 year wheel alignment, I made an appointment over the phone on 9/10 to get the alignment done, they pulled up my account and scheduled me for the following day 9/11, as I arrive to the appointment they tell me my warranty had expired, (I’ve been working at a dealership for over 21 years, so I know they can bend the rules), As I’m walking out of the store frustrated, one of the guys walks behind and says, “because I’m a good guy I will allow 1 alignment, I’ll reschedule you for tomorrow 9/14 @ 5:30” I agreed. The next day as I leave work in a hurry to make it on time, I get a call from Tire Kingdom rescheduling again, I say fine. The next day as I’m arriving to the appointment at 5:20 they are calling me again. This time I did not answer. I went inside the store it was the same same story( Sorry Ma’am, we have to reschedule for another day, the technician had to leave on a emergency)Is this a scam or what???!!!😡😡😡

I called several different places looking for 2 tires and a replacement air pressure sensor for one of my wheels. Tire Kingdom gave me the best price so I went there. I walked in and was helped by the same guy I talked to on the phone. He took my key and we walked out to the car at which point I showed which tires I needed replaced and which air pressure sensor needed replacement. We went inside and he gave me a quote. I sat down to wait and he went to lunch. When he returned from getting lunch another employee asked him a question about my car and he got on the phone to find a sensor because they didnt have one. He said he found one that would need to be delivered and then told me the price would be an additional $100. I didnt have time to wait for delivery so I said just give me the tires. I cashed out with the manager and said I wasnt happy. The manager then told me that they dont even replace those sensors on my type of vehicle. He then told me if I went and bought one they would put it on for free but it might not work properly. Thanks for nothing and nice bait and switch. Also, I should have known better because I first called the Palm Beach lakes location and they didnt even answer the phone after at least 10 rings. 20 years ago I went to one in Royal Palm and got 2 tires that both went flat on the way home. Never, ever going to that horribly run company again.

I will never visit Tire Kingdom on Military Trail near Community Drive again I did not like the way that I was treated it was as if I wasnt important to them I can. Some what understand that because I was a lady whether I was a man or a lady I should have been treated equally the same so I went to my dealership and they took care of me and I didnt have to pay anything so I will never recommend anyone to go to that Tire Kingdom on Military and Community Drive again and I will I be visiting there anymore. I am very adamant about customer service that is a very imperative part of any business.
ALWAYS THERE TO SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE, AND THEY WILL KEEP YOUR CAR AT THERE LOCATION UNTIL YOU CAN PAY FOR THEIR SERVICES. THEY ARE TRUE ANGELS BECAUSE I WAS ON THE HIGHWAY WHEN MY REAR RIGHT TIRE BLEW OUT AND WAITED FOR THE AAA TRUCK FOR 3 HOURS, BUT IN THE MEANTIME I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THE TIRE KINGDOM SALES PERSON, THEY GAVE ME THE COST OF THE AMOUNT OF THE TIRES AND INSTALLATION TOTAL. AND, I EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT I WOULDNT BE ABLE TO MAKE A PAYMENT UNTIL 2 DAY FROM TODAY, SO THEY SAID THAT WAS FINE THEY WILL STORE MY VEHICLE UNTIL I PAY. OTHER PLACES WOULDNT ALLOW SUCH SERVICE AND FORCE YOU TO PAY STORAGE FEES. GREAT TIRE PLACE!
I took my 2014 Dodge ram in for a patch on a tire. When I got my truck back an hour and a half later my truck was all filthy with grease all over it. When I got home I inspected the work because of the weather and discovered that they had scratched up my rim while patching the tire. I live down south so I had to call the shop and was told to call another tire Kingdom I live down south so I had to call the shop and was told to call another tire Kingdom. The other store told me it wasn’t their problem and hung up. Atlanta calling the corporate office which explains why they had such crappy service at tire Kingdom! The West Palm Beach to or lied to the corporate office and told him my truck was beat up and in poor condition. So they lied I had a fight with the corporate office in order to get $300 to have my rim refinished. I hate tire Kingdom

Tire Kingdom provides great and quality service. Courtesy staff, nice waiting area with plug in options plus a keurig coffee machine. I like that they offer fair and reasonable prices. And excellent customer service support.

Thought the service was great until I went to use my windshield in a rain storm and it came apart. Had it replace by them earlier that morning. I was stuck on the turnpike for hours.
They do a fine job, similar to other Tire Kingdoms in the chain. Be warned, they play Fox News in the waiting room so if you dont wanna listen to politics for an hour find a different place to wait. Lost a star for that but otherwise good service.

This place is a total rip off. All they try to do is sell you tires. My brother replaced all the tires from his car with his own ones and they were not brand new. I went there to have two rear tires from my car changed. But I brought my own tires in my trunk. The salesman said he was going to do in 2 hours. I had to wait. I said okay. 10 minutes later, after talking to his boss, he came to inform me that my tires were not safe. He cant change tires that have been driven. They have to be brand new. Really? How are the tires not safe when they came with my car? Acting like they care about my safety when underneath their only purpose is to make you buy their tires. This company is not there to help people.P.S I went to different place, and they changed my tires with no BS tactics. Now I feel a lot safer than before.
Slow and lack of ergency, 1 out of 5 showed professional custormor service during my visit. Waited over 2 hours for brakes and oil change (check only) then another hour for labor, they need more exsperice employees thats able to get custormors in and out.
Everyone who works at this Tire Kingdom location is very professional and you can tell they care about their customers. Ive had a lot of care issues over the last year and its been super frustrating. However, I know that when I bring my car to this Tire Kingdom, the issues will be addresses in a timely manner, that Ill be given the best pricing, and not feel like I was taken advantage of in any way. I highly recommend this Tire Kingdom location!
This is the best tire kingdom in West Palm. The staff are very friendly and professional. The manager Tom is awesome. I had a tire situation that happened and he quickly fixed the situation. Im totally impressed to the point I am coming here for services and not driving to the dealership.

Had a nail in my tire went there twice to get it patched, tire still is leaking air. Yet each time I went their my radio was changed ( perhaps if the mechanic was more interested in repairing the tire instead of messing with the radio, maybe they could have repaired a simple patch job? ) plus to top it off, the cap for the tire stem is gone..... Horrible service.
We called to see if they would match or beat a price on Michelin tires. They did and they got my tires in the same day. Getting good service, good price and close to home. Nice! Thanks guys! Ill be back

I’ve always had pretty decent luck with the Tire Kingdom chain, but this particular location is far and away the worst automotive shop I’ve ever been to. When I went there a year ago, they botched my order so badly (not even performing a couple of the items - simple stuff), that they offered me a free oil change on my next visit. I was hesitant to even go back but I thought I’d give them a 2nd chance. Even with an appointment, it took more than 3 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. Then they tried to tell me my drain plug was stripped. I had them show it to me. It was not even close.-Sorry guys. 2 strikes, you’re out. I definitely will not be returning and I would advise all family and friends likewise.
I was skeptical to come here because of the reviews but I already had two tires shipped here. Took about an hour and a half (I had an appointment) for two tires mounted and balanced and brake fluid exchange on my Mercedes. $140
THEY SOLD ME 2 NEW TIRES WITH PLUGS ALREADY IN THEM. THAT IS UNLAWFUL TO SELL PATCHED OR PLUGGED TIRES AND CLAIM THEM AS NEW.Make sure to use a credit card if you still decide to go with them because they will NOT honor their Warranty and tell you its your error and that they see that problem all the time. The plugs were on the inner part of the tires where you cant visually inspect but the next mechanic put the car up and showed me. To top it off they wanted $900 because 2 of my brakes needed to be fixed. Thats way too much money.Im someone that usually writes amazing reviews but this is just unlawful what they are doing selling defective tires as new tires.0 stars.After reading some of the reviews on Google it seems a few other people have had problems with being sold defective tires, as well.

I will never go back again. Last time they put one of my tires on backwards and wanted to charge me to fix it.Recently brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Had my car over night and didnt rotate the tires because they said that they were too worn (not even close to the wear marks.). Wanted to change the battery on my car that is at 15k miles.
Too bad its not possible to leave a rating of 0 or BELOW. My 70-year-old father went to this location for a simple oil change for a family car that is less than a year old and has under 9,000 miles. He came home with a $700 bill. The employees and manager should be ashamed of themselves. It is disgusting how they took advantage of him. He was talked into purchasing new tires and warranties when the car obviously is far from needing new tires and is already under warranty. After returning to this place to have them fix the atrocious bill, the manager said we had buyers remorse and claimed they didnt take advantage of an elderly man. He refused to give us a refund. Finally, after calling and complaining to corporate, we were refunded the majority of the bill. How this place is still in business is beyond me. Spare yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere. We sure will!
As people sometimes say, I wish I could give this place zero stars. I came here with a nail in my tire and was told it should have been covered by insurance. They then looked at the tire and told me it couldn’t be repaired and I had to buy a new tire which would cost me around $150. I went to the tire place right down the street from them and they fixed it for $15. Avoid this place at all cost they will try and rob you. The below is the receipt for a tire patch that Tire Kingdom said couldn’t be done.
Both times Ive brought my car there, they did what I asked but I leave and something else is wrong with my car. First time I come for new tires, I leave and the car shakes when I brake (didnt happen before). Next time I get my oil changed, I leave and now my battery has a problem starting the car. Dont go here.
I had been considering going to tire kingdom and a couple of months now so when I had to change brakes lights in my car I decided to give them a try. I waited for more than an hour when I was told it would only take 15 minutes. Then to my surprise I was charged $51. For brake lights. I wont be coming back here again, nor would I recommend this place to anyone. The sad part is I has my own bulbs.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Find another place to go! No manager on site to help situations. Nasty customer service. Made an appointment for 2 tires to be put on my car. They made me wait 35 minutes after the appointed time and took someone else before me. They promised me to rotate my tires and never did. Upon leaving, my other tires suddenly went flat. They took no responsibility and were belligerent to me when we spoke up about the non rotation of tires and accepted no blame for a flat tire they caused and then not only were nasty to me but wanted to charge me to fix the other tire they damaged.

I havent had a bad experience here - went twice and scheduled for a third. Seemed clean enough to me - I got new tires and oil changes and they did a tune-up. Have had to wait about an hour while they do only oil change but that seems to be about the usual time anywhere unless you go to a Jiffy Lube or something which is double the price for oil change.
Much better than store 91 jog and okeechobee where the store manager Alex hung up on me when I tried to call up to have a tire ready that I received a quote on eariler the previous day. He was rude and wouldnt let.me.give him the quote number so I could have my tire fixed. Bad enough I needed to spend 100.00 on a tire because a nail to close to edge. But after 25 years with tire kingdoms I was about to leave and go to tire choice over this issue. But called customer service and the directed me to another location that had my tire and better customer service.
I bought 2 rear tires back in June/July 2018 and had a great experience. About 30 days later I had a nail in my rear passenger side tires, they were able to be plugged etc. all was fine. In early November 2018 I got a nail in my driver side tire, it was unable to be repaired so I had to buy a new tire.I am in the process of moving from West Palm Beach to Toledo, Ohio so I took my car to Carmax to be serviced from top to bottom. Carmax told me I needed new front tires. I was blown away, Tire Kingdom never said anything about me needing new front tires. Carmax sent me pictures and the tread was worn and wires were showing. I contacted Tom (not sure which one) and sent pictures of the bad tires. Tom then said he never got the pictures. I resent pictures and no reply!! that was 4 days ago!! I told him I am not asking for anything but I am mad as hell that Tire Kingdom saw my car at least 3 times and never mentioned I needed new front tires.I could have hurt myself or hurt someone else.
Not sure where these negative reviews are coming from. I had my car towed to this location on Saturday. Because the tow company took so long I didnt arrive until 10 minutes before closing. I expected rolled eyes and groans when I walked in to ask if my tire could be fixed or replaced 10 minutes prior to closing on a SATURDAY. I was told they would do everything in their power to make sure my tire was fixed or replaced that night. As we waited for the tow truck to arrive they looked up my past transaction and discovered they didnt have my tire in stock. They called another location, again, at closing time, and someone from that location offered to drive the tire over on their way home.When the tow truck finally arrived it was 7:17, nearly twenty minutes AFTER they were supposed to close and I never got any sense from any of the men helping me that I was inconveniencing them on a Saturday night. They bent over backwards for me every step of the way. I didnt get their names, unfortunately, but whoever was on staff at 2770 N Military Trail at closing on Saturday, April 29th should be commended. ALL of them. Same for the gentleman from the other location who took personal time to drive from one store to another to deliver my tire. Thanks guys.
Just a little tip, if you aim to make the customer happy, you will reap a bigger profit, because that means the customer will return. If you put the money over a customers happiness you will ultimately lose money.
They didn’t put enough oil in my car, or didn’t change it at all!!! 2,000 miles into my oil change there was no oil in my car!!!! I also DO NOT have an oil leak. Dishonest work. Very upset.

Nice guys. did the job quickly but unfortunately not well. they did screw me over then lied about it afterwards so that ruined things. they handed my car back to me with my check engine light on then denied they caused it and lied to my face about it being on when i brought it in. wouldnt recommend this place :(

Terrible service. I went there because my tire went from 36 to 15 in one day and they told me it was fine. Instead they changed the oil which I didn’t even ask for and charged me for it. So I went to another location and they found a nail on the tire and took it out without charging anything. Never coming back to the military trail location.
Went to this Tire Kingdom and a small mistake was made on my order, and Tom Osterich was able to fix the mistake and take care of me tremendously. I recommend dealing with Tom directly at this location, as he will make sure you are satisfied.
Pretty good shop, wait times arent horrible, and they dont feel as if they are trying to rip you off, they only suggest what needs to be suggested.

Too many good tire shops with experienced mechanics, reasonable prices, and again extremely reasonable competative prices out here to choose Tire Kingdom after shopping around and getting a quote.#1. Look at the non rip off competition around you.#2. Up your reviews by doing better in prices, customer service, labor/service, and not trying to upsale so much.#3. Understand most customers want exactly what they came for at a reasonable competetive price and to leave at a reasonable time for work, family, and other important responsibilities.
I had a bad puncture on one of my tires just after the store had closed, Tom Osterloh was very helpful explained to me my options and provided me what I needed to get my tire fixed and not break the bank at the same time. I would definitely return to this location in the future.
This place is absolutely the worst.... came in for a tire rotation... waited for a hour and forty five mins just for them to tell me they didnt have a wheel lock key... They never asked me for anything... they told me it would be an hour wait... after an hour and a half i asked what was going on... thats when they told me they have been waiting for a tire lock key... whcich was in my center console the whole time.. absolutely makes no sense.... These are are the worst type of people, they have no regard for anyone elses time!!!!

Honestly dont know why these guys have such a low rating, I had a wonderful experience here. My tire pressure light had come on for the 2nd time within 3 days, so I stopped by tire kingdom to see if I had a leak in my tire. I arrived in the morning and the really nice girl with blonde hair and glasses i think? told me the wait would be 3 hours but I was more than welcome to make an appt for later. I scheduled my appt for 4 later that day. I arrived 20 minutes early and they were slow so they took me ahead of schedule, they charged me nothing to check if I had a leak, let me know it was a bad sensor, gave me a quote for a sensor and did not pressure me or try to sell me anything and didnt pressure me to buy the sensor. Very nice staff!

I usually don’t write reviews but since after what happened .. My car had got a flat tire on the road so I took it in here to get all my four tires placed, which I think only one needed to be replaced .after I got tires put in the next day it started feeling like one of the tires was flat, so then I took it back and the guy said the tires had to be balanced the next thing you know .. I started driving the car again and it didn’t make a difference and my tire the new one they put in was flat . So just to get me out of there they lied and told me the tires need to be balanced and since I moved from California one of them told me that the roads in Florida are like this that’s why my car drives this way but when I first came here my car never drove this way . Ever since I came to this place my cars been having more and more problems and I was stuck on the road with the new tire flat twice that they placed . Which I spent 800 dollers on these tires they gave me are old and performance tires the ones that don’t fit right with the Audi . Worse service world wide.I’m very frustrated .. I never knew all this existed !

First, the corporate radio ad they air indicating tire and brake service at 50% off is pure false advertising. They failed to expain that was material only. Next, as you call the office and ask them what will a brake replacement be, they only quote you material. But they did mention that the quote included the 50% off, but again, only on material. So when you ask point blank againHow much am I going to spend total on a full brake replacement? It should be clear what you are asking. Finally, the truth comes out that they failed to mention on purpose what the labor costs are going to be only after they have your car on the lift and call you while your in a meeting in another city and have not way to get back. So now, I have Im in a corner and now the costs are over double what I was quoted. As a company they completely misrepresent themselves and I suggest no one use this company again.I brought my complaint to the corporate office looking for some resolution and explaination on why their people are trained this way and as of today they will not even return phone calls, emails, etc.This company makes it a blatent habit of scamming people. Please make sure you do your research on these types of companies.
