Used to have my insurance with them and always received immediate help, however I moved to another location (estrella insurance 244). Their customer service gets better in every location, & I always get called regarding any problem.

This place is a joke, cant ever get anyone on the phone, policy expeired tried to change it called the place 10 times they would say let me call you back . no follow up, i have recommended over 5 people originally but they not follow up on a single current policyy

These people cancel our insurance so we had to pay a down payment again. Then after they charge us the new down payment cancel our insurance the following day and refuse to answer my phone calls.
