We called different Allstate offices when we moved from Minnesota because weve been with them for so long. We went with this office because they really are all about customer service. They all make everything so easy. From Katie who got us started, to Richard who made sure we new where the new licensing office was, to Christine who handled some complicated changes and even found a way to save us more money. Always good! Christine made it so easy. She even followed up by letting me know when the changes were complete and how much it will save us, just for peace of mind. Thank you all. Weve been happy with Allstate and Im glad we found such an awesome office /team in Florida. We feel right at home.
Mr. Lydon and his entire staff have been more than accommodating to my family and I every time we go in, call the office, or do any transactions with or through the Lydon Allstate Insurance Office. Overpriced Auto Insurance Quote, possibly due to Communism in the Auto Insurance Rating System that charges Safe Drivers (like me) HIGH RATES because 3rd World + Democrat Drivers constantly CRASH their Vehicles !!!

As a business owner myself for 30 years, I usually only write reviews of positive experiences so this is an exception for me. The owners are very polite and friendly but I have received a disappointing lack of service from this agency. Over the past few years, Jim was unable to answer my questions on 3 different topics and told me he would call back each time and never did. I let the owners know. More recently, I requested (with 2 months notice) that Lydons agency put additional insurance in place. When I received the bill, it came with an explanation that everything was EXCLUDED from coverage. They had sold me a policy with a company that did not cover what I requested. I called the owners to let them know about this. They had Mackey call me. She was very friendly and did call me back. Her advice was to just take a chance without the additional insurance. I told her that was unacceptable and she said she would research options for us and call me back. It has been over a month and she has not called back. Due to the poor customer service we are doing something we have never done before - take a chance. Of course we are in the process of changing agents. If you use this agency, be ready to dot your own is, cross your own ts, and do your own check-up to see that things are done in an accurate and timely manner.
Great agency with a hometown feel! I moved here from New York and was shocked to find out how expensive insurance is in Floria and dont get me statted on not being able to have the same carrier for both car and house! However, Mackey the agent I delt with got me quotes and helped me figure out the best coverage for the best price. Do yourself a favor call them and just talk, you will see what I mean!

Have used Richard Lydons Allstate office for 19 years for my automotive policies. Always get the answers I need and help with changes to my policy when transferring vehicles.

If they are in such a rush to leave the office, they should change their closing time to 5. The consultant could have informed me that they were closing early instead of allowing me to rush over to them thinking they close at 5:30. I think that shows a complete disregard for Allstate customers. I hope your experience is not the same as mines.
