If there was 10 stars I would give them that!! I came from Dan Calvins office they were TERRIBLE. Which is why I switched offices, when I came over I was skeptical of going through the same issues. Off the top from switching offices Ranee found some discounts for me I was not utilizing and saved me A LOT OF $$$!! After that I have spoken with Michelle who offered me life insurance and gave me a run down of what it is.She has also help me with other issues to such as payments or inquires about my bill/policy. Sam is also great!! She helped me with my renters insurance and the turn around time is always quick! Switching offices was a great choice!! The ladies are so helpful and have great customer service I get good quality which is important to me! Thank you all so much!!

I just signed on with State Farm for both my car insurance and condo insurance. The price was right and I have to say that Emma Li, the Insurance agent, was absolutely wonderful. Best Auto rates PLUS discount on homeowners!!Emma Li took her time to find me the best rates and seemed to really care about my needs. I have had homeowners with this agency for YEARS but adding auto insurance for our family got me great benefits. I HIGHLY recommend both the agency and Emma Li.

I originally called State Farm for renters insurance, but ended up getting car insurance also which brought down my renters insurance to only $12/month. I got a much better rate on my car insurance than what I had with Progressive ($20 less). Emma Li was able to provide me with a lower car insurance rate that also has even more coverage than with my previous insurance. Now I see why State Farm is rated number one for affordable car insurance in the state of Florida. Emma was pleasure to work with! I plan on referring my friends and family to her so they can get better car insurance rates as well. :)

EMMA was amazing in getting me switched over from Esurance!! Esurance raised their rates on me and I wanted to change. Emma was super friendly, very informative and kind through the whole process! She helped me to cancel my policy with them so I didnt have to do it on my own and got me set up same day with a cheaper price with State Farm! From beginning to end it only took about 30-45 minutes from when we started speaking to me signing e-docs online and getting my policy/ID cards. Thank you so much Emma!! I have only Great things to share about Mallory Swinson, Michelle and her Awesome staff. The office is in a great location in WPB off Okeechobee. I will say I had to learn Florida laws for insurance compared to Ohio. Michelle met with me several times at the office, phone calls and e-mails to make sure I was getting the best coverage and price. Ive seen a bunch low stars, howeverMy experience with this office is always good! Well of course the make policies and they have done me well! Ive been with them for a few years now never had to make a claim but they are always good with me and i have full policies on my vehicle and myself! Not sure how anyone who claims they are no good when i feel they are very good! Great office and great service! I call them and they act quickly!Thanku Mallory and staff!

I cancelled an auto policy with this agent effective July 2019. They continued to deduct premiums for said policy until November 2019. I have emailed numerous times (since they cannot be trusted and I want everything in writing), I am always given every excuse you can imagine. I have literally been told that my funds would be returned into my account, that the check is in the mail, that all the calculations have to be done manually and that takes time, that its taking so long due to the holidays, etc. etc. etc. But hey I guess I should be OK with it since theyre really sorry.I did email the agent directly, of course she couldnt be bothered with responding and her staff gives me all of these excuses.They will take premiums in an instant, even overdraw your account to do it but when they make a mistake and owe you a reimbursement of your funds, get ready for at least a 6 month wait or longer (still waiting).My advice - stay away! Worst costumer service ever.

Of no help whatsoever. Only want to sell you more policies. Put a claim in, and when I called, the only thing I got was transferred. No concern at all. Worst experience of my life. First and last claim I will ever put in.

Very unreliable.. Auto Insurance prices change every month. Unprofessional staff whenever you have an issue inregards to your policy theyre not helpful, Forces you to buy Life Insurance too. Do not get it youre not getting a deal.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!Even though state farm claims department wrote me a letter stating that i was not at fault for the accident. State farm listed me as at fault. after 8yrs of being with u guys yall should be ashamed of yourselves.
