My situation is tough, I was driving around with no Insurance, for over three months. I had no knowledge of this, until I checked the status of the policy. (Pay your own bills) Kudos to Ms. Erica she got me back on track. Set me up with a new policy, and I was good to go. We interaction with me was very kind and understanding. She kept me calm and said a prayer for me (I needed it🤭) I will recommend this company to all that may need car insurance. They go above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much 🥰

Im writing this review for the customer service I receive each and every time I call the West Palm Beach FL office and advise my Direct Auto agent Thomas Wexel of a situation or occurrence in regards to my insurance. What an outstanding & amazing experience and, his professionalism is excellent top rated! Thomas Wetzel was most helpful in starting my policy for me. Very patient and didnt rush through the process. He is very kind and helpful. Im so glad I switched to Direct.

The worst. Ever. Overpriced . Rude. Incompetent. And fake. I give my feedback here. Direct auto does not know how to listen to their customers Directly. Anyone who lived in the house you just moved to will be added to your policy . Without your consent. Im with progressive now. #ditchdirectauto
