The water damage happened the day of Christmas Eve and Serv Pro went there. immediately. We were out of town. We live in a condominium and our apartment was soaked from above. They did an excellent job. We are unsure as to why all the shelving and other carpentry was tossed from the laundry/storage room and had to be rebuilt but it was. The building was impressed with the workmanship as well.

Do your research and do not trust this company. Hired for a post construction cleaning and did not show up with the proper supplies or personnel and then demanded to be paid. When I refused they took me to court. They will say and promise anything to get you to sign the contract and then not deliver and send their attorney after you because as he said I do this all day.

Good company, quick response . Home was taken care of with care . And that’s what I like, not to have to worry if the job was going to get done right . After the first few hours of supervising the work I can tell the job was going down the right path. Good people .

Amazing work on what had to be a difficult job. I bought a fixer upper and learned it was pretty much covered in mold from the ceiling to the floor. It could not have been easy with all the work your team had to do, but I can say the work was outstanding. I have had 2 independent surveyors out to test for mold since your team finished and everything is A-OK!

I was pleased with the mold damage repairs they were able to make on my window seals. My house is very old, and I have been working to restore it. I like to keep as much original pieces on the house as possible and these guys were like surgeons only removing the pieces that could not be repaired. I had a room in my home flood a few days ago and did not know who to call, after talking to one of my friends, she referred me to Servo . I gave them a call, they came out to my home repaired my flood issue and also noticed some mold in the home and fixed that as well. The price was reasonable and my home is free of mold and flood. What a joke. it is disgusting what they do to people and what they charge. Generally a person with any knowledge at all can do the same thing for less than half the cost for free all you need is a fan. They make a really big deal about things that really arent that big a deal.
