I am blown away with the service we received from Cooling Advisors! Our AC went out a couple of nights ago and I went onto their website and was able to make an appointment for the following morning. I received a phone call that morning from a cheerful (yes, you read that right) young lady who asked what issues we were having and said someone would be out as soon as possible. A couple of hours later, Rob arrived and quickly assessed our situation. Rob was friendly, helpful, patient, and explained everything thoroughly. He fixed our AC quickly and we were back in action! Rob told us that they wont leave until were cool. Well...I think everyone at Cooling Advisors is COOL!!! Best AC service weve ever received! We signed up for the maintenance service and cant wait to see them again! Call them!

I had met with Sean yesterday and made my decision to purchase a new unit .. today. He knew I had been without AC for over a week.. so he came to my work on his day off so we could complete the paperwork. Oddly enough, the AC was not working at my work . The folks at Cooling Advisors were super professional and helpful. I purchased a home I was renovating and they helped me improve the cooling by adding new intakes and vents in my office and bedroom so that the house was a more even temperature. They also installed a UV light that improved the air quality tremendously - especially as the house was off gassing VOCs from the renovations. Great company.

The initial phone contact was pleasant and friendly and they got me on the schedule same day. The technician, Sean, was on time (early) and efficiently discovered the issue. Cooling Advisors (Sean) helped me with diagnosing my AC issue last night, when I realized my unit was dripping into the emergency drip-pan. Following a thorough review of unit, we determined the best course of action would be to replace the 21 year old unit with a new unit. I just got a Rheem system installed (today 8/26/21) by cooling advisors.I am a licensed professional engineer and construction professional, and I attest that my experience with Cooling Advisors was great. Sean provided details of the history and reliability of the company. Additionally, Sean explained the details of the options that they carried so that I could make an informed decision on what was the best system for my property. After settling on a system, I was allowed to lock in my price with a fair down payment. This was great because the prices of HVAC are continuously shifting right now.Around 3 weeks later the installers, Kenny and Mike showed up on time and on the date we arranged. She checked twice and found almost immediate availability. Our AC stopped working of course during the hottest time of the year, we called and within 2 hours Robert, like a knight in shining armor arrived, the AC came back on so he really couldnt diagnose the issue. Said to call back should it happen again. Mind you we are on their maintenance plan and we of course neglected to follow up on our 6 months maintenance. Well guess what the next night AC did it again. We called at 9:30pm and yes it was a live answering service not a machine. Robert called back within minutes and we advised him we can get through the evening. He was here at 7:45 am. Problem fixed. This company is prompt, professional and very important to this house. By the way, my maintenance appointment is next week. If we would have followed our 6 month schedule we would have not had an issue.
