This place is very convenient for me. Although we didnt buy our 2020 Telluride from them, we will get it serviced here. I bought it in today to get inspected. The service writers were excellent however, they were having issues with their credit card machines not working and declining all cards. The problem I had, after trying several of my cards, was that the woman in billing made it out that it was my problem and with my cards and not there machines. The very next customer had the same issues. Rather than it making the customers issues, own it and try not to make us feel at thought it was us. Apologize maybe. This is your point of sale. Not a great way to leave it if you want me to come back.
This was the best experience buying a car. It all started with Ms Davis making sure the car we wanted would still be there for our Saturday apptand her attitude was the best. Then it just continued with sales rep Ryan keeping us in the loop taking the time to make sure we were comfortable. He took the time to explain the functions of the car. He didn’t run through he took his time. Ryan made us feel like we were the only customers that day. If I know of someone looking to buy a KIA I will point them to CENTURY 3 KIA.Thanks for a positive experience
I contacted Century 3 Kia before visiting and asked whether there would be any hidden fees or markups. I was told that the website reflects the correct pricing, but when I arrived, I learned that there is an extra hidden $5,000 market adjustment. It seems dishonest that this was not included in the listed price, especially since I specifically asked about this.Although a sales agent that I talked to on the phone seemed very professional, I felt that the sales agent we met in person was giving off some stereotypical car salesman red flags.With all of this together, Ill be finding another local dealership to work with.
This place is an absolute joke. I drove to this dealership and test drove the car we were looking at. I pretty much already knew which car/color I wanted, so I decided to start with the buying process. We sit down and the salesman started writing down some of my information. He then proceeds to tell me that the car Im looking at is marked up almost $5000 above sticker price. So I completely waisted my time. At no point during the call to set up the appointment, to meeting the salesman, to test driving the vehicle was I told about this mark up. I wasted an entire night, when I could have went to another dealer and bought the exact car at sticker price. For the price they wanted me to pay I can buy the higher trim level. I should have followed my gut when I first walked into this place. When I first stepped foot in this dealership I did not have a good feeling about this place. I can literally walk into any KIA dealership and just order the exact car I want at sticker price. I can tell you one KIA dealer that I will never be walking into again.
I bought my Stinger from Century III Kia at the end of 2019 and had a great experience. A few weeks back my car went into limp mode on 279 which is an extremely busy highway. I immediately drove to the nearest Kia dealer, Jim Shorkey Kia Wexford. I was treated so terribly. They refused to even look at my vehicle even though I told them I felt unsafe driving it. Long story short, I had it towed into Century III Kia and the service was excellent. They diagnosed the issue in a timely manner and Derick got me fixed up and back on the road. I will definitely recommend Century III to family and friends while warning everyone about Jim Shorkey.

They use the bait and switch lie. Advertise a nice car at a good price then after you drive an hour to get there...it is gone and they try to sell you something else. Go to Cochran Kia in Robinson. Treated fairly there.

Everything went as planned.....only better. When I found out that my service would take 2-3 hours, they offered me shuttle service to my home so I didnt have to waste my whole morning. I received a call and was picked up later.

This is the MOST DISHONEST dealership I have ever dealt with. I traveled two hours after talking to there internet salesman. The price on the Kia Niro LXS was 27,535 with a 1,000 rebate. I went over this with internet sales. I get there and these crooks are going above sticker price by 3,000. I even called the internet salesman while there and he said this is the first he had ever heard of this. They saw I was driving a Kia and have bought Kias before and as I sat in my car to leave the manager comes out. He said would you agree to pay 500 over sticker and we keep the rebate but he would have to get owner approval first. I went back in and they wanted to run my credit. I said are you selling me the car for 500 above sticker? His response I will have to see what sort of kick back I get from finance companies. I said well that tells me I wont be getting a good interest rate from you because you want to make more money. I then left.HORRIBLE DONT JUST STAY AWAY, RUN AWAY.Oh and they will try to convince you other Kia dealerships are doing this! NO NO NO NO NO OTHER KIA DEALER I CALLED WAS DOING THIS. I CALLED AT LEAST 10 OTHER KIA DEALERS. I hope people remember this dealership when cars become more available and go elsewhere.

Can was washed, There was an issue with my insurance info which was corrected so the Rep came to my house the next day and picked up my car to put on the Inspection Stickers and brought my car back, no inconvenience to me.Derek was the Rep in charge of my Appointment, he was Awesome

This may be the worst car dealership in the tri-state area! My wife and I went to the dealership to look at two Tellurides that they had on the lot for sale. We had the worst salesman which flat out lied to us. They were trying to sell us a car $5000 over sticker price which is an absolute joke and will not take my trade-in. I called two different Kia dealerships and they both did not raise the price of the vehicle and they also will take my trade. If anybody Is looking for a vehicle at sticker price please look elsewhere. I found a 2022 telluride for sticker price.
Went here to buy a brand new stinger gt1. Took for test drive and it had 1000 miles on it. After test drive I ask why so many miles and was told manager was using it. If there selling new cars make sure there new cars not demos. Then I get a price that was so high it was laughable. I talked to other people in the car sales business and they ask me why I went there that they are known for being the shadiest dealership in pittsburgh. Worst part is that I drove an hour there and an hour back. Dont put cars online saying there new if there not and I called ahead and made an appointment and was told it was brand new. It had a bag in back sunglasses in center conceal and no sticker in window.

There’s a lot to say about this place ! All dealerships are pretty much the same “rotten sharks” the reason being their sales department is running on commission so you know what you’re getting into!I went there to buy a Seltos I knew exactly what I wanted and asked if they were buying used cars (not to go the regular trade in route)I was ready to take it the same day had they gave me a “decent offer” I was low balled like never before, that I don’t mind it’s their business but the way the sales manager did it!It Was rude and frankly disrespectful, ended up going to Honda up the road got an awesome offer exactly 2.1 times their offer, sold the car immediately then Uber’d to Monroville bought a Seltos EXL black, the young man there was very nice took the time to get me two different Seltos to check the options side by side, the sales manager personally welcomed me before even knowing that I was buying that day,Anyhow check somewhere else unless you’re juste straight up buying (you’ll be welcomed lol)

Purchase a Kia Sorento 11/20/2020. The sales person we had was Travis Miller. Was definitely the best experience the wife and I had buying a car. Extremely friendly and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Honestly cant speak highly enough about him. Every person we had contact with were great people. Highly recommend Century 3 Kia if you are in market for a car. Will definitely be going back for any future car purchases.
Jon was impatient and rude for most of our interactions together. If we didn’t look into the car before hand online we would know nothing because he told us none of the features, even after we purchased. He seemed uninterested in helping us and at one point insinuated that I was not serious about buying a car. Even after I came multiple days and for multiple hours. Had I not had my credit score run I would have gone to a further away Kia dealership and given my commission to someone who actually cared about his job. We waited for about an hour when we were almost done waiting to fill out paperwork without being told what we were even doing or waiting for. The only few positives to our experience was how much we loved the car & how nice the finance manager was.

I am in the market for a new Kia. My husband and I came and walked around the lot looking for a Sorento. Not once in the 20 minutes that me and my family were there did anyone come out to talk to us. Taking my business elsewhere. Clearly this store judges people before talking to them.

Upon researching, I came across many blogs and videos highlighting horror stories of how a potential car buying transaction can be. Fortunately, for my experience purchasing my first car at Century 3 Kia was the complete opposite of it. I was able to complete a timely, easeful experience which had me out the door with a brand new 2020 Soul in no time. Service was fast, but could have been better. After spending almost $2000 out of pocket for repairs, you would think I had earned at least a car wash or detailing. It was made especially evident when I came to pick up the vehicle and the service people were washing another car in the bay while handing mine back dirty...hmm I wonder if I picked the wrong package. Any way my clock was reset and not changed back and I cannot change modes on my viewing screen. Now when I press the mode button it just changes the radio.
Ive been very, very happy with Century 3 Kia. I bought my car from there and ive been very happy with the service and dedication from the team. I had to get the car serviced and while it took a long time- i was informed of the changes, the price to tighten up a few things was reasonable, and the staff is friendly. Great job!

But I was lucky enough to have Glenn as my salesperson, and the whole process was possibly the best experience I had buying a car. I went to Century 3 Kia for a Telluride. I know they are a popular vehicle and thus, that means no discounts or haggling. However, what I didnt expect was to be treated the way I was. I was given a new salesman, who had only been with the dealership for 3 weeks. Im fine with a new salesman as I understand people need to start somewhere, however, someone should be assisting in his training because he was not equipped to handle all the questions I had and kept having to go to Dana for prices and payment. Dana is arrogant and overall was shady to deal with. The entire time, I didnt actually see the price of the vehicle on paper and only had a payment written down with a sharpie. The numbers were not adding up to me, as I knew around about what a payment should be for the vehicle I was looking at. Again, the details were written on a piece of paper with a sharpie. It wasnt until I walked out, that Dana finally printed something off. He proceeded to tell me that I was lucky that I even got to test drive a Telluride because theyre in such high demand and that some people are even paying much more than MSRP for them. Meanwhile, Century 3 had 8 of them on the lot that day and listed online as available. I went to another local dealership who treated me with respect, gave me up front pricing and payment quotes that werent handwritten with a sharpie and were not above MSRP. The vehicle I purchased (2021 Wolf Gray Telluride) was actually more than the one I wanted at Century3 and my payment is much less. So it is clear something was not right with what they were doing.
Absolute WORST experience ever. Not only did John make us feel like we were being a waste of time, he flat out said it to our faces. Never again will I go there and will be sure no one I know does either.

Nothing but problems with the car. Service department is nice but the car is nothing but a headache. Burning up oil. So I had to put more oil in to get here to just find out I have to pay for a oil change for them to do a oil consumption test. Oil is oil. What a rip off that I have to let them empty the oil that I had to buy and just for them to drain it to put in more oil I have to buy again!
Dana was awesome. Had an idea of what I wanted, but wasnt completely sure. He hooked me up with an amazing car that I love, and about 2 hours ago, I drove off the lot. Great service up there with an amazing team! I will buy all my cars from Century 3 Kia now! Thanks Guys!
Was billed over half a month later for charges not told to me when they accepted the lease turn in.... Said it was a Toyota financial issue not theirs.... Basically hidden fees until a month after you return your lease. Go with Toyota where they cover those fees at the beginning and end of the lease... Completely unprofessional.
The salesman and finance departments were awesome. Dana and Justin were awesome to work with. The gentleman who does finance was awesome as well, I dont know his name. I am very pleased with the service I received there. I would go back to them.
Big waste of time - Cheryl there sales lady told me they had more cars on there lot for sale that wasn’t on there internet site and referred me to Dana to speak with because he had so many great deals going on and OMG worst guy ever he just completely gave me the cold shoulder because I wasn’t interested in 20,000 dollar cars and up. Crooks, never — ever ever even consider buying anything from here unless you want taken advantage of. Hope they go out of business.I bought a used gmc terrian— the list price was 21,000, I traded in my car and there was a 500 balance— but I put down 4500 and somehow my loan amount is for 23,000. My bad for trusting the sales man who told me my loan length was for 5 years.. it’s for 8... don’t trust these people. Do business with people who have integrity.

Went to discuss purchasing a car on 6/30. After making an appointment, briefly being waited on and then left inside for over 10 minutes while the salesman started and finished a conversation with a women outside, and going outside to look myself- I found the car I was interested in online. The salesman met us outside and got us the keys. We were interested, went in and talked numbers. From the beginning, I said I was ignorant to how much a car was going to cost as it has been years since a new vehicle purchase. The first set of numbers floored me (nearly $150-$200 more than anticipated) and I began thinking it wasnt a good idea. The salesman was very persistent however was slightly condescending (when referencing our mortgage being under a thousand a month stating that it was under the norm and referred to it being about 40,000-50,000- it is not, nor has any bearing on this car conversation). The number guy came back and because I loved the car- we worked it out ($100 less a month than originally quoted) he made the sale happen. Fast forward hours... we leave the lot in my new car- without stickers... it will be another hr+ to get them when we pulled back into the lot 2 minutes later. We also needed a new plate as mine was an f plate and they had none to give me. So I sent up an appointment for two days later- a Thursday (7/2) at 3. The previous cosigner had come to finish paperwork and we thought it would be a quick sticker job as it is a brand new 2020 Kia Sorento. TWO HOURS LATER, my car is almost finished but waiting on a light bulb... They give me the car back finally and I go on my way with stickers. Here were are today, July 8 and I get a phone call that my wiring harness is in??? and another part??? I have no idea what anyone is talking about as this was in no way discussed or approved or anything! Waiting to hear back from Mike in service about the parts the woman told me I needed that were in (follow up, it is now Saturday, July 11, and have yet to hear from anyone at Kia regarding the part or even if it was a mistake). For a brand new car.... go elsewhere. Being 40 minutes away, they apparently want me to come again for some piece I know nothing about... and why does my brand new car need all these parts already?! It had under 200 miles when purchased.

I really needed a new car. I was referred to Century 3 Kia by a super-satisfied customer and I decided to visit their dealership. Once there, a most considerate and concerned salesman immediately took me under his wing. He first asked me what I needed and what I wanted, Then he steered me to the vehicles that matched my desires. He was so patient while I went about checking out all the possibilities and he honestly answered every question that I had. Never once did he become distracted. He was dedicated to me and my needs. After I had chosen the vehicle that I wanted, he worked diligently with me and their finance team to get my payments where I needed them to be. Once the finance manager processed all of the paperwork, she went through each document with me, making sure that I understood every detail of the sale. She answered all of my questions and gave me valuable insights about purchasing a car. She was in no hurry and she confirmed that I completely understood the transaction. I went to get my car serviced and they scratched my car. They didn’t want to be responsible for the scratches. The manager Dan automatically said that they didn’t do it and he wasn’t there when I brought my car in to get serviced. He didn’t ask the staff or anything. I feel that I was given the run around because I’m a woman. I shouldn’t have to come back for anything multiple times. I am 8 months pregnant and I can’t keep coming back and forth because I’m getting close to my due date. I will no longer take my car to get serviced here. I feel very inconvenienced and they didn’t care.
I had an amazing experience at Century 3 Kia yesterday when I purchased my new-to-me Jeep Renegade. They gave me an excellent number for my trade, worked with me to get payments that fit within my budget, and the salesman laughed and joked with me the whole time to make it an extremely comfortable buying experience. We were in and out in two and a half hours with my new car. I cannot sing the praises of these people enough. I will be recommending Century 3 to everyone I know whos in the market moving forward. Century 3 Kia Service Department is great! From booking my appointment, to the friendly check in and out. Tom (the man in service) is the best! He called to tell me the status and kept me up to date on what was going on. I took my car for warranty work and they were as fast as they could be. The best surprise was...They cleaned my car inside and out while they had it!!This is not the first time I had my car in for warranty and every time Ive taken it, I get great service from their friendly and knowledgeable staff.
My mother and myself went through Scott of Century 3 Kia and left with two brand new cars. No issues, no problems and very straight forward. I highly recommend him if you are in the market for a car and are hesitant. He never once tried to push us into something we didnt want or lead us astray. Best experience ever!
As I was traveling through Pittsburgh Pennsylvania area, which our country knows they are the friendliest people on earth. Unfortunately I had trouble while driving by, therefore I called the Kia at century 3 and described my problem with the gas hatch would not open with the inside lever and that I needed help with my Kia with 10,000 miles to open the gas hatch so that I could continue with my trip. To my surprise the service center couldnt fit me in until next week, WOW! The best that he could help by asking me if I had enough fuel to drive to a dealer that might help me, Harper Kia probably help. If this gentleman worked for me I would be scratching my head. Our country should rethink the thought Pittsburgh people are not as nice as thought. God Bless this man.
My Kia Forte was a great purchase, but whats even better is the service they provide. Every time I have brought the car in for service they have been prompt and very welcoming. They always explain all the work they did very clearly and their customer service is top notch! They keep me comfortable while I wait and Ive never been there more than an hour. Thanks for the great service!!
Last year is when it started to go down hill.They say the earliest appt is at 10am, but the people in the waiting room said they was there since 8am without appointment.Then when I told them I had a problem with my car light switch they didnt want to fix it and had a nasty attitude.Also they are supposed to do a normal inspection on my car and didnt. Today a rep called to ask me about my service and I told her it was horrible and she said she was sorry to hear that and then got off the phone. They dont want no business. So I will be going somewhere else who does want the business.Its all good if they are selling a car. Thats all they worrying about now.

Im very happy to share my experience at Century 3 Kia & I give the entire dealership a 5 STAR RATING! My salesman was very friendly and helpful. He was definitely not a pushy person as I had experienced at another Kia dealership. He searched and found the exact Kia Soul color that I wanted and it was there and ready to go the next day at 4:00 PM just as promised. I was given a fair amount for my trade and my payments are exactly as I requested. My overall experience was so delightful that I encouraged my daughter to get a new car and she purchased a Kia Rio. Now mind you, it wasnt just for the $100 I am to receive for referring her :-) The entire staff made my buying experience a very pleasurable one and I am thoroughly enjoying my Kia Soul!I recently had my first opportunity to utilize the Century III Kia service department & I must say it was a very pleasant experience. The appointment was easy to make and my service adviser was very knowledgeable. The work was performed in a timely manner & I found the waiting room to be clean and pleasant. I will definitely be using their service department again!
Called in to ask a simple lease questions joe the manager very unprofessional for being a boss and was just couldnt give me any advice of what to do when I I was trying to do is upgrade sad
Shout out to the service dept. at Century 3 Kia. My husband and I leased Forte vehicles and our inspections were due at the same time. We brought our cars out a week apart and were very pleased with each person we encountered. The cars were done within 1 hour, washed and returned to us as promised. I recommend Century 3 Kia to anyone who is looking to purchase, lease or have service. You wont be disappointed.
Update: I just changed the one star rating to a five star rating due to my husbands interaction with the store manager Dan. Dan made sure that we had a rental available to us for the five days necessary to fix our current vehicle. Although I have not personally dealt with Dan, my husband had nothing but great things to say about him and his level of professional customer service. Not only did Dan go above and beyond to right the wrong made by his Service crew, he offered additional services as well. Thank you for your excellent customer service Dan!
Went in because my kia optima has a p0456 check engine light.... Went to go get an oem gas cap for initial troubleshooting. They were very kind and quick with getting the part and it was much cheaper than I expected.
Would never buy or recommend this dealer to anyone. Bought a used car, had to take it back three times just to get the emissions inspection done. They waited until after the 30 day warranty was up to finish the inspection. A couple of days later the engine light came on. Century3 Kia would not look at the car because the warranty was up and it was another brand of car they said they could not work on. Poor service and gave us the shaft. DO NOT BUY THERE.
Purchasing my Kia Forte is a blessing. Its a great car and very dependable and very sporty. It turns heads. Both the young and older guys think its a cool car and give it a second look when I drive by. Its a good runnner, actually it glides, and hugs the roads nicely. The dealership people are nice to deal with and they keep an immaculately clean place. Go for it!!

I scheduled an appointment to get my oil changed with Service. When I walked in, I was treated with respect. Jesse deals with taking in people with appointments and he was very, very nice to me. I never felt like a burden or like I was in the way, which has been an experience Ive had at other places.And while I waited for my car to be done, settled into the nice waiting room. Its lined with super soft chairs, it has great vending machines, and a really big TV.When I was done, probably about 45 minutes to an hour later (I also got my tires rotated), I paid and left.My car was vacuumed!! Probably the best part of service was that surprise. :)If youre headed to service, make sure to talk to Jesse. Hes THE SWEETEST guy ever and he makes that whole section of people brighter. Hell do whatever he can to make sure your experience is as pleasant as mine was.

I am very happy with my Kia Forte. It is my first new and 100% bought by me. My monthly payments are affordable. The car has run absolutely wonderful. When I call to schedule for routine maintenance, there is always an appointment convenient to me. When I drop my car off, it is always ready in the time and condition promised. The employees are always nice and courteous.
Service department took care of my needs. Going in I was aware of what I needed done to the vehicle. I dropped off my vehicle and within an hour they called me to tell me what issues they uncovered. They quoted me prices and were able to apply coupons to help with the cost. I approved the work and the car was ready way before the time they estimated.
The service staff are very courteous and respectful. I like how easy it is to make and change appointments with their online scheduling. The service seems to take a bit longer than expected, but its nice that they have a lounge where you can wait comfortably.

My experience with the Kia dealership on Lebanon Church rd has been very positive. Everyone is polite and they keep me informed. Wait times have been reasonable when having work done on car. There have been no unnecessary charges on my bill.
I have been to many dealerships, but this is by far the worst. I was in the market for a lease or possibly a new car. The salesperson I spoke with refused to give me price estimates. He stated I had to do the credit check prior to being told anything regarding price. When I pushed for numbers, he constantly repeated that I could be lying about my eligibility and nothing he told me could be considered real. Following that, I was told maybe their dealership wasn’t for me and to look elsewhere. Never met a salesperson so against getting a sale.
I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I’d like to help other people not waste their time coming here in person. The car dealership has false advertisements on their website. The down payment cash assistance program is a fraud. It says..“If you are struggling to save enough to make a down payment for an auto loan, there are down payment assistance programs available to help.Looking for a new car and your credit isnt the greatest? The down payment assistance program is perfect for you. NO CASH NEEDED.”False.. the guy told me I will still need cash to put down, and didn’t even bother checking into it. I asked about the second chance finance program as well which you can combine with the down payment program, they didn’t really give me any information towards that. The guy didn’t seem to want to help me at all.. He was just worried about my credit and trying to get me to go for a new car.When I walked in, I had a specific car in mind that I knew I can afford, but he kept pushing me away from that car and tried to get me to finance a 30k vehicle.So, unless you have great or excellent credit, or a co-signer with excellent credit, they will not waste their time on you. They don’t even care if you did have the money to put down it seems. So don’t waste your time.I didn’t feel welcomed, I had a bad vibe since I walked through the door. Oh well, things happen for a reason. Never coming here again.
We were in the market to get a new car for my wife. We went in and felt comfortable with everyone we dealt with there. Everyone was nice and not pushy. They met our needs and got us in to a car the same night we went in to look. We would highly recommend others to come here for your next car purchase.
By far.... the best sales experience I have ever had. I had an amazing salesman names Sam and he got me into the perfect Sorento. Extremely pleasant people, very energetic. Two days after buying the car, I realized that the parking brake didnt work properly. The service department took great care of me and I was in and out in under an hour with a freshly washed car. A+ for Century 3 Kia.

Went to .Century Three Kia in bad need of a car and very poor credit. The salesman Joe Pollock was not only warm and understanding he didnt make me feel bad because of my credit. Talked over some options with me and my family, did a great job getting my payment as close to where I needed it to be and I left with a smile and a great new car. I am going to take his advice and use their shop for service and after a few times Ill review them as well. Thank you Joe and Kia for making me happy
