This is hands down the best loan company you will ever find. They are always HAPPY to help with anything that is (inevitably) going to happen! Great friendly service.

This location is great (Nellis/Desert In Las Vegas). Starts with employees, pretty good customer service and attitude. The Place is clean and maintain well. Check city has been good to me always giving me a loan, never have a bad experience with them. I trust them and I appreciate they can help me when I need help.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Generally I get in and out with my payday loans very quickly. Some days the computer systems and very slow and im stuck waiting 5 minutes or more.

Staff was rude and unknowledgeable about process. Was one of the WORST loan experiences Ive had. Would NOT recommend to anyone unless you want to be in debt or pay ASTRONOMICAL interest rates. I had to utilize them during my daughters open heart surgery and made a terrible situation worse. Will NEVER use their services again or refer ANYONE!!!

I hate the fact that I pay +600% . The amount paid in interest is outrageous. Unfortunately I have to decide to pay a bill or use enough money to put food on the table. Fair warning! Only use the loan/money if it’s an absolute necessity . Try not use their money if at all possible. These loan places are a money pit and they don’t care about you in any way. They will gladly take your hard earned money try to keep you coming back. Nice employees but be aware of these loan places.

Any time I go in for a loan they take care of me quite well.

Very easy to work with. I’ve been to the Layton, UT location and transferred my account to Riverdale after I moved to Roy. Most of the time I make my payments online.For check cashing, I prefer it over Walmart. CC’s fees are usually lower and they’ll cash checks Walmart won’t touch. Since I don’t have an active checking account, most of the time Walmart’s Certigy system will reject the check. NOT at Check City.I’ve done payday loans in store and online. Great thing IF you don’t overextend yourself and can pay it back on the first due date.Title loans are easy to get, but the interest is a killer. Best to pay more than the minimum payment to avoid paying 3x the loan amount.Overall, they provide a service and an easy access to cash quickly for any emergency.

On a Sunday, 5 minutes before closing a nice lady by the name of Dee Dee Im sure I spelled it wrong, went way above and beyond to help me get a much needed loan. She stayed way passed closed and never lost her smile. Ill tell you this though, she knows what she was doing and we worked through some techy challenges. I was able to make my copay for a serious health issue. My bestest to her. Greg

It is difficult enough to find that you do not have the money you need, from one pay check. Things happen in life that are not predictable, so to go in and have the kind young women there is really great. They listen as they work. I feel that I am not made to feel embarrassed.They take care of my need quickly. The withdrawal from my account is seamless. It is better to pay my bills on time that acquire late fees and have my credit rating sink.I really appreciate the service. I used to use my bank but they stopped the service.

Tried to scam on a gold buy. Quotes one proce on phone then changes when you arrive. Employees cannot add or were again trying a fast one. Told me 15.94 dollars an ounce was 45 dollars for 4.3 ounces. Not sure what kind of calculator they use but I walked out

Horrible service. Made me feel like a criminal, and as if I did something wrong. Employees would state at me, then laugh. Then come and as me a question, walk away and snicker more. Completely unprofessional. Do not ever cash a check here. Especially if its your first time cashing a check.
