I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here anytime I have an issue. Jason has done amazing work on my truck! I came in a couple years ago for a driveline repair and he fixed it quick as can be. Best shop I have been to, Jason has been such a great help and was able to communicate everything that was going on. I had my transfer case rebuilt and they made it feel like new. They also were able to address issues that other shops had missed, so greatly appreciated. Would recommend to anyone.

Another so-called reputable shop featured in national magazines rebuilt a stage 2 48RE for me that had nothing but problems. Took it back 3 times in the first couple of months. Transmission only lasted 3 years. Took it to Conrad’s and they did a great job fixing all the mistakes the other shop made including replacing missing parts! Jason is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything they fixed in great detail to me. I highly recommend these guys!

You ever take your car somewhere and as youre dropping it off and leaving your thinking to yourself should I have left my car here? Not this place. They really know what they are doing. Jason has done work on two of my trucks and done an excellent job. Pricing was upfront and accurate and the work was performed beyond my satisfaction. I cant say enough good things about this place.

When a repair shop found that my transmission went bad, they said I needed a new one for about $4000. I called Conrads and was told that it might be repairable, but theyd have to open it up to know for sure. Jason found 4 bad bearings inside, but getting parts for that transmission proved very difficult. He spent 4 hours trying to find the parts and ended up finding them in France! Im so happy that he went the extra mile for me. Ended up saving me about $2500 over a new one and the transmission is working great.

What a relief!! Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Conrad’s.My transmission suddenly wouldn’t come out of gear and my heart sank as I felt the stress of a potential repair in the the thousands. I found Conrad’s and had my car towed there. To my surprise, they were able to locate and fix the issue the next day! And this was on thanksgiving week no less. It ended up being an issue they’d seen before in my model vehicle and had a quick fix for it. What’s more is they didnt charge me a penny.My forever gratitude for good faith and honest people. These guys are incredible! Best value that I could find after several quotes for a transmission rebuild. Amazing warranty on a rebuild (3 years or 100k miles) that I could only find at other places if I went with a remanufactured transmission. They got me to a Stage 2 rebuild all for cheaper than the OEM rebuild! Extremely fast and 2-3 weeks faster than any other place I called (Had my transmission done in than 4 business days!). I HIGHLY recommend this place for any of your transmission needs. My truck is running so smoothly now through gears and I have a reverse again! Very impressed and happy with their work!

I only talked to them over the phone, but he was very helpful. I had a couple questions that Id called 3 other shops about before calling him and none of them would tell me over the phone what they thought was potentially the issue. The guy here though gave me a straight answer of what he thought it was based on my description, saving me a lot of time and money. Just to clarify, he did not give me an actual diagnosis, he just told me his best guess and that was all I was looking for.

Conrad has always taken care of me! Very hard working crew and boys on his team! Fair priced! My experience has always been good! Conrad has shown concern for not only the welfare and smooth running of my transmission but my entire vehicle! I remember he spotted some loose bolts in front suspension and tightened up for me. I would recommend to everyone to only come to Conrad for their transmission needs ! You will be cared about and taken care of! I had my truck transmission beefed up and it has been one strong transmission! One time I thought my transfer case had blown it was actually my rear differential limited slip, he helped me secure a used rear end from a junk yard thus saving money on a rebuild . Just great place!

Came in for a transmission flush and was impressed at how quick, polite and efficient they were. My car was done just after 10am, the flush was inexpensive, and my car drives smoothly than it had before. Amazing shop!

Conrad (shop owner) is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. He explains the needs and repairs simply. His prices are very fair. The one thing that I really like is he will not try to sell you fluff (things or repairs that you dont need.) This seems to be real common with so many repair shops. I have used Conrad for many years on many different vehicles. Yes - I am extremely satisfied with his work.

So impressed! I needed someone to look at my van and didnt know who I could trust. I found them online and trusted the reviews I read and was not disappointed. Jason was very professional. They diagnosed the problem with my old van and recommended not fixing it but just to drive it as long as we can. They didnt even charge me for diagnostics. We had a bad experience at a different shop with replacing the transmission in our van. I called up Conrad and he went above and beyond in helping us fix our situation. I highly recommend them to anyone and will never be going anywhere else for my transmission needs again. I know that they are fair and honest.

This company is a rip off. Paid way more then quoted. Then they said my core ( old transmission) couldnt be used because it was like a hand gernade had blown up . They refused to show me, which was another additional charge. Then they didnt replace the valve body, and when brought in before 500 mile warranty they said my truck is a piece of 💩. After 500 mile warranty the old man in the wheelchair (the owner, dad) said yeah thats the valvebody another $500 he wanted. Part was $50. Karma will get you scabs!

0 stars if i could have the option. my drivetrain went out eventually causing my engine to go out, i went in to them with a positive mindset thinking all was well.once i received my car back (after giving them 6,700 dollars for all parts and labor), my check engine light came on the same day i got my car back.it’s been a downward spiral since.i replaced front flowing o2 sensor thinking all was well and shortly after the light came back on.i called him asking if he could help me out by diagnosing it a little more and he wasn’t having it.i have yet to register my car because his work is preventing me from doing so.i also have discovered he didn’t put any of my engine bay clips back in. (literally every one around edges is missing) & i’ve discovered nicked wires in a couple places. i try to keep my car as clean as possible and he returned it to me in shittier condition.. my wiring for my RPM gauge is being funky now as well. it’s readig normal idle at 3,000 rpm’s (when it’s supposed to read 900 RPM)right now i’m looking at $345 dollars of parts just to get the check engine off. PLUS all fees and emissions to even get it to pass.definitely don’t reccomend after such a bad experience.

Best transmission shop ever had them put a new transmission in my 04 chevy and do a few up grades they also fixed an oil leak and went above and beyond what they had to do definitely will recommend them to everyone i know!

Rather than sell me a new trans mission they gave me a reasonable alternative and it worked out great.They did a great job, on time and just as they said they would - fair price too.

I dont know where to even start with how bad this place is. Simply, they are thieves and poor mechanics. I had to go to this shop for a warranty swap on the transmission, which came from Transtar. The problems started when Jason(shop owner) tried to send my driveshaft off for repairs that didnt need to be done. I stopped by the shop to see what was wrong, and he was trying to come up with things that were wrong with it. Im ASE certified and work in the field, I knew he was obviously trying to charge for something that didnt need to be done. After the owner got in my face about, I left to GRS to have them check it out. They too found nothing wrong with the shaft and gave it back to me to take over there. He wouldnt accept that, and forced me to have rebalanced. Then, the new transmission they received was dead on arrival, and they failed to call and notify me of it. I was actually getting ready to go pick up the vehicle when Transtar called to inform me of what they were doing to fix the problem. This shop would frequently say theyd call me and only did half the time. I went to the shop again to see what was wrong with the transmission and they wouldnt allow me anywhere near the vehicle. Transtar stated that the shop said it was shifting rough, the shop said it wouldnt go into gear at all. After dealing with these lies, I requested my vehicle back. When I got it back, they trashed the interior(seats were dirtied and they ripped my seat cover off), threw all the bolts/hardware in a box(unorganized), and broke multiple wiring clips and pieces of hardware. Talk about unprofessional. Finally, after I got a new transmission for it from somewhere else, the second it was started up, it had a stream of oil coming from the rear of the pan. It was completely dry when I dropped it off to them and had all new gaskets. I cant say for sure if it was them that caused it until it gets tore into and checked out, but I would say its a weird coincidence. Overall, I would steer clear of this place. There are better tranny shops in the valley.

Ive had major repairs this year on my 2008 Suzuki, engine replaced, new clutch installed, ball joint on one side replaced. All the work was performed by tunex and burt bothers.Then about a month ago my transmission died so I took it to tunex $3,200, burt brothers $2,800 no warranty on either. I was devastated because Ive already sunk 7 grand into the money pit and its only worth 4,000.Then I called auto trans, Ill tell you man from the first phone call until it was complete was heaven ($1,000 less then tunex and $800 less then b.b.) and it had a warranty. I talked and dealt with a good honest man there by the name of Jason, this guy explained to me everything in detail so I could understand what they were going to do and then what they did.I got my car back and something didnt feel right so I called Jason and he said bring it in and well get it fixed for you. Long story short they took apart the trans, tried something it didnt work. They took it back in took everything apart again tried replacing the o-rings. That was it (keep in mind this was the clutch that tunex installed) I was thing here we go the money part, I said whats the damage Jason, he said were good come pick it up.Wow!! A real honest and great business.Thanks, Jason

I took my car with a manual transmission to Tunex because the clutch would not engage. I could push the clutch to the floor, but could not shift. I had it towed to Tunex.Tunex had it for two days and told me my transmission was shot and it would need to be replaced. The cost was $4,500 (I bought the car for $2,400) Tunex said they drove it around. I got in the car and they apparently filled my clutch fluid and I could shift it, so I drove it home. It appeared to shift without problems.I called Conrads and described the situation and asked what they would charge me to replace the transmission. On the phone, Conrads said it sounded more like a hydraulic issue and they doubted I would have to replace the transmission.I took it into Conrads and they drove it around and said the transmission/clutch operated fine. They lifted it up and discovered a leaky clutch fluid hose. They trimmed the end, replaced the clamp and charged me $0.It was my first experience with them, but I was so impressed by their honesty and professionalism. Please give them your business. I plan on returning if I have problems in the future.
