They work very fast and for a fair price. Unfortunately, the mechanic forgot to reattach 2 pieces to my steering wheel that were left lying around the drivers seat. I was able to find and reattach them myself, but I find that a little concerning.

Let me start by saying, I take responsibility for getting a DUI and being in this situation. As part of the punishment, I had to get a breathalyzer installed in my car. Every 2 months, the device must be calibrated and Top Stop is an authorized service center in my area. The device provides a 7 day window of time for calibration before your car no longer starts and requires a tow. I have made several attempts to reach out to these guys for calibration and every experience has been awful. Whether it was having to tow my car there for calibration, arriving onsite for a calibration or contacting by phone for an appointment. If you prefer NOT to service these devices, opt out of your partnership. Telling me you are too busy and it will be at least a week to do a 5 minute job is just unacceptable. I have notified the company I am renting the device from and hope they will end the partnership. You definitely do not deserve whatever they are paying you or my time and money.

Jim is amazing. Hands down, the best mechanic in town. Very honest and fair. I dont take my car to anyone else and he gets me in and out within a day! Id give 10 stars if possible!

I had super low tire pressure and all the gas station’s air pumps around were out of order. They allowed me to use their compressor to fix the issue and asked for nothing in return. Good people deserve to be recognized. So thank you!

Did a Budget Truck rental through this location. Initial service was excellent. Unfortunately, the truck and tow rented had underlying issues that made my familys cross-country move a living nightmare. Rating would be higher, if I wasnt now forced to wade through Budgets customer service and claims departments because of the faulty equipment.

Jim and his crew are HONEST and provide EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I was in there today(9/26/18) with what I thought I needed new rear brakes. I was told that the front and back brakes were all good and that I just needed an adjustment. I will NOT take my car for service ANYWHERE ELSE!!! YOU GUYS ARE TERRIFIC!

Most honest mechanics Ive ever dealt with.Jim (the owner) cares about actually helping you. He has even suggested AGAINST doing work that I ignorantly requested because it was unneeded even though it meant he would not make some good money doing the work. He is always honest, knows his stuff and has a great crew of workers that are also honest and know what they are doing. Always reasonably priced and quick to finish their work and always do the job right. They will never do work that you dont ask for.I refer Top Stop to all of my family and friends. We started going here based on a recommendation. They are the best. There have been several times we have taken things in that have been small fast fixes and they wouldnt charge for it. (One was our door wouldnt shut right and they just needed to tighten a lose screw.) I love this place. They are so honest and I dont feel like they are try to take advantage of me because I am a woman. I would recommend them to anyone, and I do!

My ford Truck 2001 shot out a spark plug which was a common problem with the triton engines. I took it over to them and they were able to fix it in a day and for a good price. Ive had the truck back for several weeks and its been perfect.

My check engine light went on this week so I took my car into them based on a referral. They did a diagnostic test on it and it was nothing more than a good old evap leak aka you gas cap is loose;). Most mechanic shops would take that and run with it, but they charge me nothing and refused to take a tip....their response, we are just about being honest and doing the right thing. Next time I really have an issue with my engine, Ill be sure to come here!:)

I was recommended here and am very glad I was! My car was squealing and just getting worse, thought it was my pulley going and brought it in. The mechanic looked at it told me my belt was loose and it was the wrong belt to begin with I had the right belt in my trunk and they threw it on in 2 minutes literally and no more squealing!! :D Definitely coming back for any work needed on my car for a fast cheap service :)

If you ever need to have some repairs done on your car, go to Top Stop Automotive. My wife and Is car broke down the day before Thanksgiving while we were traveling from Idaho to Utah. I messaged Top Stop on Facebook to gather some information not thinking that I would hear from them until Friday (the day after Thanksgiving), but to my surprise, they took the time to message me back on Thanksgiving day even though they were closed!When I took my car in to get it repaired, Jim kept me in the loop the whole time to let me know what was going on, he was able to quickly find the problem with my car and gave me a cost upfront for the services.The thing that I appreciate the most is that there were two parts on my car that were bad that were under warranty at another auto repair in my hometown, Jim didnt try to stick me with a bill for repairing those parts. Rather, he told me they were bad and that I should take my car into my regular auto shop back home so that I could save that money. He assured me that the repairs that he had made would allow us to get back home safely and they did.Overall, I now wish that I lived near West Jordan because Top Stop Automotive would be my new go to auto repair shop. I have never been to a business where the employees are so honest, fair priced, and do such good work. I recommend them highly!
