Place was awful. Poorly lit. Lots of dumbbells are missing. Only one squat rack.Most of the free weights are missing the pound designation so you are never sure how much weight youre actually lifting.It seems all the money is put into the aerobics rooms. I didnt visit those so Im not sure.But if you actually lift weights this is NOT the place for you.

If I could give wow fitness negative stars, Id give them 5. This criminal company loses records of termination and continues to bill you. I quit a year prior to covid, was not billed, however after gyms were allowed to reopen, I began to recieve new billings. Upon frustrating calls to managers whom have no power in the company, I finally got through after 1 month to an accountant whom still didnt have the power to reactivate my termination. I have yet to talk with the criminal mastermind behind this business all the while acruing more debt to a gym I havent visited since November 18. Please heed my words and avoid signing a contract to this criminal gym.

Great gym but needs to be remodel for ten bucks it a great deal. But I don’t recommend the personal training classes it was a big rip off if you miss one class day you have to start all over the classes which I didn’t know about. And the trainer did not help me train he was too busy flirting with other females in the gym.

Wish I could give 0 stars. The worst managed gym Ive ever worked at or workout at. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! LEAKY ROOFING (SLIP Hazards), ANCIENT PAINT AND FLOORING. The management refused to reinvest the money to increase safety and update their facilities. As a past employee, I have seen 1st hand the lack of care and reinvestment in the gym. Unfortunately, I havent seen such a lack of reinvestment in the owners other locations (those with different ethnic demographics).

Worst customer service ever. I do not recommend this gym at all. I had a regular membership as well as a PT membership. When I needed to cancel my contracts for personal reasons I was told all I had to do was send a certified letter. Once I did so I continued to be charged for my PT membership. (My regular membership was cancelled successfully). I inquired via email and was told that the 2 memberships are separate and had to be cancelled separately. Something I was NEVER told upfront when I clearly inquired about cancelling both. Emailing to get help was a complete waste of time. They are predatory and purposely leave out details when you are inquiring about specifics. They will tell you lies to get your money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYM to anyone.

The showers are shut down by state mandate,but nobody is cleaning the area and have fungus and grim acumulated, very disgusting.

The gym has gone down hill. always feels dark, musty, and smells. Equipment is outdated. Needs to be remodeled. Owner could care less about any suggestions or taking care of the customers. Roof leaks water while working out. Machines are constantly broken or out of order. Duck tape on equipment.

Look. The equipment here is excellent for around $12/month. Arnold Schwarzenegger got jacked from equipment decades ago. Any one who puts in the work will get results. Now given what time of day you go will determine how busy it is, and consequently determine how much equipment is readily available. If you want a better experience you can pay $70-80/month a New York sports club

This place has gone down hill. I remember working out here 12-15 years ago. The place was beautiful, bright, and clean. Went there the other day because I was in town visiting friends, moved away a while ago. I walked in and WOW, the place has changed..,The free weight are smells like piss, the dumbbells are worn out, the bathroom smells horrible. The place is ghetto as hell..All I can say is what a shame..Why has this place gone so downhill? There should also be a clause in the contract that makes it mandatory for members to wear deodorant male and female..

I had a good workout

I have been a member here for years because it is the closest gym to my house, and its fairly cheap. During that time, about 20%-50% of the treadmills are consistently out of order, and the sauna in the mens locker room has been broken with a padlock on it. Just recently they have reduced the open hours by several hours each day. When it rains there are always buckets in predictable locations to catch the drips from the leaky roof.I think management needs to decide whether they want to stay in business or not, because I cant imagine that they are going to continue to draw new members without some improvements .

I have been looking for a gym to attend. I always read the ratings before showing up. However, its clear this gym needs a lot of work. Too many people repeatedly said, its a dirty gym and smells. Lack of understanding when customers want to cancel their services. Instead they are continuing charging the customer. THIS IS NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS. So for those reason I wont bother showing up.

Theres a trainer here who, not only trains like 6 people at once all over the gym taking up space and equipment, he also has his phone hooked up to an amplifier which sounds a fog horn every 30 seconds so loudly that it cant be ignored even with headphones on. The total lack of gym etiquette from a supposed trainer blows my mind.

Place is a joke. Machines are broken. Smells like BO. They still charge you even after you follow proper protocol to cancel. After contacting George Katsarakes about canceling he gives my no help what so ever but to resend a certified letter that they already got.... if you got the letter the first time why the hell would I send a second certified letter. Thanks for nothing. CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP!

I hardly ever leave reviews. If I could leave no stars I would. Customer service is terrible. I had issues with billing and they were overcharging. I have to mail a letter to end my membership too. Do yourself a favor, Dont join.

Wish they would change the cancellation policy, not being able to cancel in person or on the phone the only way being to write a “certified letter”. Seems a bit much for a cheap gym. This gym is terrible. Employees dont care about anything. Second time I come and the place aint open. Management needs to pay more attention of whats going on. Opening doors quarter after seven, doors and place is scheduled to open for seven. Very disappointed 👎

Gym needs to be updated, but they have works. The staff are very friendly and happy to help. For $10 a month its the best deal around.

The gym is great, it has everything I need to improve my physique and strength, people are friendly and keep equipment clean. Maybe if they update some areas of the gym people would love it more, all I need is the free weights but some people like the extra new stuff. Lets make WoW the place to be!

Its a gym, no more, no less. There are machines and free weights, cardio and some classes. Its cheap, its not beautiful and sparkly, its just a place to work out. If thats all you want to do, you cant beat the price. If youre looking for anything more than that, you may want to consider other options. I hear cancellation is a pain in the ass, for whatever thats worth.

My trainer Tim Evelyn is amazing. Highly recommend you go see him hell make you love the gym...something I never thought Id say.

This place needs to be updated ASAP. The gym is falling apart. I spoke to a front desk employee and was told that some of the machines are so old that they dont make replacement parts for them any more so they just sit on the gym floor with an out of order sign on them. The machines that do work are absolutely filthy. My lifting gloves get grimy when using the free weights. The staff is rude and could care less of any member concerns. For the price there are definitely better options out there. To top it off, during rush hour after work hold your breath to find a piece of cardio equipment free. The free weight area is standing room early. I live in Hartford and drive 15 minutes into Manchester to go to a much better an cleaner gym.

Classes are great, people are friendly and no judgments. I go there to get a good work out. Only wish they had classes on Sunday

Nice price, the people are nice but some people do not clean machines & sometimes the cleanliness of the gym isn’t up to my standards.

If i can give less than one star i would. i would say the $10.64 a month for two is not bad. the gym smells a lot at time the locker room is also not clean they smell a lot too. the machines are all the time out of order. but the thing that got me the most upset is the fact they charged me a annual fee for $93.00 after i cancelled my membership asked to speak to the manager cant help me asked him to speak to the owner and was told he do not talk to customers i would never recommend this good awful place for a gym for the way they treat their customers or wallets.

Old and not well maintained. The mens locker room carpets are always very dirty and there is little or no ventilation for the stalls (what happens in WOW bathrooms stays in WOW bathrooms!). The equipment is ok. There are lots of machines and free weights, but oddly there are duplicates of many machines that are used sparingly, but only one machine/station for the really popular exercises. For example, there is only one squat rack but several machines to do rows. Inexpensive cost of membership, but still not really worth it.

Love this gym - huge weight area & theres never a wait for tanning. Staff are friendly. The gym is a little dimly lit but its still my favorite area.

Good location, excellent equipment, locker & shower rooms are spotless. Definitely worth the $10 or $20 membership fee.

I used to like the gym, inexpensive and not bad @ 6am. Member for 5 or 6 years. Tried to upgrade to take classes. They screwed up the credit card. Started charging me late fees even though it was their issue. Would not recind charges, impossible to get manager or staff to resove even though I was a longtime member. So for 10 dollars, they lost a 5-6 year member that wanted to spend more money. There are other gyms.

For ME, its as close as to get as an old school Gym near me. Im at home here.

This place is mediocre. It focuses more on cardio with the plethora of treadmills and steps. Yes there are weights as youd expect and quite a few decent workout options for other parts of the body, though not much, but it gets your basics down at least, I am disappointed at the removal of their step climber as they at one point had 2 units and opted to rid of them. Have not tested much for personal trainers as I, personally, dont use them, but the option is there. Tanning beds are here as well as well as Spinning and Zumba. This is all I can remember for this spot. As I said, pretty mediocre but for the price, its ok.

People there makes you feel at home. Just loves the atmosphere.

Its stinks. Its dirty. Its unsanitary from the bathrooms to the equipment. I really hate that Im locked in a contract with this gym.

For ten bucks a month you cant beat the price. Has everything you need from lockers and showers to benches and machines. Could use a little work on the snaller amenities like twisting weight clamps instead of springs and people tend to leave their weights on bars, but not usually to busy until five PM.

Tried to purchase a plan today for 1 year in cash. They refused to sell me the year plan in one payment. Sounds like they must have some sort of scam in place with lots of hidden fees and probably make it tough to back out of the contract if they refused my upfront cash payment for one years membership. One of the employees that I’ve met is always rude, she’s always staring you down. I thought the if you have the gold membership you can bring someone without adding them to your account but it isn’t that way here. If they have a problem the will literally do something to get you off edge.
