I must say that everyone is very knowledgeable and accommodating. They are extremely professional and truly care about their clients. I personally was in need of a deep cleaning and they were able to schedule an appointment for me right away within the same week. This shows a willingness to go above and beyond and Im truly grateful 🙏

The providers at this office take their time to properly diagnose and treat patients. The hygienists here are very thorough and patient. I come from the dental industry and have seen a lot of bad dentistry. This is an office that I trust with my teeth and feel confident recommending to friends and family. The front office staff is also very organized. I’ve been very happy with my experiences at both of their West Hartford locations from the past decade.Also, the people complaining they’re pressured into “extra services they don’t need” and just want a “regular cleaning” probably have gum disease. Go to another dentist who will ignore the problem and give you your free cleaning and you’ll probably find yourself in dentures a few years down the lie. Many dental offices do not educate or care enough to address gum health.

This office was great when Dr. Gish ran it. The new owners and their practices are terrible. They always try to sell you things you do not need. I went in for a cleaning they told me they couldnt without doing a particular gum procedure first. I refused and asked for the cleaning; they said they could not do it. I went to another dentists office and said nothing; they examined my mouth and said all I needed was a cleaning. My wife had who had never had a cavity, also had the same experience. Needless to say, we are not going back. If you want to pay for procedures, you do not need, then by all means, go to Premier Dental of Connecticut. But if you prefer quality service with integrity go anywhere else.

Avoid this dental practice! First, their office is really shoddy and does not feel clean. On top of that, there have been a lot of hidden charges that I dont find out about until the bill is due, over $1000 in the 6 months Ive been going to them. And I had to go back three times to have a filling adjusted because it wasnt properly leveled in the first place. Im moving on and hope I can help others avoid the same experience.

The doctors, Jelena the hygienist, receptionists are great. Celine the hygienist will leave her personal opinion of you in her patient notes.Be aware that this location was impacted by a data security breach on 10/11/2020. There is a small notice about this on their website at the bottom of their page. This appears to be the source of all those spam emails and texts Ive been getting since about that time.

Stop making people have services they dont want. You refused to keep my wifes cleaning appointment because she didnt want to do the gum measurement thing because she already sees a specialist. Also, keep me with the same dentist. I have been in 4 times and seen 4 different dentists.

Hi i went to ur dental office and was told i need extra services that no other dentist i been to mention i should get done i explain to them i just want a cleaning and check up since the dentist screw up my filling months before and could not get appt til may to fix his mistake when i went to that appt was told i had to pay 1500 dollars on extra services or i would not be able to see the dentist i called and spoke with a manager who said no u dont need these service done so i made another appt and was told once again that i had to spend 1500 on what they called a deep cleaning. they also said if i cant afford i should save up and make another appt when i can this place is a fraud dont go here

Started going here about six months ago. Just received a letter informing me that there was a breech and that patient information was stolen. This includes names, addresses, billing information and healthcare information. Letter say the hacks happened in September, they knew about it in October and waited until December seventh to inform its customers. Would not recommend as the company seems to care little about your private information.

I have been getting my dental treatments and dental services here for many years and my experiences have been great. Many of the staff have been here for a very long time.

They give people fake diagnosis to put them on this eternal plan to continue to make money. They like to sell people their products and over charge for their services. I would not recommend going to this place. They pinched my gums until they bled and told me my gums were infected and put me on a plan to charge me over $6,000. I went to my wife’s dentist they said my gums were fine.

This dental office has unfair billing practices and charges you even when insurance is supposed to pay. Be thorough in examing what is covered by insurance and how Primier Dental will handle your costs. I will not be returming to this practice.

I have been going to this dental office for a few years and have had a wonderful experience each time I’ve gone. The staff is very friendly and welcoming from the minute you walk in. Jackie has always been very pleasant and professional. The check in and check out process is smooth and costs are always given prior to any work being done. The office was recently updated and looks amazing! I usually have Michelle as my Hygienist and she is always so pleasant and gentle when cleaning my teeth. Both Dr. Guidice and Dr. Olson have been very professional. I highly recommend this dental office.

I recently started with Premier Dental 1/12/20. Starting with the Staff, they are all very friendly and I did feel right at home, which was important for me as I DO NOT like going to the dentist. Everyone was very easy going; to name a few names Dr. Matthew Olson does great work, talks you through the process, in my case fillings; the process was quick and easy, 5 Stars for Dr. Olson; the hygienist Karolyna, is wonderful; just like Dr. Olson, walked me through the process, friendly + polite, working in my favor of not liking to go to the dentist, top marks. Then Jackie at the desk, simply wonderful person, very personable, explained fees/cost up front, no surprises. Wonderful staff, I missed some names in this review, but everyone is great. Thanks! to everyone at Premier.

They are polite, quick to see you, thorough, caring, and up front about costs.I have had the hygienist suggest something and quickly follow up with how much it will cost so theres no surprises.The doctor is fairly reachable and answers questions.This is my 3rd doctors office and I plan to stick with them.

Dr. Matthew Olson, new to Premier Dental, took a look at my teeth after a routine cleaning and diagnosed that I needed a wisdom tooth filling replaced and that the tooth next to it was cracked, probably needing a cap or perhaps a root canal. He said it might just need to be filled, but this was unlikely. He shared why it would be important to address these issues, with an eye forward to preserving my teeth. Before I left the office, the staff gave me a written estimate for about $800 out of pocket to do the work.I returned the next week, and Dr. Olson was surprised that he had been wrong (he said he gets the diagnosis right 90% of the time!), and the cracked tooth wasnt bad enough to require anything but a filling. My cost out of pocket was $100, rather than $800!!! I was thrilled!I want to take this opportunity to commend Dr. Matthew (he told me to call him that!) for his honesty. He could have done the prescribed work (costing me $800), and I would have not known any better. Dr. Matthew is obviously a man of integrity. He takes the time to explain clearly what he is recommending and why, and what he is doing as he takes care of your teeth. He is sensitive to your concerns. Before I left the office this time, I asked that they put him down as my dentist of choice. I consider him very trustworthy, and would recommend him for anyone in the market for a new dentist.We have been going to this office as a family for 15 years, and have always found the staff to do outstanding work in a friendly, warm, personable way. Went to this office for over a year. The service was good at first but their practices became more dishonest as time went on. Would not trust their business ever again and would advise you avoid.

I love having Dr. Glazman as my dentist as she always explains everything to me and is very caring when it comes to me. Why? Because I dont require Novocain when I have fillings ever since I was a little and she respects my decision. She is very compliant of my needs. In fact, I will say to all of you who read this, she is the BEST dentist I have ever had and along with her assistant Nadia who is just as compassionate and caring. The Staff at West Hartford have always been exceptional. One of the administrators, Jackie, was nice enough to explain my bill prior to my appointment, while giving me different options for payment that I wasnt aware of. She is absolutely amazing!! :-)

After being treated poorly before an appointment a few weeks ago, the office manager called me and he was very kind, understanding and accommodating. I am thankful for his prompt response to my concerns and look forward to meeting him at my rescheduled appointment.

I have had some fear about dentists but Michelle is awesome and does a great job with my cleanings and the dentists in this practice are very considerate and kind when doing my check ups. The practice has good equipment and is current with new technology which is appreciated! My wife loves the practice also!

Dr. Matt Olson does excellent work and achieves as close to a painless procedure as is possible. His assistant Magda is pleasant and focuses on her work. Kareliz at reception is welcoming and efficient.

Great experience as always. They are very professional, always on time and the hygienist and dentists are very knowledgeable. The girls at the front desk are also very sweet. They really do a great job. My whole family goes there, and the kids are told how to manage their oral health. I find this goes a long way with my kids, they are happy to floss because the dentist told them its important!

One of the most money hungry dental office I ever been to. They are always trying to do dental work that was not needed just to charge more. They are also coming after me because of an appointment that we canceled ahead of time. So I took my business elsewhere. And I’m also letting everyone I know how greedy this office is.

Family and I have been seeing this group for over 7 years.Nothing but good experiences. I would consider most of the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional.The most I have waited for an appointment is 10 minutes and that was once out of over a dozen visits.Questions are always answered and concerns are always addressed.Hygienists and front desk staff do all the work and doctors check the hygienists work briefly.Never had an issue.Make your appointment, otherwise youll get a bill for a no call, no show - you can cancel appointments with advance notice, but all situations are handled by the staff appropriately.I recommend this office and although I now live even further away from them, I will still go here.

Ever since my family moved to West Hartford,CT. I have been going to this dental office ( for 10+ years.) They have the same staff as when I started so obviously they have become family. The front office personnel are outstanding professional employees with a caring attitude And easy to have a simple conversation with. Celine knows what she is doing professionally. She has cleaned my teeth, taken x rays, and much more encouraging me to keep my teeth in their best shape that they ever been . I love my smile and I enjoy going to their office and seeing their smiles.

Quite pleased with the clinical care but have a billing issue almost every visit. Been with the practice a number of years. Despite verifying both primary and secondary insurance for a basic cleaning, I still get a bill due to failure of the practice to properly submit the claim. Thought this was cleared up in April when I did a conference call with the practice and insurer. Told by practice that the claim would be resubmitted. It wasn’t. Got another invoice for the same thing today! Will be calling the practice again tomorrow to try to straighten this out.

Beware. This place is a scam! I was a customer for about 5 years until recently when they kept billing me for a missed visit for a cleaning. I refused service when they called to verify my appointment because of scheduling conflict (these appointments are made 6 months in advance). I told the person that I would call them when I got back in town the following week to reschedule. Ever since is I keep getting a $45 bill for a missed appointment. I have spoken to multiple people that say they will take care of it. Never happened still getting billed.I had remained a customer of their still even though they could not get this billing issue resolved. Well, when i went in for my last cleaning while the hygienist is putting the X-rays in my mouth she advises me that they have to do an additional cleaning before they can clean my teeth. That would have been fine, but the women didn’t even look in my mouth at that point. WHAT? If your gonna try and rip me off with a service I don’t even need and charge me more money then at least look inside my mouth before you do so.So please in my opinion this place is horrible and operate strictly with the intentions of taking your money for services you do not need.I think the news needs to know about this.Please seek alternate care!

I havent worked there for 10 years but still use the practice, driving an hour from home, because Im so confident in the quality of the care.

My experience at this office is always flawless, I have been to several dentist and none can compare to this one. Jackie and the front desk are always professional and on point. Dr. Guidice has been exceptionally helpful and kind to my 96 year old Mother. She has been quite embarrassed to be without her teeth since they were lost during a recent hospital stay, but Dr. Guidice is so easy going and cheerful that he has her laughing and looking forward to each visit. Perhaps he took pity on her during her first visit when she said: “I just have this craving to eat barbecued ribs!” He has transformed a potentially upsetting situation into a positive one!

Front staff are very friendly and helpful. I normally go for the standard cleaning and each one has been quick and i was able to get back to work without being gone forever. Never waited longer than 5 minutes to be seen.

My 8:00 cleaning appointment started at 8:45 (full disclaimer: I walked in at 8:05) The dentist was called at the end for a check and she spent less time that it took me to write this review. Meaghan, whom I love!, has been my hygienist for a long time but I was surprised to know that she wasnt going to be seeing me this morning. Have I known this ahead of time, I would have rescheduled my appointment.

This has been my dentist for several years and they have always treated both me and my teeth fairly well. Recently I developed a latex allergy and when I let them know they got out a box of non latex gloves and put a sticker on my chart so other doctors would know. They also always give me a great report on my teeth.

First time visit to this office was great. The staff are really friendly specifically Jackie (looking forward to those almonds).

I have been coming to the office for a few years now and I love the friendly environment. It really makes me feel at ease during my visit. I have been seen by a couple of the hygienist and they were all nice. When I needed dental work, Dr. Guidice has always been super gentle with me and made me feel relaxed.

I am always extremely comfortable and satisfied after my cleanings and appointments with Dr. Guidice! The staff is so sweet and helpful. Making or changing appointments is never an issue. I cant wait to be back for my next cleaning! :)

Dr. Glazman is fantastic! I’ve been seeing her for several years for a variety of dental needs. She has beautifully (and painlessly) repaired 5 weakened teeth in my mouth with crowns (some needing root canals). She has filled a couple cavities as well. She is professional and kind. She is also very comforting during the procedures, as is her assistant. I trust Dr. Glazman explicitly and despite having several “painful” procedures done, I always look forward to seeing her and the ladies in the office.
