My dental assistant was excellent, very considerate of my personal needs while still getting her work done. (I wish I remember her name.) They used very cool new technology since my last crown, which was much easier to tolerate than the old dental molds. Mr Dr Kievit (his partner is his wife, who may or may not have the last name) was thorough with his new tech and explained the procedure until I was confident that I fully understood the procedures he did that day and what I could expect at the next appointment. Id definitely, and with great confidence, recommend Dr K to anyone! And, random perk, their practice has a unique and interesting decor, from waiting room to bathrooms. Oddly, it makes the already smiling dentist seem, surprisingly, to have added a little extra fun to dental work!

I am so happy with my dental care. Dr Santiago and her team are so thorough and strive for perfection. My husband is now her patient and I brought my kids who are all very happy to be under Dr Santiagos care. Dr Santiago is unique in that she gives the personal touch: she calls to check on her patients after procedures (this is rare), she has the latest and greatest technology and she is meticulous. Its obvious that her staff loves working there, too. The hygienists, dental assistant, and business associates are kind, caring, and knowledgeable.

I called the office number at 5 pm on a Sunday night and the answer machine gave me a direct number to Dr Kievit. He is an excellent dentist and extremely accommodating! He offered to go into the office on a Sunday night because I thought I needed a root canal. The pain went away the next day I called to cancel a Monday appointment he set up for me. Two days later the pain was back he saw me immediately. The office staff is so friendly, and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the office. The office is beautiful, makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in with the decor. I would recommend Dr. Kievit to anyone!

Its hard to explain just how AMAZING Dr. Santiago and her team are!! They are all so knowledgeable and they help their patients to understand what is happening and why they are doing or recommending what they are. They always ask questions about your family and you can tell that they truly care about their patients. My own particular life situation is always been taken into account. Treatment options are offered but none are pushed. Beautiful Smiles is simply that, beautiful. In all our years we’ve never experienced a dentist office like this. The office itself is beautiful, restful, and calming. The staff is beyond warm and supportive never mind accommodating. And last but not least, Doctors Alyssa Kievit and Robert Kievit are magicians. We’ve been avoiding going to a dentist because we were overwhelmed at the thought of all we had to do. By the time we left we had plans that felt eminently manageable. We will never use any other dentists and can’t recommend them and Beautiful Smiles enough!

I went in for a consultation for Invisaligns and the staff was amazing, all of them were very friendly. Unfortunately Dr. Santiago was 40 minutes late for my consultation and didnt even look inside my mouth. A staff member took pictures of my teeth so Im guessing that was what she went off of but it was unprofessional to me as a dentist to leave it up to your staff to explain the process of the procedure she would be over seeing. So in the end it was a waste of $50 I could have just looked on YouTube for free for the service she provided.

I have been going to this place for a few years and honestly wasnt worth my money. Altough they do basically the same thing every other dental office does, the only difference is that they have a nice sitting area. Staff have really fake personality, which i dont like. They are also condensending in many ways and love to make you feel stupid about everything. Which i and my husband always ignored. in January 2018, i was called to pick up my invisalign tray for my upper teeth. At the same day i decided to bring my bottom tray in because they didnt shave the plastic down to fit my teeth properly, instead they were digging in my teeth and gums. I told them many times and each time they treat me as if im stupid. Finally, brought them in and that same medical assistant ( blonde, skinny, hair in a bun, average height) told me she was going to fix them. However, she comes back and magically this tray does not fit me anymore!, is complitely loose on one side of my mouth. Not to mention the comment she made “ humm. Your teeth must have been shrinking”. Ok i had no comment to that and just ignored her. First of all did not fit me and the so called medical assistant, agreed to order another tray since the side was loose. Then i received NO call that the tray was made. until i decided to call this May and ask. From January from when she claims she made the order to May?The same medical assistant comes to the phone with a very disgusting attitude, such as yelling at me and try to intimidate me . All i asked was simple questions respectfully and calmly : i never received the trays, no one called me ? are they made? She then gets loud on the phone tells me she doesnt recall any events, and my staments are not correct, and that i apperantly picked them up. Ok ? When? No one ever called me !!!!! So how could have i picked them up? So instead trying to fix the situating she proceeded to be rude and loud because She felt thats shes right and there is no way in this universe that it could have been a mistake on their part. She also denied of making that statement. Because she said shes “professional” . She sure wasnt acting that way on the phone. Well meybe you should listen to what you say to people instead of just talking. Just because someone doesnt bring it to your attention or comment doesnt mean they didnt hear you. So you mean to tell me you remember everything you say to your patients? Well its kind of imposible to say that since you see so many daily. Then it made me wonder. Well where they ever made? Am i being lied to? Did she say she did it but actually never did her job? I mean there are alot of possibilities. But to basically be rude to me and make me feel like the lier. It was ridicilous. She then made me another bottom tray after the whole unpleasent conversation/ arguement from her part . She then calls me and tells me on tuesday that my trays are in with an attitude as if i should have known. Well sorry i dont work there and i didnt know. Because yet again no one called me last week to tell me when they were there!!!! Then makes the appoinment without calling me to ask me at what time i can go. I have a life, sorry but this dental office is not my 1St priority. I was dissapointed with the trays again for the 2nd time because altough this pair fits better the last, it was still slightly loose. And honestly at this point im so over this place i rather go somewhere else where im not going to be treated like moron or like a lier, and order another set of trays that will be done properly. Because of a simple mistake they did. For the price that they charge i feel that you can get the same exact service somewhere else for a normal price. Not worth it in my opinion. I didnt not appriciate being treated like that by that women and because of that i will no longer go there, and neither will my husband. We have spent a lot of money there and i wanted my trays since i payed around 6500 for the invisalign itself. Was that too much to ask? I didnt think it was!! They were so nice to me when they took my money.

I used to have anxiety going to the dentist, this office has the best staff. They all make you feel at home, hence anxiety gone. Robin Santiago goes the extra mile.

I was in need of extensive restorative care. Dr. Santiago recommended conscious sedation delivered by Dr. MacDonnell in her office while the procedures were completed. I cannot say enough good about my experience. As an older patient, I am from the era of less than pleasant dental visits, and keep those visits clear in my memory. Drs. Santiago and MacDonnell were gracious, sensitive, and treated my fear with respect and kindness. I am pleased with my most recent visit, and will always be grateful for the recommendation of Dr. Santiago so many years ago from the Dental Association.

Robin, I got back from Puerto Rico yesterday. I have to tell you that my teeth were the source of countless compliments while I was there. My Mom and my sister were shocked because they say that they look more natural than my natural teeth. They are used to the awful caps that they do in Puerto Rico which look like corn. One of my aunts and her daughter, on the stuffy side of the family paid an arm and a leg to have hideous veneers put in. They were besides themselves and asking me all kinds of questions.
