Frank is a great guy. Though the shop is very small, he is highly skilled. Would highly recommend his services.

CAUTION! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I asked Frank to complete some work for me and I found him to be very dismissive and abrasive. He told me he didnt have time to do my work and that he wasnt getting rich off of my money. He ultimately told me he could do the work but when I returned to pick up my clothes, he had done a poor job. He had clearly rushed through the work as the stitching was sloppy and the material he used did not match the, material of my clothes. When I asked him about why the work was so poorly done, he was unapologetic and said what do you expect? I asked him why he wasnt honest with me upfront, as I would have preferred he tell me before I waited a week that he wasnt able to do the work and he again said Im not getting rich from your work. I asked him to refund my money and left. The only reason I gave one star was because there wasnt the option for 0 stars! I WOULD NEVER USE THIS TAILOR EVER AGAIN!

Prices reasonable for simple work but when I had a jacket altered he brought the sleeve cuffs up too far. This is a fitting 101 alteration that any tailor should get right the first time. All my suit alterations are done at Daswanis in the center now because I can trust it will be done expertly.

I learned of Frank when a local paper wrote him up about a year ago. Since then, I have taken him a variety of projects--coats and other stuff. His work is really beautiful, his prices are very reasonable, and he is friendly and prompt with service. Who would have expected to find a fantastic Italian tailor in the midst of West Hartford? What a treasure!

Frank does great work and will give you some good advice on proper length etc if you ask for it. Prices are fair too.
