I was referred by Nick to learned law and Chad referred us to Heartland Credit restoration and told us to reach out when our credit score was better. Finally after getting everything resolved. I called and I left a message with their receptionist if Chad would be able to call us back to see if he has an appointment available to come in and speak to him about what all he needs from us to get a home loan. Never heard back. The receptionist was very rude when i was speaking with her. When i have not heard back from Chad for a week i went ahead and emailed him. Its been over a month and half since i have not heard back. At least a phone call or a response to my email would have been appreciated.Definitely was disappointed because Chad was very helpful in the beginning with all of the information.

Chad has been an absolute blessing to work with. Weve used Nick Lombardi with Learned Group for the adoption of our son, and we also used Learned when we purchased our first home.
