This will never happen again. I was referred by an excellent source. The first year with John was great. This second time around is a freaking nightmare, 4 months and no income tax, sent or received, because of a new law the new guy was over whelmed and put behind. But he sure wanted my money up front.

Went to Pete Comito who is a partner in Waukee after moving here from North Carolina and this past year we were hit with a $3,000 tax, interest, penalty for not paying a school tax for 4 years. We had no idea of the school tax and had a Waukee address but not in Waukee district which has no school tax. The only thing offered to us was to do our taxes for free this year. Why would we trust them again? Called and asked how they could help and was told sorry I can do taxes for free. Thought CPAs had error and omission insurance.
