Lovely staff. I plan to go back.

Spent over $120 to get acrylic tips for myself and daughter. My nail tech didnt say a single word to me and absolutely destroyed my cuticles. All of the nails on my right hand are mis-shaped and odd looking. The nail bed itself looks so bad. I also have scabs on all of my cuticles on the right side and two scabs on my left hand. I got these done a week ago and the nail bed is chipping and cracking. I will never go there again. At home we pay $35/each for acrylic tips, the nails look incredible, and they are very gentle. I have NEVER had scabs like this!

Super disappointed with my experience tonight. Went with a friend to get dip. One of the older ladies in this salon did them. I picked out a teal/baby blue color and showed her two different times which color I wanted. While she was dipping my fingers in the powder I noticed they were not taking on a blue color at all, but more of a white/silver. I asked her why they were not blue and she insisted that it was and once she put the top coat on the color would pop. I asked why they were this color and if it could be fixed and she said it was too late. My friend came over and pointed out which color it should have been right in front of her and the lady never even acknowledged the fact she did the wrong color even after both my friend and I told her about it. She cut my cuticle open 3 different times to the point they were bleeding then proceeded to charge me full price despite all these things. Never made an effort to fix them, apologize, or even discount me for this mistake. I later had to go home and buy nail polish at the store and paint over them. I have been here before and was pleased but this time I am beyond upset about the lack of service and just plain carelessness!! A simply apology or attempt to fix the mistake or even a coupon or a gift card would have been better than nothing but no.

If i could rate this 0 stars i would. the lady didn’t even talk to me, was super rough with my cuticles and nails. showed her a picture of exactly what i wanted and she said she could do it, yet it looks very messy and unprofessional and i spent $75 on them. one of my nails is crooked and she got glue all over my finger and nicked my thumb.

Overall the service was lacking and not impressive. The biggest issue was the price switching, which I see other people have been complaining about. We asked what the different price levels were for pedicures as we were sitting down getting our feet washed. The gentleman told us $20 for the basic, then $40, and $50. We went with the $20 for the youngest girl in our group and the $40 for the other 3 of us. After the service when we went to pay the same gentleman told us it would be $25 for the basic and $38 for the other 3. It evened out so that was fine but my Aunt asked why they had told us a different price and the gentleman denied ever saying that, trying to show us the menu after the fact. He even asked the other 3 employees if they had told us the wrong price even though he was the one who did it. Just annoying that they cant tell us the correct price to begin with or admit that they told us the wrong price.In terms of the overall service it was pretty generic. Ive seen other salons do more for the same price in terms of shaving dead skin off your feet - this place does not do that. The employees were kind of demanding and didnt say much to us or seem very thrilled to be there in general. I always have a better experience when the employees are friendly and seen to enjoy their work.

Love this nail salon! I am new to the area & I was referred by a friend to come here. Im so glad she suggested this nail salon. My dip powder manicure was perfect and my heavenly pedicure was just heavenly ! The owner is awesome and funny ! They are always friendly and on point!

It was clean, but the wait time for the service was a bit long, they werent particularly busy, only two or three customers. I enioyed my nail tech, she was very friendly and chatty and my nails look super nice! I wish they had more colors to choose from for the dip powders, but what I did choose came out vibrant. Overall, good experience, and Ill be going back when my nails need done.

My mom and I went there last night. They asked us to sit next to each other and then came and took her somewhere else. The lady who did my nails spilled her gel base on my hand and didn’t clean it off so now my fingers have nail polish all over them. She also didn’t do my cuticles which is normally included in the service along with a hand massage and lotion (which were not included). My hands were extremely dry afterwards. I got dip matte black and the matte coat is not covering the full nail so parts are still shiny. My nails were also not filed down so they are uneven.My moms nails had their own set of problems too.This trip was my moms treat and they also overcharged her after telling her it was $25 a piece, they also did not do her cuticles and they look like they had grown out because of ti. We will not be going back here.

*-I waited two weeks to post this review and all options are my own!-*So when I first stopped in the venetian nails the decor is beautiful do you staff is friendly and kind and the nail technicians foot rubbing skills are amazing my only complaint for my pedicure is two days after I got it my toenails started chipping as well as one of my toenails was broken by the nail technician .As for my full set they charged me $50 for Matt black nails which I find highly out rages and overpriced -the next day after I got my manicure (my $50 manicure )my nails started chipping, two days after that my nail started falling off any time I washed my hands! Some of my nails are broken under the acrylic.

Wonderful nail experience. Been going here for some time and never disappointed. Technicians always ask if everything is ok as they do your nails. Great place!

They do a fabulous job and its so relaxing.

I was just at this salon and the people there are rude. I was very disappointed when I go to a salon to get my nails done to relax and enjoy the conversations and they dont talk to you. I attempted to start small talk and the lady at the station 11 would not talk to me. In fact she cut me off in the middle of a sentence to talk to a co worker behind her. Its already uncomfortable when they speak in a different language. My boyfriend drives me all the way from Jefferson to be disrespected.

I would not recommend going here to get your nails done. I went in for a manicure with the dip:1.They filed my previous dip off and along with it my actual nails2. My nails were soft and bent/broke after getting them done there EVEN WITH THE DIP3. They don’t cut your cuticules- they FILE them off with the machine therefore burning your skinOverall worst nail experience.

My nails turned out okay, nails on one hand are shorter than the other. She cut me multiple times, made me bleed, then proceeded to touch my blood with her bare hands. She also applied gel without asking my permission and charged me for it.

Went in with a couple friends. I got dip and they both got acrylic. The lady I had was new. Which is fine, wasn’t in a rush. But both my friends finished before me. A lady that got there 30min after I did was done well before I was. And it was painful the entire time. She also messed up the same nail 3 TIMES and had to get assistance. When I went to pay I kindly asked for a discount and explained my reasoning. The lady very rudely told me they “dont” give wait time discounts. Ok. What about the pain? What about all the mistakes??? Will never come back here. Everyone was rude and unpleasant. Very unprofessional.

Terrible customer service! I paid $50 ( not the advertised price ) for a dipping French manicure. Within four days, several of my nails had cracked and chipped. This wasn’t my first dipping French manicure… And I’ve never had a problem with it lasting more than three weeks. When I went back to have it fixed, they agreed to remove the nails but would not give me a refund, nor would they fix them. An absolute waste of my time and money.

I do nails myself but wanted to go and not do my own pedi for once. The lady I had did not say one word to me the whole time I was there. Very rude. Oh.... I guess she did tell me how much I owed at the end. And never asked me if I would like a design. This is the first time I have had plain nails in years. Needless to say, I will do my own from now on and have amazing designs!!!!! Do not recommend.

Ive been going here consistently for the last few years, but not anymore. They dont have set prices and repeatedly charge me more than they quote. When I went to pay, he charged $20 more than they originally told me, and when I questioned this he said there was a $10 free to trim/clean my cuticles when I got my manicure. Never heard of such a thing! Would rather spend my money towards honest businesses, so needless to say I wont be returning.

Really, really nice. Phenomenal experience in the massage chair for my pedi. The pedi experience was really nice too. I liked the scrub that made my legs and feet smooth. The storefront is conveniently right next to one of the malls outside doors. Most importantly, my toenails look AWESOME!!!!

Told us it would be a 10 minute wait and waited for about 30 instead. Getting pedicures is supposed to be relaxing and our water was cold. Thestaff was not very hospitable either.

It was like being in a dumpster it was gross, nasty and it smelled like spoiled milk i almost threw up!

I have been coming here for several months, and I love it!! They are attentive and good! I love the dips they do fo your nails.

My toes with regular polish didnt stay on for even 4 days when normally it is on till the next pedicure weeks later. My gel nails that I can normally keep for 4 weeks are already comin off before 2 weeks. And the nail technician was far more interested in Monday night football than doing a good job on my nails. Never again. And my husband just wanted nails and cuticles trimmed and he wouldnt even do it! Not impressed.

They did not do my nails very well. It was my sisters birthday and she went to do her nails here, she asked if she could have a discount because it was her birthday, but the lady who had done her nails told her to ask the manager. She asked her if any guy there was the manager, she did not want to tell her and she charged her 35.00 for fake nails. She was very rude and she kept telling my sister and her friends to stop talking. My sisters nails are coming out and it hasnt even been 1 week. My sister said that she will never be stepping foot in that salon ever again.

If i could, i would give less than 1 star! first of all i walked in and told them i wanted a full set and nail art. they said okay and said: $30 for the set and an additional $15 for the art my total came to $45 (b4 tax). so they got started and we did shellac. they didnt thin the nails out. missed the edges with nail polish. after 1 week the shellac nails are already separating from my nails. after the polish was on and dry they rushed me out the door and refused to do the nail art! soooo pissed!! never going there again!

The male charged me $36 for shellac which was fine. But then another male who did my nails didnt file my natural nails down and so the fake ones were falling off within a week. And before he put the final polish on, he demanded to get paid first before the service was complete, which I did. He demanded $38, when confronted wrote me a sketchy mathematical equation on his table top stating that tax included. He then proceeded to talk in a foreign language, possibly talking about me, to the lady sitting next to her. Which I think is rude and I was then rushed out of there. Never ever going back there. Save your money and time, go somewhere else.

My daughter and I had pedicures and it was hands down the BEST experience! The massage was better than spas Ive been to!!!

Nails lifted, one broke and 2 cracked after 8 days. I have been getting my nails done with the acrylic dip for over a year and that has never happened with normal wear. Called about getting them fixed and they would not. Wont be back.

They didnt take the dead skin off my feet just scrubbed and paintedAnd my finger nails they only painted half the nail I think she needs better glassez

They are quick and have tons of colors to choose from. They do a nice job.

Pedi was not good, didnt even scrub my heels. If I wanted lotion on my feet and nails painted, I could have done that myself! Workers are not very friendly at Jordan Creek!

2 of my nails are crooked. All of them are not even or one level of flatness. They cut me on my nail bed and VERY BADLY under my right pointer finger down under the bottom layer of skin. It’s a day later and I still in a lot of pain. The lady also didn’t try to hold a conversation at all. It was very awkward.

I used to come to this salon when I was in high school and I loved it, after recently moving back to Iowa I decided to go again - WORST decision. The customer service is awful. My nails were wonky and looked absolutely terribly. Will not ever being going there again.

Amy is a very rude and unprofessional employee that has no clue what a customer service is. She had an audacity to accuse me for coming in late and I walked in to the nail salon at 8 pm, and the mall closes at 9! She made multiple negative comments about me coming in late, very rude and I will not be coming into this nail salon ever, that was my first and last visit.

I agree with the earlier comment of no set prices in addition the individual that poorly did a lip and eyebrow wax clearly has no idea on what she was doing as I still have hair on my lip and all she needed to do was clean up my eyebrows and she failed miserably at that. If I could rat this place a zero I would. Never again, never again...

Dont go here....... my full set lasted 9 days, and the lady who did them was rude and hurt me with sanding to close to my skin. Left bleeding. Might as well burn $50. A joke.

They are not careful with their sanders. 6 of my fingers are bleeding. My granddaughter has 3 bleeding. They wont try to even have a conversation with you.It is rude to talk to your Co workers in an another language.I will Never return!!!
