Kirsten and Brooke were wonderful and went above and beyond to help us. I did not realize they wouldn’t have colored extensions on-hand, but rather than making me special order them and wait a week, the manager ran across town to their other location to pick up extensions, they dyed them for us, and my daughter’s friend was able to customize them to the exact color she wanted. Brooke did a fantastic job and the end result looked AWESOME. Kirsten was so friendly and patient, pausing often to let me snap photos of the process for my daughter’s first hair dyeing experience. She took special care to make my daughter‘s color stand out without looking brassy or fried. She LOVES it! I was so impressed with how friendly and helpful the entire staff was and we will definitely return!

I got to Tracy for my care and she is amazing. I am sure the rest of the crew is fabulous as well. They even have a special guy area so he can be pampered as well. Gotta smell and look good right? Both men and women look and feel great when the walk out if here.

This was one of the best facials Ive ever had. It was simultaneously relaxing and effective. I felt like my skin concerns were being addressed with the treatment, but I was very relaxed. The massaging of the skin felt amazing, and all of the products smelled so good.Patty answered a lot of my questions regarding home skin care and explained everything really well.I really am already looking forward to my next treatment and will definitely schedule with Patty again, as well as recommend her to others.

To start I royaly messed up my appointment when setting it up. They really came through in a pinch and Nicholas stepped up at the last minute and spent 4 hours perming my hair. . Thought I was lucky because they squeeze me in for a lare Saturday morning appt with only 3 days notice. Unfortunately, that meant I ended up with the less experienced stylist. He did fine touching up my roots & greys, & the few curls he threw in for styling. I should have asked him about removing the dye stains on my skin around my hairline. Im terrible at complaining or asking for something to be fixed if its not to my liking. Wont be preventing me from checking out their very impressive array of spa facial products & services next time Im in town!!!

Great that Courtney stepped in to take my appointment for someone else who I had scheduled using their on-line system !!!I received at least two confirmation request for my appointment which I made using your on-line website and then I am told when I arrive that person I scheduled with wasn’t even working?Guess in the future I will call to make an appointment.

Sydney was amazing! So down to earth and absolutely slayed my hair. She took what I wanted and asked for and not only reflected that, but did it 10x better. I’m really happy I decided to come and see her. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

I dont recommend this place. I went for a consultation to have my hair lightened. They did a strip test to see what the outcome would be (cut a piece of hair and bleached it for 20 minutes) and it came out looking good and had lightened up some. I asked how much it would cost and they said unsure until they actually did it but would be a little over $200. So I made an appointment and went in and had it done. My appointment was at 12:00. I walked out of there at 6:23 that evening. The girl that did my hair left that chemical stuff on my hair by sections for at least 1 1/2 hours each. After each section was complete she dyed my roots and then cut my hair. When I say cut my hair she just took the scissors straight across it. Never tried styling it with any kind of cut. I went to pay and they stated that I owed them $481.00. I about died at the price but paid it....what could I do...right?? The color was way off from the original consultation color (which would be considering the time frame it was left on there) but I was ok with it until the next day when I seen just how bad she fried my hair. (I knew there would be some damage because of the process)...but it looked as if someone had taken fire to it. It just crumbled into the sink when I washed it. Then there was what it looked like as far the cut.....HORRIBLE!!!!!! When I say my hair was awful I mean it looked AWFUL. I had to go to another salon and have them fix the mess that this girl did to my hair.

Not impressed whatsoever. I’ve had 1 pedicure there before and absolutely loved it, the second time, however, was very far from my first experience.When we sat down (my friend and I), it instantly just felt like our service providers were rushing. My first experience, we received a foot, arm, neck & shoulders, and a calf massage, which were amazing. This time around, we got a rushed foot massage and a 60 second neck massage and that was it.... and that was the part I was looking forward to the most.When it comes to the paint job, we upgraded to gel, and my application was patchy and shear. For $95 dollars (before tip), I would’ve expected SO much more. Very frustrated and disappointed, because I’m not someone who treats myself very often and I had my expectations high given that my first experience was extravagant. Will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out.

I use Aveda for occasional cut and colors. I decided on Aveda as a friend of mine is a stylist there. She wasnt able to be my stylist but recommended a friend. I made my reservations at the actual store. A month or so later I call to check in and get a quote for my wedding party...they didnt have me in there. I was aghast. But they worked me back in with a different stylist and got me back on track. The week of the wedding I call to provide details for my party....the only had 4 of my 7 girls listed and I, the bride, was not among them. I became very upset and pointed out this was the SECOND time they screwed up my plans and with the wedding three days away I was losing my mind. They promised to call me back which worried me but what choice did I have. But they followed thru and rectified the error and I was thankful. Come wedding day it was great and everyone was fabulous. To top things off they surprised me by giving me my bridal updo and makeup complimentary! I was again stunned and very grateful, I made sure to tip well. So despite some human errors that do happen all was well. And it was the best hair and makeup Ive ever had! Would do it again but a word to the wise, ask for details in writing.

Terrible experienceI’ve wasted my money by scheduling appointments hereIt was makeup application service, I asked for face soft glam, it was all cakey. I asked her to tone it down, she was like I’ll not tone it down it will not look good.They did not even have settling spray.And she she did only face makeup, she did not cover my neck, not even ear.Really what kind of makeup look does not cover ear and face ?

Stephanie was so wonderful with my 6 year old daughter. My daughter doesn’t generally like getting her hair done but she walked away saying she loved it today! Stephanie took a lot of care and time with my daughter’s hair including washing and conditioning and straightening so the cut was perfect! My daughter’s hair is beautiful! Thank you Stephanie for being a perfectionist and making the experience so nice!

The 2 stars isnt for the services I received, but rather for the kindness of the gal that did my hair and makeup for my engagement photos tonight. She was a sweet girl, very kind, but just didnt quite seem to know much about what she was doing. I asked for a boho waterfall dutch braid and some curls, and then a rose gold look for my makeup. I showed her pictures. What I got was a French braid with some very very loose curls. Problem 1 i have very thick hair the curls need to be tight otherwise they will immediately fall out within an hour. I told her this. Moving on to makeup, I was continuously asked what color I thought she should use. I didnt even get a full face of coverage. I got tinted moisturizer, what appeared to be powder foundation, a brownish smokey eye without mascara or eyeliner, and some blush. No eyebrows, no concealer, no bronzer, no contour, no lips, nothing. And on top of that no setting spray. All of this right before my engagement photos. Of course i paid for the services because I hate confrontation, and I didnt want to make the girl feel like she had no clue what she was doing. But alas she didnt. So now as I am sitting here getting ready to do my own makeup and redo my hair all I can think is that I just paid $100 for something my 11yr old could have done. Lesson learned for me dont go to a place in the mall to get your hair and makeup done. Serenity Couture when someone asks your receptionists for an appt with someone really good at makeup dont book them with someone that isnt.

I went here for the first time to get a couples massage with my boyfriend.Esthetically, the salon is very nice! It almost puts you in an illusion with floor to ceiling mirrors and creates a giant atmosphere that seems to go on and on.The spa was just as nice! Low lighting with lounge chairs to relax. I really appreciated all the complimentary Aveda products that are available to use in the locker room.Natalie did a wonderful job on my massage and I’ll definitely be back to see her!

She notices my long hair and asked if I had preferences on my style. She stated that she would put notes in my file just incase I chose to go to them for hair cuts and reminders on steps we may take in the future for my eye brows. The area is very clean, and friendly.Youd be missing out on a relaxing time knowing your being taken care of if you go anywhere but here.

She suggests products, but doesn’t push them (though being a Pure Privileged member I am SOLD) Mariza never misses a beat, and with that infectious smile of hers, it makes me feel comfortable sitting in her chair every 5 weeks. Not only does my hair and brows thank her (LOL), I DO!

I don’t write reviews often but i would not recommend this place to people if you want honesty. I went in to get a balayage and spent $144. Expectantly, it was supposed to come out to be a golden blonde color and was told it will be from the first session. Which i have gotten at another salon a year ago and wanted to give another one a try. When my hairstylist checked on my hair it turned out to be a caramel brown and she insisted that she would add in a hair cut for free to make me happier. I will admit I never said anything but I tried reaching out before writing a review to maybe add some more blonde strips to my hair to make it look better because my hair stylist told me it would look better before I would have to wait 6 months to get it fixed.I texted a friend I know who’s just graduated from aveda and a hair group on facebook. They told me I shouldn’t have been told that my hair would turn out a certain way and not want to fix it. I wanted to give them a benefit of the doubt but they have not even tried reaching me or seeing what we can do to make me a happy customer.
