This is a touch-free automated car wash. Most automated car washes do not adequately clean the back end of my Ford Escape, but this one did. The car was totally spotless. Great wash, reasonable price.

Love this car wash, especially the fact that it is open 24/7! There are plenty of car wash lanes and vacuums in case the place gets busy, and they have many options for a touch free wash which I love! Sometimes it’s hard to find a touch free wash center, but they specialize in that here and I am so thankful. The prices are reasonable and they also offer a monthly subscription I believe which would be good if you wash your car often each month (which many do especially in winter months around here)! I would highly recommend this car wash.

I understand these auto carwashes cant get everything but you think they could get fresh bugs. You are better off driving your car in the rain than going here and paying $12 for this...

Machines are pretty good, but they dont do a very good job on glass.

Stole $14 from me. Stole another $8 from another customer while I was waiting and another guy couldnt run a credit card. Called all 5 numbers and nobody answered, nobody returned voicemail. The manager came back 30 minutes later and locked himself in the office. I had to call West Des Moines PD just to get it sorted out. Im never stopping at one of these again.

Not a bad automatic car wash. Just like a lot of automatic car washes it didnt get all the dirt and the blower usually always never gets the car or truck fully dry. With that being said it still did a good job at getting 98% of dirt.

It didn’t clean the stains and not suggestible. I took the platinum and charged 14$. The bird spots are not cane off and I need to wash it myself again. I would never go again here.

I am a former car wash owner and this automatic car wash performs precisely as I would expect. It gets my car clean every time. If my car had dried bird droppings or caked on mud as others have mentioned, I would not expect a touchfree wash to get it perfectly clean.

I always use this Executive Laser Wash because it is well maintained. Always quite a few cars going through and its very centrally located. The top-end wash is $12 and well worth every penny. The dryer system which always varies from car wash the car wash is actually pretty darn good. What I really appreciate is when you directly pull out from the wash bay there is a detail area that includes vacuums, car fragrances and trash cans. Even the detail area is kept very clean.

This was a god awful experience. After waiting in lengthy lines I finally had to choose a wash, my truck was a little muddy so i picked the best wash. I think the car wash actually made the mud worse and just spread it around. I am writing this as i wait in line for the 3rd time just to be able to see out if my mirrors. I would never use this “car wash” again.

Had great experiences in the past this time I went through and just picked the cheapest option since its becoming a regular need what with all the salt and slush that gets kicked up this time of year. I didnt look close enough and assumed that all options had dryers at the end. After all Ive never been to a carwash that didnt before. Well just and fyi the cheapest option doesnt have a dryer so with the car still soaking wet I had to proceed into the winter air which meant all the doors and windows froze in place. To be fair this was more my fault than the businesses buy it does bring to question why would you have a carwash with out a dryer option at the end?

Its a good car wash, it does the job sufficiently. Overall price might be a bit touchy and make you consider washing at home, yet its a nice time save having it done for you. I would return if I needed a car wash and was on the west side.

Only place I go for a touchless car wash. The wash works better than any location in Des Moines, plus it is clean and easy to get in and out of. We have always had good luck here. The prices are about what you expect for an automatic wash and if youre concerned with the prices, you should visit the website and buy in bulk. Save 20% by prepaying for 20 Car washes...Best drying system in town.

I normally prefer to use the manual car washes so I can actually scrub my car clean but I was actually quite impressed with how well this one worked. It seemed to work better than other touchless automatic car washes Ive used.

Enjoyed the Executive Wash with the different colored lights! It got rid of the smell after driving behind a truck full of manure that was dropping a lot of waste out of the back.

Easy. Quick. Pretty good wash for the price. No detail service offered here, but for a automated carwash- its good. They have vacuums for use after you exit the carwash for 75 cents.

This car wash does a great job!

I thought I would try this wash because of the line of cars always there. What a mess! You need to pay and choose a wash before you pull up to the board that tells you what you get for each price. If you have a truck, it does not clean your back window or the rear view mirrors. Harsh chemicals sit on your car for 4 to 5 minutes. Im sure my wax was totally stripped off and not so sure it does any good for your clear coat either. The last straw was no blow dry!! I have never been to an automatic car wash that did not come with a blow dry. I will go back to my regular wash to have them wash and blow dry the spots left from my Laser wash experience.

If you have a lot of bug spatter on your car, dont come here. The sprays arent going come close to getting the bugs off. Also saw a Tesla next to me at the vacuums with the same issues. Go to a regular cloth based car wash instead.
