Excellent touch free car wash. I noticed they have a soft touch option if you prefer that. They are heavy on the soap which is nice since most washes skimp in that area which leaves for an almost clean finish. The contour dryers are a nice feature as well. Im very happy with my wash!

It was $13, if I remember correctly, for the premium wash. It ran for such a short time the car wasnt even clean, and the position of the blow dryer did a poor job of drying the car. If you want more than an overpriced hose down, I dont recommend this wash.

Ive never had an issue with water spots at Jordan Creek Car Wash like other West Des Moines locations. This location is always clean (trash barrels included) and the bays are never out of service. You can tell the owner, believe in high quality service and products.

They offer brush and brushless washes as well as you can purchase multiple and annual discount washes. Prices are more reasonable than others in the area.

Doesn’t even remotely dry your car, you have to pay for the vacuums, and there’s not towels to wipe down your car.I understand that most automated car washes don’t dry ever spec of water, but this place barely did anything. The vacuums cost a dollar and if you don’t have coins then you just can’t use them. There’s also no towels to wipe down the inside of your car or dry any spots the blow dryers missed. I’m surprised there were even trash cans to use.

This car wash didn’t even get the loose dust off my car much less anything considered dirt. The only discernible difference between before and after was the added water spots after the highest cost option.

I evidently parked under the wrong tree and got hit hard with bird droppings. I got the best carwash option offered. Given how bad it was it did a pretty decent job but I’ll need to let this soak in a rain and wash it again.

I drive pass this carwash everyday going to the gym. Just so happen to stop today after working out and the owner was so awesome! He came over to my car explained what was going on an informed me of the free wash if I didnt mind the inconvenience of waiting. On top of that the wash was the top of the line! Now thats fantastic service at its finest! Ill only go here from now on.

I use the bay with brushes and it gets my vehicles sparkling clean. Never had a wait. Best place around!

Great car wash! My truck had been on wet gravel before traveling to West Des Moines a day after record snow, salt, sand, slush and Ice packed on body and frame, came out of cloth wash clean. Amazed!

Car wash selections dont match posted signs, no option given fir cash even tho it except cash, recept screen disappeared quickly, & finally the extended dry time thats advertised isnt extended at all. I wont be going back. Ill either drive to another car wash or wait for mister car wash to open.

A great car wash place. Their laser touch less car wash is superior compared to some of the others I tried in the area. They also got a really nice area for interior cleaning. They are one of the most reasonably priced and with the available coupons the prices are excellent.The owners of this place are really nice people. Once I had a problem with billing and they made sure that I was treated very fairly. They even offered me an extra free wash.Love this place.

Its great, the only reason I rated 3 stars because of the ice right after exit from car wash. It was 40 degrees outside and no rain/snow for a few days so ice came from the water dripping from washed cars. This needs attention from owners, some more traction on the exit would be helpful.Edit: thanks for the quick reply. If not ice melt, some other way of providing traction would help. Changed to 4 stars.

I recently went to the Jordan Creek Car Wash for the first time a few days ago & I definitely see myself coming here for a wash again. You know this car wash is good when all four lanes are packed full with cars ready to get a wash. The machine was having a hard time reading my card but a gentleman came out to help me & we finally got it situated so I could get a wash. Thank you to whoever helped me! I went through the touchless wash & my truck came out super clean! If you want great service and a clean vehicle, I recommend taking your vehicle here!

The car wash is decent over all... There is only one stall with brushes and the rest dont touch your car. Almost like one of those aura massages that charge a ridiculous price to make you think you received a great service. In addition, for as high tech as the wash is, the vacuum machines are awful. The first stall has no suction so I threw away the nozzle to help the next patron avoid the frustration. The next stall I arrived at only began to work after I pounded the machine several times. Furthermore, the hose will not reach around your car.In all this is a convenient wash and relatively cheap but with no one on staff and the quality of the machinery one has to wonder why isnt everyone with a decent bank account opening one of these Cash Cows with little to no ongoing expenses.UPDATE: Thank you for the response (from the owner). They have fixed the vacuum machines so I have upgraded my response to 4 Stars.

This is a great locally owned car wash. I subscribe to the monthly membership with unlimited car washes and it is so worth it. The owners are incredibly responsive, and do a great job keeping their members appraised of any issues or closures in the winter or in cases of mechanical failure. To be honest it isn’t the best car wash but the subscription is worth it if you drive by there a lot and like to run through a touch less wash often.

It wouldnt take my credit card. Maybe because from the truck I couldnt do it fast enough.

Be careful with this place. I entered my credit card hoping to get a car wash and the screenshot pending for a few minutes and then went blank. When I backed up to email to help service another car pulled up and got a free car wash on me! If anyone responds to this post I would love to know how to get my money back.

I used the bay that has the brushes and was very pleased. The rinse and wax looks great. Yeah, it didnt get into every nook and cranny, its a $9 car wash not a detail joint. Adjust your expectations accordingly.The under carriage wash is really short.

Paid for the most expensive car wash they had. My car is barely cleaner than if a quick rain shower rolled through. Thoroughly disappointed in this car wash.

Car came out absolutely clean

I wanted to give my truck a quick wash before the weekend. It wasnt extremely dirty to start with.Truck was still dirty after the executive wash. Rocker wash ended before even getting to rear of the truck. Spot free must mean you get spots for free because my truck is covered. in them. Topper window and truck bed look untouched. I could still write the word dirty with my finger in the dust. Very displeased and will not be returning.

The best feature of this car wash is there is a simple $6 option where you can just get a rinse for your car. Especially when your car is unbelievably filthy (which makes you look like an unkempt person in general) because of snow melt and salt in the middle of winter but you know its just going to snow again in two days.

I have a monthly wash package with Jordan Creek Car Wash and have been satisfied with the quality of the wash so far. I have not met any of the staff in person, but I have had the chance to deal with Ben via email multiple times and I could not be happier. Never saw a car wash with garage doors that open and close automatically! Did a great job of cleaning my filth bucket. I didnt even remember that my car is blue!

As some others have pointed out in the reviews, make sure to get the discount codes on their website. Depending on the day/option it could be about 30% off. Ive never had a problem with this service not getting my car completely clean. I think I may have used it around five or six times total so far and will continue to do so.

Pretty good touchless car wash but never quite gets the back of the vehicle clean.

Waste of $ if you have any under the car dirt. Cleans the outside ok but under my wheels was horrible.

I would have given 5 stars, but left an entire area of my van untouched below the rear wiper. This is a design issue and not a company issue.

I took my vehicle through a no touch wash elsewhere and it didnt clean my truck well so I took my 6 month old truck through the soft touch bay here and it left 2 huge scratches on my hood. Not very happy.

RE: Jordan Creek location. I used the brushless Platinum wash yesterday and regretfully would not recommend it. My back bumper looked exaclty the same as before I entered the wash, dirty. I dont like to leave bad reviews but this is not a quality brushless wash. Ive used numerous brushless washes and this one is definitely not worth $11. And...after a conversation with my wife, who referred me to this wash and thought it was ok, I thought maybe I should give it another try. So today, the very next day, no driving mind you, I give it another try. I used the discount count code on the Platinum wash again. My car is no cleaner today than after yesterdays wash. Now granted no one knows me so my opinion really carries very little weight but I am telling the truth and would be willing to look anyone in eye face to face and give the very same description. I brought my own interior cleaning supplies and when I cleaned the outside surface of my glass sunroof the paper towel reflected a black shape of my hand. I was shocked. Really? Wow. I dont even know what to say. I see that the owner offers the disappointed customers a free wash. Why? Why would I take another non-wash? Whats the point? How about, Ill buy you a quality wash at a place that really offers a quality wash for $11. Im not absolutely sure there is one but Ill bet they know who offers real value. Ill find one eventually. Again, Im not out to berate but my money and time are just as valuable as this owners and Id be willing to bet that when they spend their money they expect a fair return.

I payed for the premium wash that didnt even get my windshield clean. The rest of my car wasnt any better.

Building looks nice and in nice area but one of the worse waste of money. Purchased the most expensive wash and still had the hazy dirty markings on windshield from where wipers dont reach. The vacuum wouldnt even suck up dirty particles from fitted hard vinyl floor mats it was so weak. Will be finding someplace else to wash car during my business stay here. Not do much upset about the loss money but my lost time to clean my car and it looks no cleaner than before. What a waste. Traveling for a living Ive been through hundreds of these and this one is ranked in my top 5 of worst touchless cat washes

So the vacuums are cheaper than the local competion.

May be hard to see in this picture, but for the $11 I spent to wash my Envoy, I would think the the entire vehicle would be clean instead of leaving a strip right down the middle of the back where the cloth strips obviously dont meet. I would have given it 4+ stars if not for that.
