It had been more than a decade since I’d gone to the dentist. I was dreading it and kept putting it off for years. I’ve never had a dental visit that wasn’t incredibly unpleasant. A terribly painful toothache forced me to finally go and I can’t express enough how thankful I am to have found the good people at A.R.C. Dr. Rachel called me personally as soon as I submitted an inquiry. She was concerned because I said I was in pain and fit me in immediately for an appointment. I had such a wonderful experience that I went home and told my wife about it excitedly. She made fun of me for sounding so cheerful after a dental visit but made an appointment for herself as well. When she came back from her visit, I made fun of her because she was even more excited than I was. She wanted to challenge me to a teeth-brushing contest to see who’s teeth will be better at the next cleaning. Dr. Rachel had inspired her to be better about taking care of her teeth. Their office is bright, inviting, and comfortable. Everyone we’ve met here seems genuine and caring. She also gave us advice about our toddler and his teeth care. If you’re in search of a kind and passionate dentist who genuinely cares, look no further.

Dr. Rachel and Alvin are really awesome!! I’ve been to their office three times and they have always gone above and beyond to create a wonderful experience for me. They even put a little sign wishing me a happy birthday!! I really appreciate their effort to build a relationship with their clients. Customer service is really an art and, they are fantastic at it. Oh by the way!! They are amazing dentists lol. Totally love them

I have had the experience of seeing both Alvin and Rachel to perform basic cleaning and up to fairly seriously cavity filling. Both of them did a great job fixing me up, and its very obvious right from the beginning that they truly care about their craft and their patients. Alvin and Rachel went above and beyond to identify, diagnose (I mean really give me all the details), and repair my dental issues. I have never experienced that level of care from any medical professional before, and received it from both of them! Edith was also a pleasure to work with during my multiple visits and always got a laugh out of me.

In today’s world, very rarely do you find impeccable service. From the time I stepped into the office to the time I walked out, Dr. Rachel and Edith were kind, warm, knowledgeable, understanding, and also entertaining. It has been a while since I last visited a dentist and it was there that I realized why. The shame in not going for so long, the rapid impersonal service (get you in/out), and the anxiety of not knowing what’s going on but rather just taking the dentist’s recommendations really stood out during and after my appointment. At A.R.C. Dental, it was the complete opposite. If it’s been a while since you’ve been to the dentist or are just looking for a new place with a family feel, then I highly recommend this place.

My first visit to ARC Dental was for a routine check and it was anything but routine. Dr Rachel gave me a very thorough exam and cleaning. She takes the time to educate you about your oral health and is filled some pretty cool dental facts. You can tell she is truly passionate about being a Dentist. My visit did not feel rushed at all which is rare if youre used to going to a bigger dental practice. Their assistant Edith is awesome too! She was very friendly and took practically painless Xrays. The office itself is clean and nicely decorated. It has these large windows they seat you in front of that overlook the water fountain which make for a peaceful visit. You get the red carpet treatment from beginning to end at this place. I highly recommend this practice to all of my friends and family.

I know, I know... going to the dentist is a drag, right? Not with ARC Dental Health. Dr.Rachel, Dr.Alvin and Edith are so pleasant to be around and make your dental experience a breeze. I’m the type of person who likes to know every little detail and make sure that I know what is going on. I didn’t even need to ask for them to explain procedures, billing, or x-rays. They did all of that on their own and didn’t miss a detail. Dr.Rachel is by far the most gentle dentist. I was nervous about shots since at my previous dentist I had a numbing situation and the shots hurt even after the numbing gel. BUT, I felt NOTHING when Dr.Rachel was working on me.The dental office itself is clean, spacious and very modern. It definitely makes your experience more comfortable!

I haven’t been to dentist in a while and man this place really made me feel very comfortable with everything. The place is so modern and clean. But what really did it is the staff how nice and friendly they are. I definitely recommend to friends and family.

First time coming to this Dental Office and it was an incredible experience ! The staff is lovely! Everyone is ready to help and beyond friendly. I haven’t had a good experience at a Dentists office in a long time and over here they make sure you’re comfortable! Definitely recommend coming this way! Wonderful owners and very insightful.

Dr. Tambunan and Dr. Chiu are fantastic doctors and my husband and I are their happy and grateful patients. They are both very caring, professional and have easy chairside manners. Their office is very clean, modern, and follow COVID protocols above and beyond. While I hear of other dental offices who have shuttered their doors during the pandemic, they have kept theirs open for the sake of helping and welcoming patients in their time of need. Yes, we still need to take care of our mouths, and now more than ever. I am a firm believer that problems should be diagnosed and treated (conservatively) sooner than later and that is why I am diligent about keeping my dental appointments. Thank you A.R.C. docs and staff for your responsiveness and service.
