I am very pleased with my experience at this dental office! My dentist which I am insured with could not schedule 2 wisdom teeth removal until a month. I was in such pain. I was referred here by another patient and they were able to see me within 2 days. Even though my insurance didnt cover me at this office and I had to pay out of pocket.. I feel that their prices were very reasonable! Plus, Dr. Man took good care of me and everything ran smoothly! I was very nervous but Kelly was very nice and made me feel very calm during procedure! Dr. Ramírez was awesome ! She was awesome at explaining what she was doing while she was doing it and making sure I was comfortable the whole time! This is honestly the best dentist experience I’ve ever had ! Definitely coming back for a long long time.

For some going to the dentist is a routine check up. For me it is a terrifying experience ever since I was a little girl, due to a horrible accident. So I have always been terrified to go unless I had too because I was in severe pain. I recently lost my front tooth and so mask or no mask was not an opption. I needed my front tooth. I looked for good reviews on a lot of dentist. I found wow dental and they did not dissappoint. Very nice, understanding my fears and did not make me feel ugly for having no tooth and bad teeth. I had to have surgery and yet they were still very kind. I healed up well, The staff was kind the doctor Man was great. And believe me I still dont like going to dentist .but now when I go back I know I will be in good hands.Thank you Everyone!!!

Went to dental office and had 2 teeth extracted on 2 different occasions. I was referred by Kelly! She also assisted with the work that was done. All staff was very nice and professional! Especially Kelly was so attentive and continously walked me thru the procedure and informed me of cost. Although I have my own insurance, I was having alot of pain and my dentist appointments had a 1 month waiting time. But Kelly was able accommodate me with an appointment within 2 days. I feel that they have reasonable prices and give you options. Thank you Kelly! Great job! I even referred my daughter and she was also very happy with results!

I went there a new patient without dental insurance cover. They are offering a patient price for cleaning with X-ray examination $59 which is such a good bargain for those who do not any insurance at all.Service is great! Kelly greeted me warmly and offered help throughout the whole time. Dr. Remirez was quite patiently explaining my dental issues and possible future treatment. Also, assistant Eduardo was quite nice. My entire cleaning treatment took a bit longer than I expected but it is understandable since the peak season right now.Additionally, the office setting is clean and tidy so is the restroom. In general, my experience as a first time is pleasant and lovely. I would definitely recommend it!

I started having some pain on 9/23 and over the days the pain became unbearable. So on 9/26 I called the office, forgetting that they were closed on the wkends. Bella, saw the missed call and contacted me to see if everything was ok. Unfortunately everything was not ok, so I told her what was going on and she immediately contacted Dr. Young. They had me come in on their days off; just to see me so that I didnt have to spend one more day in pain. If it were not for them and their great team who serve us with their hospitality. Idk what I would done. God bless them in their lives. All around great people to have for your dental needs.

Dr. Kay was very professional, he took the time to explain what was going to be done. He worked with me and made me feel comfortable. I am definitely coming back. His assistant Edward was also very helpful and explained everything as well.

I had a GREAT experience at WOW dental West Covina. Kelly was really nice and cared about my comfort level while taking X-rays. Dr. Man was very informing and answered all questions I had regarding my treatment. They both went above and beyond to help me figure out a solution for my treatment. I was referred to WOW Dental by Kelly. I actually had a very good experience at the dentist which is something I never thought I would say. Both Kelly and Dr. Ramirez were amazing. When I first came in, Kelly was very welcoming. I was a bit nervous coming in since it had been a while since I last went to the dentist. I was also a little nervous to get X-Rays done considering I’m pregnant. Kelly was very gentle and made me feel at ease and took her time with me. When Dr. Ramirez started doing the cleaning she was also gentle and explained everything thoroughly. I’ve never had a doctor explained to me what they were doing step by step and she even showed me how to brush and floss properly something my previous dentist never did. With the experience I had, I definitely want to come back. Thank you Kelly & Dr. Ramirez!

Dr Man and Kelly were pretty amazing if you ask me. Dr Man really made sure you were as comfortable as possible and made sure nothing hurt at all, and may I add that his jokes were comforting. Dr Kelly was great as well, her small talk really were interesting and helped pass by time. Both were extremely friendly and welcoming :)

My English is not very good, but both Doctor Leo and his wife can speak Chinese Cantonese and English, and the process of wisdom tooth extraction has no pain in thought, which is very pleasant and helpful! Special thanks to Ivy for her advice and care after tooth extraction. She is very responsible, patient and caring for patients!
