West Covina family dentistry is simply an outstanding dentist. The doctors there are very attentive and super nice. They made my experience painless and easy. Desiree and Marisa were wonderful helping me feel comfortable and Rosa at the front was super nice and made everything work to my liking. I want to say thank you to all of you and I highly recommend anyone gets their teeth work here :)

This dentistry is amazing. The informed staff put me through a long examination process which helped to discover a big problem in one of my teeth, which none of the many dentists had not observed. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. The office staff are wonderful.I have found my dentist! Although I have to travel a long way, I’m not going to any other places for my teeth.

This place has changed my life. Getting braces has given me more happiness in life and it feels genuinely incredible. This is the best decision my family and I have made. Happiness is priceless

Waiting on a authorization since about March for wisdom teeth to be pulled off and havent heard nothing and now were in October . Its ridiculous the patient has to keep calling the office to find out the status and that they dont try to find out whats going on. They do raffle every other month for a price, in return you need to write a review about your visit and they go with the best review .So that says a lot as well. Dr bhat is great but staffing needs to get organized and be on point .

I found this dentist online and I had made an appointment for the next day. I went in and they charged me 5 dollars to go in and we’re going to charge me 25 per filling if I wanted porcelain fillings instead of silver. I do NOT recommend this place for individuals who have Denti-Cal. There are dentists out there for Denti-Cal participants that do not charge for porcelain fillings! The woman giving me X-Rays was not personable, but the stars that I actually gave are for the dentist because she was so sweet, very personable, professional and made sure all of my questions were answered.

I strongly recommend you do not go to this office. I questioned the doctor about a treatment that I had to pay out of my pocket. Something to do with cleaning my gums at $55. I have not had gum issue or a cavity since I was 11 years old. I am 55 years old now. I paid for the treatment and because he did not like that I asked him about the treatment he sent a letter to the insurance company refusing to do business with me and my family. The doctor will smile to you in front of you and behind your back he will damage your reputation. Do not trust this place.

I would not recommend this office for any type of dental procedure . My mother in law had paid for dentures that were ill fitting and she continued to complain that they were not fitting. She developed sores on the gums from wearing what was provided to her . They even went as far as gluing some type of paste on the top of the dentures to make them fit ! We requested to have a reimbursement as we had to pay out of pocket and the office manager was very volatile in her response. Clearly we were not getting any reimbursement or any effort on their part to satisfy a customer . I warn other people that this dental office are not out to do a honest trustworthy work. The doctor who performed the dentures was Dr Bhatt. He refused after much pain and suffering by my mother in law to do any compensation or reimbursement for his failed work . On a brighter note we have sought out a new dentist who according to my mother in law has done a tremendous amount of work making sure her new dentures fit properly . I may also add that once we paid out of pocket for the dentures and my mother in law kept returning for dentures to be re fitted and to without my knowledge they were charging my credit card. She is an older woman and she just assumed they were doing what was best .I wasn’t made aware that they are not suppose to do this first without my acknowledgement and that I was told by another dental office that refitting is already included in the dentures original fee. It’s as if you bought a new car and the tires keep falling off but the dealer is charging you for putting them back on over and over again . I just want the public to be aware that there are good honest dentists and that there are untrustworthy dentist who just want to make $$ . It’s a shame that they would tread an elderly person this way .

Excellent professional work together with friendly, professional medical, and front desk staff.What is admirable about the dentists here is that they first have a thorough examination of your teeth, then explain the problems, and the proiarities. At the end let you know what options you have, so that you can make a decision based on your budget.The front desk staff are very knowledgable and helpful, I was surprised how well Rosa explained the point I hadnt understood about my teeth problem. When you make an appointment, receptionists send you reminders, and opportunity to reschedule.When I first went to this place, it was because it was near my place, but laterwe moved to Ontario, and I still travel 25 miles to go to this Dentistry.Not only I, but also my wife and daughter.I wish them all the best of life.Ali
