It was my first time taking my car to a drive through oil change. I loved the experience!!! 😍 It is like the chick-fill-A of oil changes. The workers were fast, efficient, friendly, funny and helpful. They explained everything as they were working on my car. It was actually fun and educational. Driving away I could totally feel the difference. I highly recommend trying it.

Came here to get my oil changed, they recommended tire rotation and air filter, after they completed the work the low tire pressure light was on and hasnt gone away like they said it would. They said it would go away after I drive it a few miles. I dont think theres any certified mechanic working here. If there unable to reset the TPMS system! They shouldnt be offering tire rotation or any type of tire service. Why would they mislead there customers with false claims that there qualified to provide this type of service.The cost for the tire rotation was $29.99 not worth the cost or my time if they cant do the job correctly. They need to correct there mistake or provide a full refund. Not interested in apologies or excuses for there poorly trained employees. Make it right Valvoline!

I love the convenience of not having to get out of my car to have an oil change service. Once you get into the car port, service begins right away. All head/signal/brake lights are tested to make sure they are working order. Fluid levels are checked and topped off if needed.Expect the technician to try and upsell other services while you are there. For the most part they are not to pushy about getting you to do other services.Check online for coupons that can be emailed to you.

The whole process was pleasant. Even though it was crowded, there was a minimum wait and the employees didnt push for unnecessary services and were very polite.

While a little pricey, the customer service and the elapsed time was excellent. They handled everything quickly and concisely.

I went to change my oil, it took 10 minutes. They showed me the level of the oil and the oil was black. It looks like they only replace half of my oil. Went back to my house, checked the oil with my neighbor that works at jiffy lube and he told me they didnt replace the oil, Completely drain. My car was leaking a lot if oil on my drive way. I went back to the store valvoline on citrus ave, it took the technicians where was my oil leak 45 minutes. I have the color of my oil on video and photos. Im going back again to prove and make sure that they are gonna drain all the oil, and then Im going to compare the previous oil change.

I took my car here for an oil change months ago because of convenience and they recommended I have my tires rotated also. I agreed but the second I left my car was not driving correctly, was making noise, and braking was not the same. I immediately called because the car didn’t feel safe to drive and they had me go to another Valvoline closer to my location (pasadena) and have them check. I had a feeling my rotors were warped from the tire rotation but they told me everything looked fine and I probably just needed new tires. Since then I have been to several shops to have my car looked at, with the problem progressing, and I was told that not only should they have not recommended to rotate my tires because of their age (I have since got new tires), but my rotors were in fact warped. I do not at all think that this is a coincidence because my car was fine before going there and it is likely they used the wrong tools when rotating my tires. The people were nice but not very professional or trained it seemed

My wife went in for an oil change, her battery became mysteriously dead, when she asked them to jump it, she was told her battery couldn’t hold a charge, so they tried to sell her a battery, she declined and asked to be pushed outside, I later came and jumped her car and its been running fine ever since, so obviously, the workers there are either incompetent, or they intentionally tried to sell her something she didn’t need, you decide?

Fast, a bit pricey but worth it for the expedient service

Very friendly and knowledgeable up until when the young guy that was checking my oil level at the end of my service and he was having some issues with the level, then when he showed me he turned my dipstick around where I could not see the level markings and all he said was (sir you can see your level is nice and full ) . I know that with my nissan altima it takes a long while of the car being off before you can actually get correct level readings due to where the dipstick is located .......

It was a fascinating experience sitting in the vehicle while the oil change and the maintenance inspection were being performed, kinda like I was the racing car driver and the whole crew was working on the car 😆. The service was quick the staff was polite. The price for oil change was average but the air filter change was kinda pricy.

Ive had my car serviced here for at least the last five years. The most recent visit the mechanic stripped my air filter housing screws . The day after my oil change the cars check engine light came on. The car is taking in too much air because the air filter housing doesnt close properly, the screws are popping out. I wish you would of been forthcoming. To replace the housing on my Mini Cooper will cost $400. Thanks

I have taken my car no where but here to get my oil changed and fillets done transmission fluid changed. I love their customer service and not being pressured to have to buy anything. It might be a little higher in price, but for me I personally pay quality over quantity, especially for my car. You can stay in your car and they show you all the work they do. It was very quick. In and out in no time. They had all the previous information that was applied for my car last time I visited them. They recommended changes needed and suggested options for the same. Did air check and was reasonably priced. Would recommend for instant oil changes. Living up to the TAGLINE.

Paid over $110 for high mileage synthetic and I had a $12 discount, on my 2007 RAV4, they did the job right but it was just expensive, will take it else where next time

The staff is always extremely friendly and recommends things your car may need, but does not pressure you. Best. Experience. Ever.I have been desperately needing an oil change and have recently moved to West Covina. With resenting the idea of trying to look for a new mechanic, I looked up some oil change places online, I found this place, and honestly could not believe or perceive that an oil change can be done at or under 15 minutes. I drove up and pulled in right away. The gentleman who helped me out, I think his name was David, was absolutely amazing! His energy was great, his knowledge and helpfulness was awesome. He made the whole process so painless and easy! They were great at vocalizing the tests they were running and items being checked. They let me know what I needed but no way pressured me into anything additional. I opted to get new Wiper Blades since they were inexpensive AND they had the sizes I needed [our last mechanic never had my vehicles sizes..] On top of that, I was thoroughly impressed that the manager came over and introduced himself and whatnot. Needless-to-say, I WILL be coming back and so will my husband. And I will be recommending this location.Thank you guys for an easy, wonderful experience. I am so happy that I will never have to wait 1-2 hours for an oil change again.

The 2 year service plan on my RAV4 expired and I needed to find a local place to take my car for an oil change. I tried this place and Im glad I did. The service is great. Im mostly impressed that they have 3 techs doing the oil change, which leaves no room for error and that is a big plus for me! Ill be a returning for the next oil change here.

These guys are the best. I once went in to have them look at a skid plate that was falling off and they fixed it for free! That kind of customer service is why I trust them and will go back when I need service.

Fast and Friendly Service just a bit pricey in my opinion. Cost me about just over $40 for a 3 quart conventional oil change and thats with a $7 coupon i used.

The oil change itself wasnt all that bad, but their lack of skill and ethics ruined the experience for me. They asked me about additional services of course, and I agreed to a serpentine belt replacement because I new I needed a new one and the tech told me it would only take around 30min. While I was waiting, they offered me a discount on windshield wipers. When I asked how much it would cost, I was told around $12. I agreed, but the actual price was $14 for ONE!!! The second one that went with the first was $24!!! He never told me they were individually priced and that he quoted me the cheaper one. An hour and a half later Im still there waiting for them to finish my serpentine belt replacement. At this point the tech has consulted the web on his computer multiple times and has received help but continues to inform me that hes almost done. By this time my 4-year-old daughter is squirming in the back and were late for where we needed to be. I had gone to this place many times for oil changes before they got bought my Valvoline, now Im never returning. I wouldnt recommend that no one else go, but I would strongly suggest you get nothing other than an oil change!

Fast with good customer service. However, after the oil change I could smell oil burning all the way to Upland where I stopped at another Valvoline store to ask them to check it out. The Upland store was very helpful. They told me it was an excess of oil left on the exhaust from the oil change, which I dont entirely believe. Places that change your oil never want to tell you they left something leaking imo. But to be fair I was too lazy to crawl under there myself and look. I would use them again.
