Poor service. Didn’t wanna fix or mail in my iPhone to Apple. Gave a hard time. Nobody answered the phone. Geek squad literally gave me a hard time, to NOT REPAIR MY PHONE. Completely ridiculous. They literally said,”take it to Apple” when Apple sent me to them...Hope I get that representatives name!!!SWAY AWAY FROM THIS LAZY SQUAD!!
Bad service technician dont know how the get to do this job diagnosed was wrong order so many parts and still not working make 2 repairs on refrigerator spends almost $1000.00 on 2 visit fist time have replaced compressor and some other parts only last for 4 months call customer service have to order more parts take 2 weeks to get parts and repair condenssor again fail pass 4 months tha warranty only for 3 months so can do nothing for after all had new compressor condenssor new computers board after spend oll the money they told me CAN FIXED and personally i ask if work fix yes most common problem all ready have replace need to get PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIAN to diagnosed problems not parts replacement stay away from this costumer service people from West covina geek squad
