Ive been a patron of this auto repair shop for years. Mohsen, the owner is highly knowledgeable with all makes and models of cars. He is also very explanatory about what it takes to resolve your car issues.You may catch him at the shop on certain days, but if not, Larry is your guy. Hes full of humor and quite funny! Larry knows his stuff about cars too!Overall, theyre an honest and customer serviced oriented repair shop. Their price points for vehicle maintenance is very competitive.I dont ever recall having to return any of my vehicles to them for something that wasnt done right the first time.The only down side is, at times they may be understaffed with mechanics.

I have my dad’s old car for smog check. although this place is not the cheapest place. However, Larry asked the right questions and gave me lots of professional advises to increase the chance to pass the exam. In another words, this place save me lots of time and $. Service is quick and professional. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

They were very quick & super friendly! Even though they were busy, the technician took time to answer my questions to ensure I understood everything. I felt they charged me a fair price for a quick tire plug. I should have tipped them! I will definitely go back if my tires have issues in the future.

It was my first time there and found out that they have incredibly reasonable price! And all the workers and mechanics there are just so nice and accommodating. If you have any problem with your car dont worry just ask them and they will teach and explain you everything in details that you need to know. I have another mechanic that I went to, he told me I need to change all four of my shocks at one time I didnt understand why, I asked mechanics from here, they checked for me and told me there was nothing wrong. Im just so grateful for their patience and fast work!!! Im happy😂😂🌟🌟

All of the people at Eastland Repair have been more than helpful with my Blazer. I drove a 2002 Chevy Blazer for 12 years and the reason it worked so well is because of their care. I knew when I would come in that they would take care of any problem, it would be fixed correctly and that the cost would be reasonable. I recently purchased a new Chevy Equinox, on their recommendation, and am almost sorry it is under warranty because I would rather have them do the maintenance. My father went to their shop for many years and always recommended them. Having an honest, reliable mechanic is a must in this day and age. If that is what you want, this is where you should go.

I had a screw on my front right tire so it was almost 6pm last monday 8/27 so i stopped by to set an appointment for the following day because i knew they’re about to close. When i told Larry the situation he didn’t hesitate to help me out and fixed my tire on the spot. GREAT customer service!!!!

First off, I do not understand why the two women who recently wrote a review were so rude about this repair shop. I have been going to this repair shop for years and i have never had any problems. The owner is a very trustworthy man, he never lies or tries to get more money out of me. I know he tries to find the best deal for every single one of his customers. Reading all of the negative comments makes me laugh because none of them are true. Believe me, if you come here, you will see how honest and trustworthy the owner of this repair shop is. I agree with Tiffany. Those people are trippin. FYI this place isnt a radio shop. Dont bring your car to a mechanic to have your stereo fixed thats just flat out ignorant. Also I have never had to leave my car for more than one day. Repairs were cheaper than the other 3 quotes I got. They did it for less than $1000, everywhere else was a minimum of $500 more. So thankful for these guys. My car is happy and purring now. I highly recommend this place without any hesitation and must say that in all my years of coming to this place I have not felt like I was at the short end of the stick. Its always been fair.

Worst place ever! I gave them a chance to install a new radio. Mohsen, the supposed owner had it taken to have one installed didnt say with who. He didnt ask if I wanted the brand he chose and came back with it in my car. I took it because he swore he was doing me a favor, and gave me what he claimed to be the stereo they took out, by leaving it in the trunk. A few days later, this bulls@!t new radio started to malfunction, and then I noticed thats probably why he never gave me a box or receipt with the make and model on it. I had to raise hell to return it, because there was no way I was going to let this two face liar of a guy touch my car again!. When I took it to another Audio expert, he informed me that the speakers that I thought were not working were actually a result of the last installer unplugging the amplifier was for some reason. I am guessing to milk more money out of me! Oh and by the way the radio he gave me, by leaving it in my trunk, was not the original that he took from my car just belonged to someone else, because I never saw it before. I wonder, is it stolen, did he steel it and try to hide proof in my car? Some people are devils on earth! All the guys at this place cannot be trusted and you knows it bad when they are soooo nice to your face but do crooked business like this, especially when the owner is all about it. They make me sick!

Very courteous car repair shop

WORST PLACE EVER!!! TOOK MY ACURA FOR A ABS AND VSA LIGHT ON. THEY HAD MY ACURA FOR TWO WEEKS. COULD NOT READ THE CODE SUPOSEABLY. ELECTRICAL PROBLEM, MY GAS TANK WAS MORE THAN HALF FULL BEFORE IT WAS BROUGHT IN AS WELL AS MY MILES. GOT MY CAR BACK IT GAS WAS ON EMPTY AND MILES OVER 1,000. I JUST HAD AN OIL CHANGE A COUPLE OF DAYS PRIOR. THEY CUT EVERY WIRE TO SEE WHERE THE SHORT WAS. BUT DID NOT BOTHER TO TAPE IT BACK UP. THEY TOOK THE WHOLE DASH BOARD. AND I AM FINDING PIECE OF HOOKS ON THE FLOOR. DASH BOARD IS NOT PUT IN CORRECTLY. WAY OVER PRICE. THEY RECOMMENDED FOR ADDITIONAL FIXES WHICH I HAD DONE PRIVOUSLY. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. OWN SAID HE SAVED ME MONEY. YEAH RIGHT I HAD TO RENT A CAR FOR TWO WEEKS. THAT IS NOT SAVING MONEY. I WILL FILE A COMPLANIT TO THE ASB LICENSE BUREAU.

Took my money, refused to refund! On 01/21/14 I took my car to a repair shop because it was making a ticking noise. Upon inspection, the tech found internal end noise coming from the crankshaft, suggested a used or new engine. Because Eastland Center was recommended to me, I took my car to Eastland for a second opinion & was told it was not the engine but the Lifters. They fixed the Lifters, value cover gasket, left side axle & put quarts of oil with oil filter. The bill came to over $1,000. The noise continued so I took it back two more times for the same reason & was still asked to bring it back again for further testing. By 05/03/14 I decided to take it to the dealer to once & for all to get the final outcome & the Hyundai dealer confirmed that it needed a used or new engine. I called Eastland Center & spoke to Mohammad & Mosen regarding what happened & wanted a refund because they charged me for something they should have never done to my car. Mosen the owner said he would not give me a full refund because the other mechanics didnt know what they were doing & only wanted my money. Said to bring in the receipts as he would have to review them first. This last Saturday, 05/24/14, I went to Eastland & took all the receipts to prove to Mosen what was found but he did not want to see the other mechanics findings, he only wanted to see his receipts. He said he would only give me $200 for the lifters, & I told him I wanted a full refund since the car needed an engine. After much going back and forth, he refused to give me a full refund so I told him I would report him if I didnt get my refund & he told me if I wanted a fight, he would give me a fight & would not give me one cent. Toward the end of our conversation he got vicious and very rude. UPDATE 06/20/14, I contacted the Bureau of Automotive Repair & explained my situation & I was planning to go to court if I did not receive my refund. They went in person to speak to Mosen & out of the $1,000, I agreed to accept $845.00. Case closed & I received my refund.
