Unprofessional customer service from “vic” dint give me 1 min of his advice or time let alone look at my car. I don’t understand what happened to “vic” I went to him because he had great ratings on google. Is this the same vic?If I could give 0 stars I would!

Stopped by vics today with my partner while getting a used vehicle inspected. Vic himself greeted us and fit us in immediatly without any notice, did a thorough job inspecting the van and gave use an indepth run down of anything wrong with the vehicle. Extrememly nice and proffesional, highly reccomend. Thanks Vic!

I called to ask if they would work on my car. Instead of answering he just hung up the phone. It wouldve been nice if he said that he didnt instead of just hanging up. Poor customer service
