Do not use this company. They will fail to deliver your bins and then once you cancel they finally drop them off. It’s been about 3 weeks since I’ve cancelled and have been waiting for them to be removed. They keep saying it is scheduled for certain days and then they don’t come. Finally they tell me they will have a dispatcher come and pick them up personally and then they still aren’t removed. Called to tell them they need to be gone and they tell me maybe next week. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they put me on hold and then come back and tell me that there is not one available and they will call me back soon. They are very rude and the company that answers their phone calls during non business hours are even worse to talk to. Both the company and the company that answers after hours will never connect you to a supervisor.

We pay for this service, not sure what’s going on but lately every Friday the truck passes to pick up our garbage, they always leave garbage on the side.. seems like they drop it and do nothing to pick it back up..

They cant get their billing done correctly, they screw up pick ups. I called to let them know that no one picked up my trash and the guys gets an attitude with me. Worst service ever. I only keep them because Waste Management is almost double the price.

Terrible Experience. Cancelled Service And They Never Came To Pick Up Their Cans. They Are Lazy And Do A Horrible Job. Very Unresponsive.
