Great service, I love my stylist ( Alyssa). Theyre always friendly, the shop is clean and their services are well priced. Never had an issue with not liking my color when it was done but I know if I didnt, shed fix it for me. I absolutely wont go elsewhere

I went here a few weeks ago for an eyebrow wax and unfortunately got really bad wax burns around both my eyebrows :( I guess the wax was too hot, but it left my skin raw for about a week, literally my skin was ripped off! it hurt so bad when it was happening as well, which usually doesnt happen when I get my brows waxed. thankfully its healed now and didnt scar but this has never happened to me anywhere else. they were super nice & everything but if youre looking for a wax I would go somewhere else :( the pics I attached are from the three days after I got them done

This salon absolutely ruined my blonde-I came in with slightly lifted hair that they said they could lift further, tone, and dye to what I requested. They spent four appointments trying to do so, and yet my hair is still nowhere near what I asked for. When I asked for a fix, they demanded I pay for the highlights (which should have been done w what I originally paid for), and the root grow out (which would not have been an issue had I ever received what I paid for to begin w, but they forced me to wait to continue processing my hair because they damaged it so badly). It’s incredibly damaged (it was virgin before being lifted), the ends are fried, and despite spending $400 here, I was forced to go spend another $200 at another salon just to fix what they screwed up. I spoke with the owner here and they refused to help and again demanded that I pay THEM. I requested a partial refund and they refused, and I was screamed at over the phone when I informed them that I don’t trust them w my hair anymore. They had plenty of time to provide me the services I paid for-and they didn’t. Please take your money elsewhere (blaze salon has been super helpful and willing to fix my hair!) and save yourself a headache and a lawsuit.Edit: It will not allow me to respond to the owners response, but I had services done with both Tiffany and Jonathan, and spoke to I believe someone named Michael and/or Biff (cant remember which called) over the phone. My services were under the name Marissa. Hope that clears things up xoxo

I totally love this salon. Thomas and his entire crew are always upbeat, happy and ready to make you feel absolutely beautiful. I have never in my 69 years had a better, more perfect hairstyle! Give them a try. You will not be disappointed

The absolute BEST hair salon Ive ever been to! Ive been all over from LA to Philadelphia to upscale salons that charge twice as much and I can honestly say, this is the happiest Ive been with my hair in my life. I drive over an hour away to get my hair done from color to cut and the staff is exceptional. I have long hair and my regular stylist is Tiffany and she knows what I want better than me! Terrance and Jackie have done my hair as well and both are incredibly talented and never disappoint. The owners are so kind and genuinely care about their clients happiness. From the first day I stepped into this salon I was welcomed warmly and feel more comfortable than salons Ive been to for years! From cups of tea to glasses of wine this is more than a hair salon its a hair experience. I love the time I spend there getting my hair done and that is not something I say lightly. I tend to be impatient and getting my hair done was a necessity and something I would put off for far too long before getting it done again. I now find myself getting it done every 4-6 weeks because I look forward to the whole relaxing experience! I feel so lucky to have found this gem and look forward to my next visit every time😊

I love Balance! In particular, I really like the West Chester space. The feeling is intimate and my time with Thomas is very individualized and focused on me and my hair. I have been extremely happy with my haircuts and color (which is important because I go there once a month). The staff are professional and well-trained and also very friendly and warm. I always feel special and well taken care of when I am there, and I get many compliments on my hair.

Highly recommend! I have been to Balance Hair Spa Studio 3 times now and really love the atmosphere. They offer such great perks and being right in town their location is very convenient. The skill of the Stylists here is evident. They are very knowledgeable and trained, and super friendly too. I tell all my friends to go to Balance!

Love balance hair spa in west chester!!! Tiffany is my go to stylist. She does amazing hair cuts and amazing color as well. Salon is always clean and bright. They offer you beverages while youre getting styled. All the stylists/assistants Ive crossed paths with during my visits have always been the nicest as well.

I have never colored my hair in my life before, I did a little research, asked around, and came across Balance! I was nervous but after I spoke to Jackie on the phone she answered all my questions and really put my mind at ease. She was able to put me in for the next day. When I arrived at the salon I felt very welcomed and everyone was very nice. Jackie took her time with me while I showed her photos and described what I wanted to be done before she went to work. She took her time with my hair and really went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Another stylist, Terrence, was there to lend a helping hand to her (my hair is very long and thick). Overall, my experience was amazing, I am so in love with the results and I am proud to say that I will be returning in the future!! I hope this review helps anyone who has never colored their hair and is interested in doing so!!

I’m not a “make-up” person, I’ve always felt uncomfortable with the process. Jackie n Tiffany really took their time and helped me find what was best for me..I’m wearing the Aveeda products everyday now !!! Jackie does my hair, again I’m hard to please...I love the color and the cut..These woman are true artists when it comes to all things cosmetology.. The atmosphere is super laid back too, like being in your girlfriends living room.. I love that and the coffee !!!Thanks Ladies

I came into Balance for the first time and had an appointment with Jaclyn. It was an awesome experience! She gave me great advice on how I should have my hair cut and really followed through. My hair looks so healthy now and she even gave me some cute braids before I left. All in all I was very impressed with Jaclyn and the atmosphere in Balance.

Jackie is my stylist/color guru !!! I would follow her to the ends of the earth. In all honesty, all the woman here are so great to be around..very down to earth, friendly, relatable and funny....The coffee is delicious, and they have other things on hand to offer as well, which is a nice touch...Don’t ever change !!

Balance is the only place I trust to cut my hair! I have very fine and slow growing hair and Im very particular about my style. I was fortunate enough to find Balance 7 years ago, and have not let anyone else near my hair since! Every stylist is amazing, and Ive never left without a huge smile on my face!
