Dr. Downey was completely dismissive when I presented with a problem he didn’t know the answer to. He made me feel like he didn’t want to talk to me and had one foot out the door the entire time I inquired about next steps and he was not in the mood to think out of the box.

Dr. Hoffman is a kind, thorough, patient doctor who went above and beyond for my boyfriend. Another ENT doctor in the area failed to follow up properly with my boyfriends enlarged tonsil after an ER visit. We decided to get a second opinion and Dr. Hoffman took the time to review his ct scan from the ER visit and within five minutes diagnosed my boyfriend with either lymphoma or tonsil cancer. He biopsied his tonsil that day in his office, and was so patient with my boyfriend and I while we broke down from the news, and asked millions of questions. He provided us with a line of constant communication as we anxiously awaited the results of his biopsy. Because of Dr. Hoffman, my boyfriends stage 1 lymphoma was caught early enough to have him cured. Dr. Hoffman got him checked into the hospital within a few days and made sure that he was put into the hands of the amazing Oncologists at Chester County Hospital. He continued to personally check on my boyfriend while he was in the hospital and scheduled follow ups with him before his chemotherapy treatments began. After 18 long weeks, my boyfriend finished his sixth and final RCHOP treatment today. We are so incredibly grateful that Dr. Hoffman was so patient and took his condition seriously. He is part of the team that saved my boyfriends life and he deserves much recognition for the amazing doctor he is!

I try to make appointment with doctor front desk people don’t give me appointment she was very Rude with me on the phone.she was diagnosis with my problem she is not even doctor.my Docotr want me to see ENT but she told me to see tnj doctor.

Ive seen the same Dr. For over 20 yrs. That speaks volumes. Nice location for me, good parking and comfortable offices.

Dr Hoffman is a very careful and thorough dr, I found him when searching for someone to remove a tricky tumor from my face. I also have hearing issues and blocked eustachibana tubes he was able to put ventilation tubes into my ear drums and restore most of my hearing.The other review was a mistake if you go to the profile he ment to leave it for..Ear, Nose & Throat Associates of Chester County...Not coaa

Although I informed them that I already have hearings and and my eustacean tubes were clogged, they did a hearing test on me to run up the bill. Just be sure you question them as to why they are doing something before you allow them. Foolishly trusting them to do the right thing cost me an extra $150.00
