They are not your classic car dealers, I didnt feel any pressure whatsoever and everyone was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I love my 2022 Kona and if I need another vehicle, I will be returning to work with the staff here. I am also recommending them to everyone I know.

I recently bought a 21’ Hyundai Sonata N Line. I went in expecting to put up a fight but everything down to the detail in how they made me feel welcomed was amazing. I knew right away I wanted to upgrade my existing Hyundai car. Kevin, the sales representative, was able to quickly help me find the car that I was looking for, and thoroughly described the features I would be getting. Hyundais are also nice, affordable, and reliable cars in general.

If you are looking for a car dealership that is going to give you attitude, not call back, and essentially tell you that your business is not worth their time- you found it. By far the rudest group of people I have ever spoken too. How dare you tell someone that has purchased 3 cars from you that they are being harsh? Unfortunately you have to be in order to get some sort of response. On top of that- they bash the dealership next door (which is also under the Piazza name) saying that they only sold 1 car when Hyundai sold 12. There are plenty of other dealerships in the area that I am sure would be more than happy to discuss what options are available.

I actually drove an hour to get to this location and it was definitely worth it. The whole staff is very nice. I walked in to inquire about 1 car and drove off in a brand new car with only 2 miles on it. If coming here, I would ask for Chris at sales, he walked me step by step in the whole process. First experience with the dealership.. I called at 9 am to confirm a vehicle was on the lost and told the sales man I was coming from over two hours away. He said he would hold the keys. I get there at 11:15. I see a woman in the car. I walk in and ask for the sales man. He said he just sold the car sorry.This shows the ethical side of the company. Best service I ever received walked in one day for engine light gave me a appointment and that was today. Left my car At 11am told me they would varify what car shop told me what the problem was. Never heard from them but called several times. Was told parts are hard to get. Well at 5 pm today my car was done and they would send a driver to my house to pick me up. We had an exceptional sales experience at Piazza Hyundai of West Chester where we purchased a 2022 Tuscon. Our salesman, Kevin Penny, did an excellent job throughout the sales process. We started to look for a replacement for our 2016 Honda CRV in April and as part of our search stopped by Piazza Hyundai and Kevin showed us the Tuscon. He really did a great job showing us the features.Ultimately, we wound up purchasing a Tuscon Hybrid which Kevin had held for us with a small deposit until it arrived in early June and we completed the purchase on June 9 and took it home. We loved the car but didnt realize how loud the exterior backup chimes were until we backed it out of our garage for the first time. Among other things, we anticipated some very unhappy neighbors! We contacted Kevin and he researched possible remedies but finally concluded that, unfortunately, the chimes were Hyundais solution to the recent NHTSAs regulation on electric vehicles and, as a safety device, could not be modified. So, we asked about swapping the hybrid for a standard IC 2022 Tuscon. Kevin took our request seriously and found a solution and we were able to replace the Hybrid with a standard 2022 Tuscon that Piazza Hyundai had in stock. What a terrific display of customer service! We are grateful to Kevin and the dealership for the effort in making what could have been a purchasing disaster into a relatively painless experience with a happy ending and satisfied customers.We have had the Tuscon for 10 days at this point and really love it.

My experience was worst at this place with car Service. I had a 2017 Hyundai Sonata with 44k mileage on it. My car trunk was not opening as I manually replaced the trunk hatch.. I took it to this place to fix this and they examined it for 8 hours and told the same thing that trunk is not opening and asked me to take it to Body shop to break the trunk. The way they treated me was also very disrespectful..I took the car to a different dealer and they fixed it with in 2 hours and solved the issue..

The service at the dealership was excellent. Personnel is exceptional. I recieved a text alerting me to other maintenance issues that were recommended to be addressed and a link in the text allowed me to approve or decline service on those issues. The text was much better than the awkward conference with the service representative in the waiting room area that is typical for any service visit. My only complaint, and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, was the condition of the service/waiting room area. The entrance is not handicapped friendly. The building appears to be in serious need of updating. Parking could definitely be improved. The Mazda building next door has just been updated so hopefully the Hyundai building is next in line for improvement.

I like taking my car to Piazza Hyundai for my cars service-related needs. It is easy to get appointments and I get a reminder for the appointment. Piazza does not charge me for any unnecessary services or parts. They get the work done quickly. The waiting area is clean, follows social distancing and with lots of hand sanitizers. I have no problem being in the waiting area despite the covid-19 pandemic. Tom Suydam is my service manager. Tom is diligent, polite, courteous, direct and a pleasure to deal with. It is for these reasons I love taking my car to Piazza for service-related needs.

Extremely frustrated with this place. They put customer requested on the services THEY recommend and it has just been a nightmare overall. They apparently never have a rental car on the lot so they get you a Lyft back and forth multiple times and they just want to do services for your car that it doesnt really need. I will not be back.
