I have a 2005 Land Rover LR3 and my repairs were extensive. They took the time to diagnose the problem and fix it in a timely manner. I worked everyday and as my car was getting repaired, I’m so glad I did not have to pay for a loaner like I usually would have to. Was given a bad attitude by service when I had to keep asking them to fix something on a brand new vehicle. Had another employee steal valuables out of my glove box. The dealership said they would reimburse me but they never did. Oh and the vehicle was a lemon. I traded it for a Porsche.

I was recently in the market for the discontinued LR4. I needed the cargo space for my job but was unsure if I would enjoy driving something so large on a daily basis. Luckily Land Rover West Chester had one available for me to test drive first. Ali Camur greeted us enthusiastically and was able to answer every.single.question. I had regarding the vehicle. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and easy to talk to. I never felt any pressure or salesman sleaziness while speaking with him. He was truly concerned that I found the best-matched vehicle for my needs; he even brought in their sales manager who owns an LR4 to answer even more of my questions. While I did not ultimately purchase my LR4 with Ali and Land Rover West Chester due to such limited stock of the model, I could not recommend them enough! I had such a lovely experience with everyone and will be back for our next Rover purchase!

Ali was amazing!! I wanted a Range Rover HSE with an in-demand and difficult-to-find color combination (black exterior with black interior and black wheelset). I had spoken to several other dealerships and was told that there were few, if any, left on the East coast. Luckily, a friend recommended that I contact Land Rover West Chester. I called and was connected with Ali. Long story short, within 24 hours he had found my car!! Furthermore, he was able to offer pricing that was SIGNIFICANTLY better than any other dealership. Ali’s availability, professionalism, and overall level of service was OUTSTANDING! On a final note, we admittedly have a bit of COVID anxiety in our family. We were able to complete the ENTIRE transaction without EVER stepping foot into the dealership. Tables were brought outside and all paperwork was completed in a safe, socially distant fashion. Even my credit card was handed back to me wrapped in a sanitizing wipe. I know that many will feel that this level of diligence is not necessary. Advisor I worked with was rude and not consultative. Insufficient information was provided in details of visit, leading to confusion on my part. When asking questions clarifying questions, advisor was condescending and dismissive of my comments.I escalated to service manager who was able to ease my concerns, but does not make up for poor advisor experience.After battery was replaced, I picked up car and a “battery low” message persisted. Brought car back for rework. Dealership does not appear to be thorough. Wasted much of my time, having to stop at shop multiple times.The dealership understood the inconvenience they had caused, and did offer a full detail at next visit. I’ll give them another chance due to the service recovery.

Service team was able to get me in within a few days for the fan recall. I had a few odds and ends that also needed attention and they were super gracious about. Work completed in the timeframe stated. Car cleaned and a covid attention to cover the steering wheel was also in place. Thank you

My salesperson ali camur was was so professional, he greeted me with a smile & handshake which is rare a now a days as we know. He knew exactly what I wanted & was willing to go out of his way to make my first Range Rover buying experience the ultimate ! He gave me the keys & said to go for a test ride by myself which was kind of new to me but because of COVID it was the rules. So I did take the vehicle for a nice ride down rt 3 & was very impressed with this car. Long story short I pulled in driving a Maserati & left with my beautiful Range Rover. The other dealers made up excuses how my car wasn’t much of a trade trying to low ball my beautiful car, not this man he went out of his way to get me the money I needed for the trade in ! It was a pleasure to deal with Bob Dodds from the service department. When my local LR dealership could not accommodate my acute problem for 3-4 weeks, Bob got me in in 2 days and had loaner for me. I love the service department at Land Rover of West Chester. They always do a great job, return my car in a timely manner and the staff are so friendly and easy to deal with. I’ve used other Land Rover dealers in the area previously that are closer to my house but had horrible experiences. I would rather drive the extra 20 min to have service done by the staff at West Chester rather than deal with other dealerships.

In limited interactions with the service team, theyve proven difficult and rude. Im assuming it is due to my having the car regularly serviced by a private garage, and not returning to the dealer for over-priced routine work.Sales team was great.

This was a super experience. I was able to schedule my appointment quickly and easily. When I arrived for my service appointment, the friendly staff was waiting for me, had my paperwork prepared, verified what was to be done, and gave me a vehicle to use while mine was being worked on. I was on my way in 10 minutes or less. As the day progressed, the service representative texted me with updates and then the technician texted me a video of his findings. That was great! I appreciated the feedback. When I picked my vehicle up, the paperwork was prepared in advance and I was ready to go in minutes. Overall, this was definitely a 5 star experience.

With my first one I went to a different Land Rover Dealership for service, which is what ended up bringing me to Land Rover West Chester.I cannot say enough good things about Bill(Service Manager), Chip(Service Advisor) and all of the guys who do the actual mechanics.When I go in for service, I know it will be done right the FIRST time. I cannot say I’ve had the same experience at the other Land Rover Dealership.I drive 30 miles to go to Land Rover West Chester when another Land Rover Dealership is 5 miles from my home.I won’t go to another dealership for service. Period.

All but one of this stores surveys online were outstanding. I am not sure what Tony S is talking about (I did noticed he has been removed from a couple of social sites) but Bill J, Len, Jillian, and Bill Colgate went out of there way to get some lingering issues fixed on my vehicle that had just run out of warranty. I am new to these guys my old dealership is on 30. These guys blew them away!! I am a customer for life.
