I ordered a pulley kit about 2 months ago. Waited about a month no update on shipping. So I tried to contact them anyway possible. Call, email, message. They won’t respond to any of these never answer the phone so now I’m at month 2 with no reply or update. Starting to feel like I got robbed they got my money I have no part and they won’t respond. Poor customer service. They might be great if you take your car to them but do not order anything online if you expect it to come in a timely manner. I don’t mind waiting but not responding makes it even worse all I asked them for was 2 minutes out of the day to call me or email back and say something at least. Apparently they share a building with BimmerZone that sells the same parts. Was confused why they had the same address online I called them and they ANSWERED the FIRST time I called. Guy was suppose to pass the message along for Race Precision to call me but that’s not his job it’s 2 different places. So if you want RPI products I would order it from BimmerZone. If they refund me I will be ordering from next door but hopefully they just send my order.

Very good pizza. We had the Buffalo chicken and plain. Both tasted great nd were hot.

Ive brought my car to RPI multiple times now for repairs that were out of me league. They treated me and my car with respect every single time. They even made sure to park my e30 in the shop during a snow storm without me even asking. I would highly recommend anyone I know to come here.
