This is around my 5th time coming here and I always love it. Lisa is great at accommodating my requests and open to anything I want. She is fast but delicate and always fun to talk to. I’ve been to 3 other nail salons in just West Bend and all were bad or just okay experiences. I’m super glad I found my nail home!

Nails break easilyGel dip powder with tips manicure on 12/26 and first nail broke 12/28. Second nail broke 12/30. Disappointed for the money I paid, this is what they look like after 2 days.

We had a wedding party booked for manicures and pedicures. They only had two girls handling a large party so these services were stretched out for 4 hours. The 25.00 manicure was a joke. Cuticles were not treated and barely addressed with trimming that left hangnail shavings on the nails. Several girls complained of this. For 25.00 you basically received a quick file and polish. Soooo not worth it. Both Mother’s of the bride and groom scheduled pedicures and were told after their manicures they didn’t have time. That was not helpful the day before the wedding to have squeeze in a pedicure the day before the wedding. I was never offered anything to drink. Not even a water. My actual polish wasn’t completely to the ends of my nails and white tips showed through with the navy blue polish. The whole experience was not what they advertised, was poor quality and VERY disappointing. Save your money and paint your own nails or find a better place.

The person who did my nails was absolutely amazing, she was nice she asked me about my life she told me about her’s. Conversation was flowing. I loved my nails I got a French tip. But after three days the nails started coming off. I have to use gorilla glue to keep them on because I don’t have nail glue. Don’t get me wrong it’s an awesome place but I don’t want to drive 25 minutes back to get them re-done and probably end up paying for them to get re-done. Is there something I can do about this?

Met the owner she was taking care of my wife, we did the couples relaxation petti. Had a yummy spritzer while I sat in a very comfortable massaging chair as my feet were brought back to life by skilled hands. They were so nice, I wasnt sure what to expect as a man, but they sure made me feel at home and among friend. Which is saying a lot as I had recently hurt myself and had two black eyes and other facial bruising. Love the building, walls are very cool you have to see. Parking was easy we were on the street rite in front. I believe there was a lot a few yards away too. After the pedi we walked up town and enjoyed some food which is rare we are usually running our own place Traditions Pub in Fillmore. Free time is like gold and their good service is worth the time for me to spread the word. Thank you ladies of the nail bar, we will be back and appreciate your efforts. Five stars.

Had a pedicure by Stephany here. Nails all different lengths, some square, some rounded, some nails trimmed, some not. Polish looked like my grandchildren did them. My vision isnt that great, so didnt notice till later. Definitely wont be returning.

When I walked in I loved the décor although the longer I was in there, I began to feel uncomfortable and invaded in my personal space. I was forced to keep moving my chair up as employees walked by as I got my nails done. My nails looked good but after 2 days they began to peel off at the inside ends and within a week they were falling off. I also was quoted on the phone $30.00 and when I got there they charged me $40.00 for a fill. I will not go back.

My first time ever doing nails toenails and the young lady that worked on my feet did a fantastic job feet feel great.

The visit itself was pleasant, nice after working all day. The follow up on the other hand nonexistent!! I have called now 2 times and left messages both times. Left 2 numbers where they could reach me at and have not gotten a return call. I broke a nail the day after I got them done called right away that morning nothing. That was a Wednesday waited all weekend and called again on Tuesday morning knowing they reopen at 3:30 and still no call. So today I will be calling someone else to take care of my broken nail and fix the ones that are too long from out growth. And just to make sure yes this is the name I booked my service under my appointment was June 5th at 4:00 and I gave a $7 tip using a check!!! Im stating all of this because in past reviews I have read that they are unable to locate past clients with bad reviews to help rectify the wrong. You can try to call me but like you I will not return your call!!!

I have been there twice now and the service has been great. I would have gave five stars but I question Why everytime they charge $5.00 to remove your shellac when they have done the service from the beinging.I will keep coming back.

Yikes. Had a Shellac manicure...though mostly it was just polish. No cuticle work or anything. When I went back to my regular place to get it removed, they had to have me soak for 25 minutes and then file it off. Terrible for your nails. Wont ever go anywhere without CND again.
