What a great experience from start to finish! I was greeted by every employee when I walked through the door, and they asked me what I wanted to have done. They offered me a cold beverage and made me feel right at home. The man doing my nails took his time and meticulously shaped each one (I had a dip manicure). I will definitely be making this my go-to nail salon. Thanks Star Nails!

Decided to give this place a try today, was one of the worst experiences my friend and I have had. We walked in and were instantly greeted and asked what we would like done. She wanted a pedicure while I was getting acrylics, they got the water ready and sat her for her pedicure. One guy proceeded to do my nails, it took over a hour and half for my nails to be done and the whole time all the other employees ignored her. 40 minutes in I asked if someone was going to go help her because at this point her feet were cold cause the water was no longer hot and no other employees were even looking her direction. I was told that someone else would get to it later, my nails got done 50 min later my nails are done and everyone was still ignoring her. The nails I got have dents and weren’t sanded right one is Crocked and I had asked if he could do designs well he said yes but the nails did not come out the way I asked for. Very disappointed had very high hopes for this place based on other reviews, she left with nothing done and I left disappointed.

I keep going back. They always do a great job and are professional . Great price and exceptional experience.

Had pedicure about a month ago! BEST I’ve ever had. Greeted as soon as I walked in, offered a beverage and all staff very friendly. The pedicure was amazing. Highly recommend. Will be going back 👍

My daughter and I had appointments for gel manicures and pedicures. We ended up being there for 3 hours, as they were short staffed and our appointments were continuously interrupted. Plus the gel manicures started to lift in 3 days 🙄 Will I go back .... meh. On the positive, they are very nice, they offer you something to drink right away and its very clean.

Best pedicure Ive had in a very long time! Made appointments for a girls day, and the staff was friendly, offered us refreshments and did an amazing job. Im all about the massage and polish job and both were top notch. Ive tried a number of places in the Hartford area, mostly either too expensive or they make you feel rushed. Thank you Jimmy - I plan to be a regular customer, and will gladly spread the word.

I got gel nails and they are all uneven and my cuticles were all bleeding and he saw them bleeding said oops then continued and made 2 more of my fingers bleed.

Torn. 1. Owner ran to fetch me from my car with his umbrella, and I was touched & amazed.2. Leaving in their flip flops, I slipped in rain, hitting cement flat out & hard. Looked inside, they saw me, no one came to see if I was ok. Im 60.... Ped looks good. Heels remain rough after treatment (indicated they can no longer use metal for callous removing) Place smelled like cig smoke inside. Weird vibe. Maybe an off day.

I called for an appointment for a pedicure tonight an hour before they closed. They took me in right away. It was the best pedicure I have had! The leg and foot massage alone was wonderful! Prices are very reasonable and they are very friendly. I will be back for sure!

Had to wait a little bit to get my nails done. However the dip was a really good quality. They had lots of colors to pick from. Face mask was required. They did not clean the station between me and prior client however Im sure they would have if I asked. They have a current special running 20% off nails.

Amazing, amazing, amazing!! My mom and I went here to get our acrylics filled in. Such a wonderful place! Workers are beyond friendly! Very clean inside, relaxing environment. The nail process has no pain, unlike other salons I have been to before. They are so gentle and really take good care of you! Never going anywhere else to get my nails done again! This is the place I will go from now on! Highly, Highly recommend!!!!!

I got my nails done here almost two weeks ago and I broke one yesterday. I asked if they were open today and they came and opened the place to fix it for me! And then they wouldn’t even accept a tip for coming in on a day off. I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and nice and they do a fabulous job!

This new place is going to be my only place to get nails done. They are friendly, professional and my nails are perfect. Add to that, the atmosphere is quiet and immaculately clean. Maria was delightful to meet and I look forward to going back!

FANTASTIC customer service!!

After going to another west bend place, in which we had appointments, and were turned away because they were too busy - I set out to still have the mother-daughter pedicures we had hoped for. STAR nails had no idea of our prior destination or what had happened when we showed up at their door. They happily took us and the service was a gazillion times better than I have ever received anywhere in the area! We were offered refreshments and they kindly, not rushed in any way, took us to super nice massage chairs where we relaxed and soaked our feet. They did amazing massage on our legs and feet, scrubs, hot towels, lotion and nails. I have never been so pampered!! And the kindness!!! Customer service goes a LONG way and these people hit it out of the park. They are so polite and friendly and definitely put their customers first. Tonight, they gained two lifers who will be dedicated customers from now on. We have happy and gorgeous feet, but more importantly, we had a great mom/daughter night. Thank you Star Nails!! Wonderful job!
