My best friend and I went to West Bend to have a fun day and get our nails done. We showed them our designs that we wanted and sat down. Someone started doing our nails and it was going good so far. I wanted a full set and even told the lady that. The man doing my best friends nails was really and did a good job. But the lady who did our designs, was not very nice at all. She didn’t talk, just did hand gestures. Then it time for my acrylics to get put on. I even told her again that I wanted acrylics. She ignored me and just started painting. My best friend was sitting next to me waiting to get her design. We both wanted this kind of stripe design. I wanted my design to be different shades of brown. My friend wanted hers to be different shades of blue. Instead, I got pink and white, and she got brown and white. Not to mention the detail was horrible. Then just to top it off, they ripped us off. The sign said a regular manicure was 20 dollars. They charged me 45 dollars. At this point I was done. Then my friend was done and they charged her 40 for the same thing. I will not be going there again.

Paid $55 for a gel pedicure. Was relaxing but she cut my nails way too short and when I got home I realized most of them were filed incredibly crooked. I also got an acrylic fill. I presented a design that did not look good at all once she did it so I asked her if we could change the 2 nails. She then proceeded to give me an attitude and be rude to me about it. I then looked at the charge for the fill and she still charged me for the simple design that she failed to execute. If she did not feel comfortable doing this she should have told me from the start. When I got home I realized that she did not shape into the coffin shape I asked for or go anywhere near my cuticles, plus the acrylic is chunky and not shaped at all to my nail. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that Henry has done my nails twice and did a great job. Will not be going back here and incredibly sad that I wasted $100 on this. I didnt even want to leave a tip but still left one out of courtesy. Will probably have to get the fixed by someone else.

My nails were uneven and they had little black dots and bubbles under the gel.. I seen bruising and I took the nail off with floss and that was what’s left.. my fingers hurt really bad.

Just moved to West Bend and chose this place to try. My husband and I both had pedicures and I had full set gel/no chip. Henry did a very good job for my pedi and fingernails. I was in a little in a hurry so didn’t question why I was charged so much. I will ask next time. My husband got a good pedicure but he commented on how unfriendly his technician was.

I live an hour away from West Bend but often visit my family here, they live up the road from this salon so I decided to check it out. I’m rather picky and like designs and specific shapes to my nails. This is my second times going to Elegant Nails and I’ve only had Lindsay both times and to be honest, I don’t want any one else (no offense), she’s just that great at what she does. She doesn’t rush me, she does what I ask, and both times I have left with my nails looking the best that they ever have at any salon I’ve ever been to. Lindsay is worth the hour drive!

One week after manicure. One nail broke a few hours after I got them done. They fixed it and it broke again a day later. I have NEVER had this problem before. I am so disappointed I spent 45 on this when the sign said 25.

Upgraded to the $48 pedicure “for rough heels”. Well, they’re not any better now. No chemical or physical debriding done. Feet are dry and flaky all over, and heels are not any softer. Wish I knew how to post a picture. It’s less than 4 hours since I left the salon and it looks like I never went. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend.

My gel nails and pedicures always look great! I have been coming here for over seven years and have always been happy.

This was a sub par experience! It was like stopping at a fast food restaurant. I will not be visiting again.

My boyfriend’s daughter and I came in for a pedicure. As soon as we picked the “classic” it seemed like they just wanted us out of there, whole thing took 15 minutes. My old nail polish is still showing on most of my toes. She didnt trim the cuticles, didn’t even put a top coat on. They pointed us in the direction of the drying station and never came back. We should have just walked out. I’ll have to fix this before I leave for vacation tomorrow.

I absolutely LOVE this nail salon! Henry is my favorite technician and always a joy to see. They do an amazing job and I refuse to go anywhere else! I promise you will not be disappointed! Thanks you guys!

Went there with a friend last minute to get our nails done. they were able to get us in pretty quick. they did not say they charged extra for different shaped tips when we got there until we came back confused about how much we were charged for. My friend just got a basic manicure and only asked for one color but the lady added on glitter without permission. i got an acrylic full set and it turned out great. the only thing we both experienced was mild burning to our cuticles when they put what seemed to be rubbing alcohol on our fingers after they filed and cut our cuticles. when we asked for a receipt they did not give us one, whereas many other nail places we have gone to have given us receipts. i would say elegant nails is not a terrible salon but there are many other better quality salons to go to.

2nd time coming service is good this glow in the dark regular polish got be cheap cause I seat for 10 mins to dry my feet and it wasnt dry, then lady republished and seat for 20 mins put shoes on big toes messed up . So I had to buy my own polish to go over my toes and I was charges 10 or plus for polish change. They need to invest more in Good quality regular polish and not try to pressure folks in the getting sheliac polish on toes regular polish will last just as long on toes if they advest more in to the regular polish they buy.

It was not worth the 40 I paid for shellac nail polish. Seemed to be just getting people in and out without quality control. I didnt notice how bad my nails looked until I got home. They were cut so short and so uneven. Very disappointed.

Not great. I got a basic manicure and it was very rushed and my nails reflect it. Continuously tried to get me to add on shellac or a pedicure. Otherwise she didnt talk to me during, but she was friendly when I was checking out. The shop looked clean but the files were not. A so-so experience. I was able to get in last minute but I probably wont go back.

My daughter always gets her nails done elsewhere but they were out of country for a month. We explicitly asked for someone that was good at long stiletto style nails which she always wears. After 1 week a nail popped off. At 10 days they are all lifting off. She’s a long time pro at wearing acrylics and isn’t doing anything different. Why are they all lifting off? They must’ve missed a step in applying. This was a whole new set. She’ll never go back to this place. What a waste of money. Today one of the nails that was lifting bumped something when she was changing and tore her natural nail and she was bleeding and crying in pain!

I’ve been going to Elegant for a few years now. Cadie is my manicurist and I look forward to going every other week. She does an EXCELLENT job! I started taking my 19 year old daughter who is Developmentally Disabled. Jason does her nails & she LOVES HIM! He is very good with her. It feels good to see how excited she gets when he applies her new color every other week. I’ll continue going as long as they’re there. Very satisfied!!

Classic pedicure..... felt very rushed through whole pedicure. Felt pressured to upgrade my choice of pedicure. I got out of my car at 512pm and was back in my car st 538pm. There was me and 2 other people in the salon and most employees were sitting out front smoking. Not a very good experience and quite disappointed

They have always done a great job. Anytime I went to a different nail salon, elegant was always the one to fix my messed up nails. Will continue coming back

Really great looking acrylic nails. They always did a great job. But recently I have been just getting gel polish on my natural nails, so I went in to get a manicure, which consisted of the lady soaking my nails in lukewarm water for like 5 minutes, then filing and painting them. That was it. My gel polish started to chip after a day because it was so thinly applied. $30 wasted.. Love going there for acrylic nails, but the gel polish does not last at all.

I got my acrylics done here and they were really good, they were smooth and the shellac they used was immaculate, I was really impressed.

I thought I would give Elegant Nails a try over the other chain I usually use for a pedicure. Basic pedicure is $28. For that basic pedicure this is what I experienced: a water bath that was literally running on the floor and the girl had to keep mopping it up...distracting. I also got about 2 seconds of pumice stone scrubbing, an awesome 1 minute hot towel treatment, a refreshingly cold foot rinse and the best part...some medieval/sadistic toe snapping move that I think might have been mistaken for toe massage. If it werent for the fact that I became convinced my pedicurist was actually trying to break my toes, I might be convinced to try it again. But, then again...no. Oh, and though I realize the people working there arent American, they dont speak any English from what I could tell, so theres that.

Always a good pedicure. Winters I don’t get polish but love foot/leg massage and nail care.

Didnt say hello, thank you or goodbye. Literally cold water so I finally asked for warmer water. Instead of saying Sure or Sorry just drained half the water and added some luke warm water. I felt so uncomfortable during the entire time. I’m going to try to post pictures of the polish job. Polish all over the place.The 2 stars are for the pretty chandelier and massage chairs.

Bad communication skills, they started giving me the wrong service on my nails then when fixing it seemed agitated used acrylic instead of gel I found out after fact. Which first time having done in long time so couldnt tell at the time difference.They also used motorized file on my nail bed which is a no, no according to a certified nail tech.which made me bleed, hope I dont pick anything up from my bad experience.Had a pedicure which was nice.But I will never go back. Learn English if your dealing with the public.

My friend and I decided last minute that we wanted a pedicure. Went in they told us they could do 2:15, came back and they were not ready for us. Pedicure was fine, nothing special. Very rushed, did not remove my previous nail polish. Then we stood and waited for someone to come check us out. Multiple staff members saw us waiting and ignored that we were waiting and ignored us. Not worth the money

Went there with a friend and my future step-daughter (9 years old). My original towel was dirty and the foot tub was broken. My friend and step daughters area was clean and functioning. My step-daughter can be very shy - the tech working with her got her talking! The tech also adapted the nail polish when she saw my step-daughters disappointment in the shade once applied (added sparkles and white flowers!). Very enjoyable experience, would have given a 5/5 if my area was clean and functioning. Techs working with us all did a great job.

This is the only place I will go to have my nails done. Read through some of the other reviews on here and I can honestly say that they had a bad tech. If you are going to go, ask for Ti or Lee they are the only two whom I trust with my nails (and I am very particular). They both speak English and fully understand what you are looking to get done. I have NEVER have an issue and Ive been going there for some time now. Ive had artificials put on, pedicures, manicures, etc. and never a complaint. Give them a try if in the West Bend area!

I got the gel full set. Had to get my nails done only a week later because i had two nails fall off and they were grown out so bad already. My cuticles werent cut down during my session and the nails were such bad quality. They were uneven and some were different lenghths. It took 2 and a half hours at the new salon i went to because they had to do such damage control on my nails. I explained what they did and it turn out it was actually acrylic nails and i still paid for a gel full. I will not be going back!!

Talk about bad service... came in an hour before work just to get one single nail fixed which broken and chipped after 2 days, and the lady who began to redo my nail disappeared (I’m thinking she went to go get my nail polish color) I turn around and she has someone else sitting down, beginning and FINISHING her manicure.. not to mention I’m looking at 2 employees sitting on their phone at their station again not serving me.. in 2 minutes I am going to finish my own nail.

Paid for shellac color toes and fingers. Next day, color is peeling and falling off. Clearly not shellac. Not happy. Better get a full refund.

I have had gel nails for years. The last two times I went to Elegant Nails in West Bend, the polish has literally peeled off! I went today and the guy who did my nails was extremely rough, never apologized....and even worse, kept coughing and sneezing in his hand and then grabbing my hands. My fingers are so sore and I hope I dont catch whatever flu/cold he has. I will be finding a new place to get my nails done.

I shouldn’t have mentioned I’m not from the area. A regular came in and I got a rushed job. What a shame and a waste of my time and money

The owner and his employees are all wonderful people. If there is ever a problem they correct it immediately.

I followed Lina from Fond du Lac to West Bend and believe me, Its worth the drive. The salon is very relaxing and the pedicure chairs heavenly. Prices are resonable.

Nails always look great. If there is ever an issue, they are willing to fix it without question.

I dont normally go to Elegants Nails but I thought I would give it a try with my mother. Out of the place weve gone it was honestly the worst. We both got mani-pedi with Shalac polish. They didnt paint the whole nail and left the surrounding paint on the skin still there. They filed my nails in an awful shape and there are some random sparkles from someone elses nails stuck on one of mine. I would not encourage anyone to go here.
