Everything was exceptional from start to finish! We were in need of a new water softener and Doug McNeil was very thorough and honest with his evaluation of our situation and recommendations for a new system. We had a Culligan softener for 28 years, so felt pretty confident in selecting Culligan again. In addition we purchased a water purification system due to high levels of nitrites and other impurities in our well.Jeff did a great job on our installation. He was professional, courteous and timely. He was also very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and did a great job in reviewing how to use the system.

We have an old well water system that started to fail. Culligan came out quickly, tested the water, repaired the softening salt tank and replaced the iron curtain filter. They also installed a new reverse osmosis filter system that’s great!

We appreciate having our hard, mineral-laden water made soft by Culligan. We are no longer physically able to lug heavy salt bags to our basement safely, so we sure do appreciate having it all done for us for a reasonable price.

I have had Culligan for a number of years no - setting up service was easy when they came out to evaluate my water. Great to be on a schedule where I dont have to remember to go buy salt. The Delivery drivers are quick and polite and best of all I dont have to carry salt down the stairs. They are very professional. I believe I am getting great value for the money - charges are very reasonable.

Ive always had great experience with culligan of west bend. Weve had water and salt delivery for probably over 20 plus years. So nice not to have to pick up 5 gallons of water or heavy bags of salt. We use 5 gallon jugs on our water cooler in the kitchen and we take water jugs up north to our cabin. We are on a schedule delivery and I receive a call a few days before delivery and can cancel anytime. Just a nice service to have at a home residence.

Great tasting water delivered on a regular schedule. No more little water bottles filling up the trash. A nice, considerate delivery man brought my order and hooked it up for us. Thanks so much.

Customer Service is outstanding. Their response time is immediate, including a phone technician that walked me through the steps to temporarily solve our issue on a weekend, with a technician following up first thing Monday morning. We have them check and fill our tank periodically, which they keep track of, so we don’t even notice we have a water softener!We’ve been with Culligan for almost 20 years and have never considered working with anyone else.

Great customer service. Great product. They deliver spring water to my door like clockwork at a reasonable price.

Online bill pay is inconsistent and had to provide billing information multiple times after setting up service. Scheduling is inconsistent. Didnt provide a calendar with schedule until I called three times to find out why we hadnt received a delivery. Their holiday bump changes your delivery day but they dont give extra bottles on the delivery before a holiday to make up for the days youll go without water.

The people we have dealt with at Culligan have been very professional and friendly. We have needed a variety of different service calls due to the age of our equipment, and all of them have gone very well. I also appreciate that their billing process is very simple and easy to set up . We are very happy with the services Culligan provides!

Chris was able to tackle a nasty rust stain from a fractured discharge pipe that left a large unsightly residue on our basement floor. He found a way to completely remove the problem, at his expense, and had a crew complete the cleanup in one day. Outstanding support Chris & Culligan!

I love Culligan. Their spring water is the best and I even take it to work because other bottled water tastes bad to me now!Several years ago I added delivery of their drinking water to my order for my dog. She was having urinary tract problems and I thought maybe it was my tap water which after testing found it to have a high TDS (Total Dissolved Solids or mineral content) level of 284ppm (parts per million). I found that Culligans drinking water was only 38ppm. Since shes been drinking it her problems disappeared. Now all my pets drink it!Ive been a customer for over 20 years and cant imagine ever leaving!
