I contacted Barton Appliance Repair about the problem with my refrigerators filter. I explained what was going on with it over the phone and they knew exactly what to do. I was scheduled a technician same day I called. Tech was very courteous and professional. He relieved my stress over my fridge. No question I would call them again!

As expected they were on time. This was the second time I had them and they operate the same. Good business. Repair for the range hood was incredible.

Called to scheduled service to have my washing machine repaired I was required to PREPAY via credit card the $50 service call fee for the appointment at 8am the next morning. I was then contacted as they were unable to process my credit card. This would never have occurred had the unfriendly woman simply repeated my credit card number and information back to me. I changed my plans to be home and available at 8 am. Finally at 9am I get a call letting me know that they have to re-schedule my appointment to later the same afternoon,sometime between 2-5 pm. At 3:40 I receive a message that they do not have anyone available to make the service call. So now I start over... with another day of additional laundry and 24 hours of my time WASTED. However they are going to stop the charge on my credit card. Will not be recommending or using this business for ANY future repairs,
