Every single tables were very dirty and cracked, so was all the chairs they have rust on them very dirty we tried cleaning them even request new ones was told will get all new ones they bring the same ones cracked and dirty would rent again they need to get all new tables and chairs

First let me start by saying the price for the package I wanted was $425 but was charged $600, only because it was maybe a week before my event. So he said “Mike said to me well it’s &600 now cause I could actually get $1000 for it right now. So I needed it and had to take it. I said ok cool that will be my fault for waiting so long to get one, cause everyone else was book for the rest of the month. The 2 guys that set up called first to say they we close and we’re very nice and professional. Today I wake up to a bunch of noise look on my camera outside I see this heavy truck on my blacktop, “driveway” . Gate wide open and my dog that was trying to run out into the street I got my dog and said no one called to say that you were coming. One guy said “oh we don’t have to do that” I have young kids and a dog and you think you can just walk into my home without saying anything professionally. I told them to plz remove the truck off my blacktop, he did with but seemed very angry that I asked. Once I saw that I made sure to watch their every move, to make sure they did not do anything else unprofessional out of anger. Once they finished I asked is my gate close to let my dog ace back out, one of the 3 guys said no. I said ok are y’all just going to leave it wide open, as I was speaking the driver starred the Engine as to not want to continue to listen to what I was saying the other to jump in the truck and they sped off. This company is highly unprofessional I feel like a bunch of scammers and thieves and I will never use nor Refer them to any of my Business associates, friends and family. The owner is very attentive. Quality of the tent was outstanding, and the crew made it look easy while setting up and breaking down. Delivery was on time and pick up was as well. My wife and I are very happy with the service.

They came on Friday to set up tent didn’t pick it up till Tuesday after many calls to get the tent picked up the metal poles Scratched up my tiles outside tremendously terrible!!! they should have something under the metal poles to prevent Scratches on surfaces!! Will never use them again

Terrible company! If I could give negative stars I would. The owner gave me a lousy reimbursement for dirty chairs, tables that were broken as well. Also the tents were not white ! They were cream and brown with tape on the roof. Under no circumstance should you rent from here. I spent the night before my party cleaning chairs and tables . Complete nightmare never again !The tents that were sent to the house looks like you have been in business 300 years because they were that discolored. So just as you are surprised about this review is how I was surprised by the tent, tables, and chairs. There is only but some many times an individual can go back and forth; Hence the reason why I just said whatever let me close this chapter. Let us also correct somethings with your response, your team delivered the day before my party. I hired a decorator who had to start decorating the night before. Secondly, I spent hours cleaning those tables and chairs. I am going to send it back after I cleaned them! Ridiculous!! the check you sent was unequivocal to the tent, tables, and chairs that were perturbing.Never again! I would not recommend your company at all!

I just want to say thank you to you guys!! The party was a huge success and everybody had a Blast. Service was impeccable and they accommodated me a week befor my event with the best price around. The Guys were very respectful and showed up at there exact scheduled time for installation. I can’t say enough good things about you, and I will definitely recommend you and use you in the future!!!

They do no deserve any stars. And you will get what you pay for. The tent was dirty. I spent the morning of my party cleaning chairs to no avail. Every single table was dirty, cracked or uneven. The equipment looks like it’s either 10 years old or left outside in a hurricane. The refund offered is paltry. Spend the extra money and go with another company that will bring you acceptable equipment.

I don’t understand why we have to leave a any stars to leave a review. I will however leave 1 star because delivery was on time.Let’s get to the point.The tent was wrinkled, the chairs were dirty, broken, rusty and had decorations on them from God knows when. Could not use the tables because the plastic rim was busted. Basically a hazard.Spent the day removing whoever’s decorations, and washing the chairs and tables and, basically playing “process of elimination“ with the rusty broken chairs.At that point we had enough. Called to complain. They came back, replaced two 2 when it should have been 3 and, left the broken ones. -_-On Pick up day, the workers were backing up there truck in my drive way, crushing and using all kinda profanity.Professionalism at its best.Now if I could up load the video of the faces one of the workers made it would be hilarious

I have used Mikes party tents rentals a number of times now, and every time I rented a tent I got wonderful service. They are prompt, professional and reasonably priced

Horrible experience. The party was on a sunday. Originally when i booked them was told bouncy house would be set up on Saturday, a day before. I called a day before to verify was told a different story. The day of the party the tent, tables,chairs were supposed to arrive between 8am-11am cuz the party started at 12pm. Between me and my husband we called them at least 25 times on the day of the party and they never responded. At this point we thought it was all a scam and they were not coming at all . But they finally showed up around 12pm to set up the tent but the bouncy house was still missing. Came back 1hr later in the middle of my party to set the bouncy house. The stress they have put us through was unbelievable. I would never ever recommend them. Very unprofessional.

I planned out a first birthday for my daughter and needed a tent because of possible rain. I called mikes tent rental and spoke to both Conner and Mike. I requested a 20x20 tent with lights, 35 chairs, and 4 round tables.The party was planned for a Saturday, the tent company set up Friday morning. (Thank god it wasn’t the same day as the party)The chairs were disgustingly dirty and I had to powerwash them, what kind of company doesn’t clean their apparatus. On some of the chairs the plastic covering the legs were worn and the metal pipes where put on my trex deck causing scratching. The chairs were junk. Had the party been the same day my guests would have been screwed. Also one of the lightbulbs was out. It doesn’t take much to change a light bulb but where you deal with incompetency you never know.My deck is exactly 20x20 square shape. I’ve had tent company’s in the passed and each tent always clears my deck. When the tent was set up, there was 1 foot of exposed deck under the tent on 2 sides. So the tent was 20x18, then I had noticed waterproof tarp under the outer wrapping of the tent that fell short 1 foot on the same sides that were only 18 feet wide. This was an additional layer that was needed because the main tent was ripped and had holes in it. So I really got a 20x16 foot tent and there was 90% chance of rain..When I had called with my tent issue Conner had told me that he could raise the tent so that the legs were off the deck, but that wouldn’t change the covering at all so It does nothing . He had also said that none of his tents leak and that the tarp was used to make it easier to slide the tent over the poles when setting up, which was a lie as I found out the day of the party.I woke up Saturday to raining outside and with the rain coming down, all 4 tables along with the seats, and 4 feet of decking where completely saturated.I had to accommodate guests under a tent that leaked that day and it was embarrassing. When I questioned Conner again he had texted me and mentioned that his tents don’t leak and it’s possibly from the poles condensation, insulting my intelligence. You don’t haveto be a rocket scientist to understand that tents could have holes.Overall it was great party and the tent was the biggest DAMPER. I would NEVER use this company again nor recommend them to anyone. They are very unprofessional and clearly doesn’t care about the quality of the apparatus.

They are horrible. My event was on Sunday the 3rd of September, They came Saturday evening like they said they would. The tents was dirty and grungy looking. The tents had holes, rips in the ceiling of the tents, to top it off they had light bulbs inside the tents and some of the light bulbs was broken. They are so unprofessional I called the office, they never return the phone call. I am telling the public dont make the same mistake I did, find another company to get your tents from.
