Dana hands down, she is awesome. Thank you. I received great service. The only other constructive criticism I would give is advise for future reference give price of services immediately when customers ask for service because they may or may not have the money to cover (just so no one looks bad and they dont get upset cost wasnt given upfront).

I have been coming here as long as they have been open. Its clean, they do an amazing job. I love them.

I used to enjoy coming here, now Im disappointed with the last visit. You have a few techs that will avoid what you ask for just to do a rush job to not lose in walking customers. My nails broke within 24 hours. It wasnt the first disappointment but its definitely my last.

Do not go there on Sundays If you want unprofessional people with poor customer service skills working on your nails.

Nail technician stabbed with with her NAIL and it’s now infected. Never going back. Pics from the day I got my nails done (5/9/19) vs today (5/15/19)

Called yesterday and was told I can walk in around 5pm no need for an appointment. As soon that I walked in at 5:18pm I was told it’s close. Worst customer service and they just lost a new customer.

They be rushing on my nails, after two days the gel nail polish already be chipping off .

Absolutely love this place ...first time there and so happy I found it...I was very late for my 10am appt. And they still fit me in with very little wait time...very generous and very talented..looks clean as well....if you like designs then this is def the place for you....I had jessie and she was awesome...she didnt rush me considering I was late and shes jus amazing at what she does ...I finally found my foreva nail girl!

This salon has poor customer service skills I had a 3pm appointment and did not get service til 4pm. Lots of my friends and family have stopped going here and now I will not be going to this salon either

Im moved to Long Island from Brooklyn about 6 months ago. Finding a good salon seemed impossible out here. This week I stumbled upon this nail salon and I absolutely love it! Highly recommended, found my new spot

This is the place I gave been going there since the day they opened Jessie, Lee, and Kim and company are the best always know who you are by name and dont forget you dont get that in other places nails eyebrows and toes always on the cutting edge of the new things that come out

The wait is always long to receive services. They aren’t sanitary as far as cleanliness between customers getting pedicures...However the 1 star is for the selected few technicians who do a good job with nails, eyebrow & time taken when doing a pedicure.

Ive been going here since I was in high school. Im now I have a family of my own. Ive had them do my nails for over 5 graduations and weddings... even for a event or just for every day work. The work I do consist of washing my hands a lot and the best gel tips manicures lasted 3 weeks without chip. I only have Jessie do my eyebrows since H.S. and Ive had Jessie, Krystal and Lee do my nails. Ive seen the other ladies work and its nice as well. They do designs and pedicures. A must to try and become a regular.

I came out satisfied. My nails are beautiful and I would go back again.
