Best Buy was useless in providing service even though I bought the set (65 Sony) from them. Connected my to a home theater installation company.Located ETS through Google. 40+ years in business. Took the set in expecting a couple days wait. Got a call Sunday afternoon. Verdict was not good. Turns out that Sonys 55, 65, and 75 TVs all use the same boards and though relatively cheap very hard to acquire. They answered several questions as well as some advice regarding TVs. Definitely will keep them in mind for future TV needs.$20 for the initial look and offered to take care of disposal no extra cost.

One excellent establishment. Need electronics repaired? Youre at the right place. Over 40 years of servicing. Never had any tech problems with any item serviced. They will still fix it, NO PROBLEM. EMERGENCY TV is the PLUG!

I’ll be short and sweet. I don’t leave reviews often unless something is markedly bad or really good. In this case, SURPRISINGLY good. I’m all about supporting small businesses, and Anne at the location on 84th and Burleigh did NOT let me down. They prioritized me, helped me out, and were more than flexible. On top of that, a diagnostic with them cost $50 less. So take that for what it’s worth. Bottom line: quicker and cheaper than Geek Squad.

Not fun when your TV stops working. This place has been a Milwaukee icon for many years. I have seen the commercial most of my life- if you are a Milwaukeean you know it well lol. Finally needed their services. The person I talked to initially was great at exploring the options and possibilities. When I brought it in I was fussed at for doing it by myself- they said they would have been glad to help. Was just about won over at that point so I paid the deposit to get the estimate. The next day I knew the problem and the price; my fears of it not being reasonable were abated. Picked up my TV and was out in a flash. Didnt have to touch it until I got home. Will I consider using them again? DEFINITELY.

So my dad has been going to them for years so my 2-year-old busted our 3D flat screen TV with his sippy cup and I called them and just asked a question and he gave me the news that I was dreading but its actually good news cuz now I can get a bigger TV but for him to tell me that it basically was junk in my heart was the best answer ever because he wasnt trying to get me to bring the TV in there and have him look at it and repair it and charge me money to tell me it was junk I appreciate the professionalism and if I ever get another broken TV I will definitely be going back there and anybody that I know should I will recommend them forever and ever

Took VCR in to be cleaned. Place is run down and look shabby. But he did say he can have it done in 3 to 4 days. 1 month later it still is not done and none answers the phone.

Completely rude, answered the phone “TV” and told me my tv isn’t worth fixing. Basically turned down 1500$, I’ll take my money elsewhere then

My TV started acting up, turning itself ON and OFF without me touching it, I did some research and knew it will cost at least $150 to repair. I was already planning on getting a new tv. I took it to emergency TV, they had it fixed and it only cost me $50 to diagnose and fix the problem.

Called to see if they fixed 4K cracked screens and was told yes they could came out picked up $20 stated he was going to check and see if they had a screen2 months later and never called we had to call them.
