Patrick is owner and does the work. Put a pump in our LG dishwasher. Was in and out in 30 minutes and had very fair pricing. Told the company when we made the service appointment the error code & how I had trouble shot the problem. With that info, along with the model & serial number he was able to have the parts on truck to make repair. A company that actually listened so did not take 2 trips and trip charges!!!! Very satisfied all the way around!

Fridge had ice built up and wouldnt keep anything cold. Patrick (owner) came out and diagnosed the problem and told us exactly what was going on. Within an hour he fixed the problem and got us back to normal. Also the price was reasonable and definitely will use his service again. Support small and ‼️‼️

Patrick and his team were extremely professional, consultative, neat, respectful....and reasonably priced. They were recommended by Frigidaire and they deserve that reputation.

I asked for half a day off at work so that the technician would show up at my place during a day of the week some time between 12:30 and 4:00 pm. They never showed up or called to explain the delay during this timeframe. Though I got the apologies when I phoned them around 4:10 pm, I asked for half day at work to just wait for nothing... If there was a change of plans, they should have informed me before hand to be, at the very least, respectful with the customer...

This company is very honest, knowledgeable, efficient, fair priced, and communicate very well. There are many that call themselves appliance servicemen and cannot properly diagnose and/or repair appliances, But these guy know what they are doing and are really good.

I had the diagnosis of the problem for my washer; you just need to push start and cancel bottoms for my washer to show the error code. I called Elitech and told them the washer needs its control board replaced. I thought they would be ready to repair/replace the washer control board, but they didn’t! They came over to do the same thing (pressing those 2 buttons), and charged me $75 for telling me the error code I already knew about. Of course, expect to pay for a second visit if you want them to come back with the control board... I would not consider this very professional.

I thought they did a great job on our LG fridge. Kind, curteous, professional and would have been reasonably priced (covered by our warranty).

ELITECH fixed my washer 4 years ago and just had to call them again....Patrick is very knowledgable,dependable and honest....the only company I will ever call.

BEWARE !!!I wish I could give -100 star. Last yr. he charged us big amount for fixing refrigerator which he didnt fix in more than 2 month and after spending more 3-4 full days at my house.He also never refunded the charges .Obviously he didnt know what he was doing!!!
