I wanted area rugs cleaned as a wolfdog wed adopted left behind unknown pee spots. The area rugs are now so clean and no longer smell . I was amazed by how quickly the rugs dried. Ive had rugs cleaned in place before (by other companies) and it took days for the rugs to dry. Jeremy responded quickly to my voicemail message, scheduled within a week, arrived on time, and was very pleasant to work with. In fact, I asked him for estimates for cleaning my window and power washing the house. His estimate arrived promptly and seems very fair so I will be scheduling this additional work

The carpet looks close to what it looked like when we first moved in, I’m in love. I will definitely be utilizing this service in the future. My carpet looks amazing and that speaks to someone who has a messy one year old who likes to pour juice and spill food all over it.

I had Jeremy from Platinum come out to my new to me house and since the prior owner had a pet I knew I needed a carpet cleaning and also got a duct cleaning. He showed me the process and explained how it will help the air quality my family will breathe. I also had the tile floors steamed and the before and after was amazing. My grout lines look brand new and went from brown to the initial lighter color. Jeremys work is amazing and best of all he is respectful, valued my property and I could tell he took pride in his work knowing that he was helping my family be healthier in our new home. A very caring company, I can tell they care about the people that they service. I would highly recommend Platinum to anyone, and you should definitely get this service if you just bought a house! I have a much better feeling with how much cleaner and healthier things will be for my family!

This service was excellent from beginning to end. Calls were replied to quickly, arrived on time, very courteous, excellent explanation of services, and just a fabulous value for the price. I will have them again but for furniture this time. No regrets here at all!!

Admir came out on time and he was super friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the best way to clean some items and then was hard at work. He even moved around a fridge that I have in my living room from the kitchen remodel. I was sure he wouldn’t clean that spot because I had not moved it. But he did it! Then He fixed the legs on my chair. Dude is nice. Next time my dog pees all over everything I’m gonna hit up Admir at platinum. This is actually my second time using them. Found them on Groupon. The first time I had Jeremy come out to do the furniture and he cleaned my area rug for free! Highly recommend.

Platinum Restoration Services are a 5 star local business. After having a very sick dog, Jeremy came to our rescue. He turned my filthy couch into something that looks brand new. We used Platinum Restoration two times now. We’ve been very happy both times. The most recent time was right before we moved into a new house. The carpets looked worn. The previous owners had a pet and it showed. Jeremy did a wonderful job of cleaning and sanitizing the whole house. The carpets look brand new and there is no longer an odor. My carpets had many stains in them. I have a little one that crawls around on my floor and Jeremy came to my humble abode and even the darkest stain I had in my living room I was shocked to see lifted. I can totally tell my carpets look a lot better. I’m sure my little one will not have dirt on the tops of his little socks anymore. I’m very thankful! I just had my carpets cleaned by Jeremy and I was exceptionally pleased with the results. I had a few deep stains and they all came out. I have pets and my carpets look brand new and there is no evidence of any animals on my carpets and it smells terrific. I had my air ducts cleaned out as well and I suffer from allergies and asthma and I can breathe easier now. Jeremy moved the furniture for me that I was unable to do so before hand. Update: After I posted my original 1 star review (see below), Jeremy got in contact with me and was very apologetic for the miscommunication. He was able to reconfigure his schedule to fit our needs, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately we did not use his service because the landlord already made other arrangements for carpet cleaning. I am still omitting a star for the hassle and initial lack of response. Many owners would not take the time to contact an angry customer. He genuinely wanted to ameliorate the issue, hence the now 4 star review.Original review: This was the biggest disappointment! I emailed Jeremy with all my information, phone number, and date I needed service. We are required to have our carpets cleaned upon moving out of our apartment, so I scheduled this way in advance (almost 2 months ago). Everything was good to go. Closer to our move out date I emailed twice to confirm the time and did not get a reply after several days. I finally called the day before the scheduled date to confirm the time only to be told that not only was my phone number incorrect, but the DATE was scheduled for a completely different day than what we agreed to in the email! The receptionist tried her best to get someone to come out, but it was too late and nothing could be done. She said they had a slot for a later date, but we will be moved out by that time. I am so disgusted that Jeremy refused to uphold his end of the bargain. I am also puzzled at how incredibly incorrect my information was recorded. I mean, emails can be read an infinite amount of times! Now we will be charged for not having it done. The worst thing is that Jeremy couldnt even give me the courtesy of an apology. An apology by the receptionist is unacceptable. This was Jeremy who dropped the ball, not the receptionist. Based on the current reviews they may or may not do a great job; Ill never know. I would recommend going with a different company that will accurately obtain the customers information, respond to questions in a timely manner, and actually show up when they promised. Hope this helps someone avoid the unfortunate experience I had.

This was my first time with any carpet cleaning service. Jeremy arrived during the hour range he said he would, and provided a good service. My ex-roommate had a cat, with all the problems that entails. The carpet was restored, and the place looks and smells great. Ill look them up again if I ever need my floors cleaned again.

I never post reviews of companies on here, but Jeremy was so disrespectful and rude I feel I had to. I am not sure how they have mainly positive reviews because he swore multiple times well speaking with my girlfriend saying how his company is doing us a huge favor by being here. We just bought a house and wanted it cleaned good before we moved in so its not like it was disgusting. Also I dont know how he is doing us a favor when we are paying for his services. So no I will never be using platinum again.

It was a pleasure working with Platinum Restoration. Their customer service was excellent. I had my tile and carpets cleaned. The technician was very knowledgable and was very open to inform me of optional additional services, completely up to me to help with the pet dander and dirt from my big fluffy dog. I was very happy about that otherwise I wouldnt have known there was something to help with dog dander. My carpets turned out fabulous, I had a huge stain that I didnt know if it would come out but it did, and the carpets smelled very nice as well. Also my tiles in my bathroom and shower stalls came out looking like brand new, no more dirty grout lines!!

Misleading!!! Should have known from beginning when he told me he’d give me the Groupon price, he told me not to purchase through Groupon...Jeremy never discussed size of rooms that were included in price or there was no mention of moving furniture. Needless to say, make sure you ask because we got changed an extra $50 because the size of our two rooms didn’t meet their room quota.Maybe as a service you should mention to your customers before service is done.Terrible service

We have used Platinum Restoration Services several times and each time, we have never been disappointed. Having two large dogs, you can imagine the stains and smell that comes with our beloved pets.
