Technician Jeff came to our house to clean five rooms of carpeting. My off-white rugs were looking horrible after a two-year break because of COVID. Jeff could not have been more helpful or work harder. As he was about to leave, my husband noticed a stain that hadnt come out. Jeff hooked up all the equipment one more time and reworked the area. The stain came out. I could not be more pleased with the service we received. Jeff deserves a 5-srar rating.

I appreciate Adelman carpet because they came over to clean our basement carpet for cat urine and after inspection they said they couldnt do anything to help. I really appreciate their honesty, rather than take my money and make promises they cant keep. In truth, our carpet was too far gone and needed to be replaced. They did the right thing by telling us it was too far gone. There was no charge for the visit. Very professional company.

Friendly and knowledgeable office staff. Helped me through the whole service including cleaning the upholstery in rec room that the kids basically live on. The two cleaners were fantastic and I would highly recommend.

Carpets were cleaned in October on our second floor. We did not want to walk on the carpet for several days to allow to completely dry. Upon checking the carpets, the cleaners scratched the wall. It was more than a light touch up. I called and spoke to Brenda. Same person I scheduled the service. She explained that the person who does repairs lives too far away from my house and offered $50. I have sent several emails to check on the status of the check. I received no response. I called and talked to Brenda. Rudely she said it was processed and the check should be cut next week. This has been going on for months. Next time I need carpet cleaners, will definitely find another company!

Carpet and upholstery were cleaned last week by Colin and Ben. Fantastic service. The two gentlemen did an outstanding job and were very conscientious. Will definitely use Adelman again.

We had a really good experience starting with the ladies in the office. They explained the cleaning process for our sofa sectional and 2 bedroom carpets, happily answered all questions, and gave a quote.The guys that came out to clean were super friendly, communicative, and paid great attention to detail. The carpets turned out amazing, and they truly tried their best to get a paint stain out of the sectional. They couldn’t get the paint all the way out (totally not their fault) but managed to remove all the other kid/pet stains and odors! This sectional was a hot mess and they made it look almost new again.10/10 would recommend and use Adelman again.

I love Adelman’s. First time I used them in my home, they were always used at Dr’s office I had worked at. They are wonderful. They came about a month ago. I still enjoy the great job the did. My furniture looks new again and I have pets.

They came back to retreat stains on my carpet and did a outstanding job. Mark and the crew went the extra effort to please us. We will use them again and have for over 25 years... They made it right and stood behind their great customer service!!! Keep up the good work .

Came in with no masks on and their outdoor shoes on their feet. Cleaned very quickly and weren’t working closely around furniture like they say they do over the phone.

They were excellent!! Our carpets look great, problem spots came out clean & carpet dried a lot more quickly than when we had other cleaners. We are very, very pleased and will definitely use them again.

This comment has more to do with their commercials than the product being sold. I cringe and am angered evert time I hear that young boy say It’s not my fault” as he’s dragging his muddy boots across the carpet! In this day and age of people not taking responsibility for their actions, I feel that this kind of advertising only serves to show children that they can do anything they want without consequences.

The service was excellent. The carbets were very dirty from a bathroom remodeling and they look like new. The pricing was great. My previous service provider would have been far more expensive. The technicians were very friendly and explained everything they did.

I have used Adelman for years and have never had an issue until recently. After they left, I noticed a stain on the carpet. It looks like it was bleached by some chemical. We called immediately and were told that they dont use any chemicals and often this happens when there was something in the carpet that got activated by the water. I know there was not anything in the carpet as I had vacuumed the night before. We were told someone would contact us the next day and let us know what could be done. It has been weeks and we have not received any contact.

Adelman is a great company! They have a friendly staff, the technicians were on time, very knowledgeable, work hard and the carpet always looks great. I will continue using Adelman for any future cleaning needs.

They quoted me one price then charged me more. When I asked about the quote they denied ever giving me that price. The two guys that cleaned my house seemed like they were working hard but they completely avoided all the corners of the rooms and about 5 inches from every wall. There was still dog hair everywhere. We bought a new house and needed to get the previous owners dog hair out because my husband is allergic. We had to spend several hours the following day finishing the job that they did not complete. A few days later I wrote them an e-mail telling them how upset I was that they lied about the price they were going to charge me to get my business then upped the cost after the appointment was scheduled. I also expressed my dissatisfaction with the work that was done and they did not e-mail me back or call me back. My overall experience is that they were unprofessional, didnt care about the quality of work, and did not care that I was upset in the slightest. I do not recommend this company.

I called Adelmans to ask about carpet and furniture cleaning. Brenda, who answered the office phone, explained the pricing and gave me a quote, then booked my appointment when I would be available. Jim and TC just finished cleaning my carpeting and furniture. The bill was exactly as quoted. I am so impressed with how perfect my carpeting and furniture turned out! And everything smells new and fresh! Both Jim and TC were professional and friendly. I told them not to worry about pulling out the couch or the loveseat, and to just do the traffic area in front of the furniture. But, they pulled both big pieces out and cleaned under them, too. And they found nine more kitty toys under the loveseat! Jim and TC have so much pride in doing their jobs, and they pay attention to every small detail. I am recommending Adelmans to my sister! Brenda, her name is Laurie in Oconomowoc, so you will know her when she calls! A wonderful experience from start to finish!

Worst commercial ever !!!NOT MY FAULT !!! do you think the obvious wealthy home owners would just say ...those wacky kids, just call Adleman again. Need carpet cleaning, but I’ll call another service!!! Although the kid in the commercial does have a future in politics

Adelmans did a great job cleaning my apartment carpet as well as the house we were moving into. They worked with our schedule and made everything nice and easy.

Unfortunately, I called after getting my carpets cleaned 1-2 times a month for the last 6 months (new puppy wasnt easily potty trained and still isnt). Ive spent thousands with this company and had a larger carpet cleaning needed (multiple rooms) It came to $440 and I asked for a discount as I am a repeat customer sometimes once every two weeks and the old lady answering the phone said no thats our pricing. I explained I get my carpets cleaned often. She didnt seem to care much. I said I will be calling another company she didnt seem to care much. Pretty short sighted in my opinion. As a business owner myself I would be appalled if my office staff let repeat business go so easily.

Was a loyal customer. I called to have them come out to clean my family room and stairs for 115.00 they agreed, then called me back the day before they were supposed to be here and said that if I didnt add another room to increase the price that they would not come. I will never call them again.

Adelman carpet cleaners is the best in wisconsin.I have used them for over 25 years and have always been pleased.The staff is friendly and family orientated. A lot of people I know have used other cleaning companies but wasnt satisfied. When I referred them to Adelmansthey was very pleased. Even the company I work for as well as my church. They were here happy with their services.If you are looking for good a profession job I would recommend you try Adelmans.

This company to me is a heck alot better then their competitors. They send their best techs out and they get it done, professionally, nicely and to the point when you ask. I wasnt a lead tech or anything but i knew how to get make the customer and or business looking better then what it was. If it wasnt for Mark S, Tony, Brenda, and Gary...i wouldnt have had a first or second chance working here so Thank you all for the pleasure of working there ..what Im trying to say is hire this company for your carpet, furniture, and or leather cleaning needs. Yes they make mistakes cuz they are human like anyone else. But i guarantee, you will have a smile on your face when they are done.
