So I had an issue and needed to talk to the manager or owner. When I called the lady said no its not a good time to speak with her. I asked when would be she said Monday it was Wednesday. Then I asked what is her name she said Debbie. The funny thing is that is the name this person gave when she picked up the phone. Then I looked at their hours and they are closed on Mondays. Its really sad that customer service is a thing of the past. So find a salon that cares because this one does not. They will never get a dime from me again.

Trisha did my bridal parties hair and I think jer name was Kayla did our makeup!! Phenomenal absolutely loved it. If ur on the fence about using these girls my suggestion is to just do it. They were more than expected!! Thank u all so much for making my day all that I wanted and more!

I went here to get all over highlights. I thought they looked good until I got home and really looked through my hair. I have a bunch of bleeds from not being foiled correctly. My bad for trusting the hair technician. I cant believe she let me leave her salon like this! I wont be back again. I would have called and asked for correction but whats the point if they just let you leave their salon knowing its not done correctly. Very disappointed. And if your not very good at doing highlights my recommendation is to let someone else in the salon who is good at just do it or ask for help from them. SmhI just noticed it says they charge $50 for highlights and they charged me 75.

I have been going to Trish at Wentzville House of Beauty for over ten years now. She does a fabulous job with my cut and color, and the staff there are very friendly and hospitable. The stylists stay up on current trends, and they are always seeking out new products for their clients. I dont think I could ever go anywhere else.

Kaylah is amazing. She is so down to earth. Plus she is great at cut and color! She just did my wedding hair and it turned out beautiful..love her

I love this place! I went through 6 previous beauticians and none of them met my expectations until I met Katie. Now I will never see anyone else. Not only is she a hair coloring magician but she Id also an amazing hair stylist and masseuse and she even does great facials! I always enjoy talking with her and the atmosphere there makes you feel at home. Not to mention their prices are better than most salons out there! I highly recommend them!

Nice place to get your hair done.

For years I have been getting my hair done at the beauty school. When there wasnt an opening soon for an appointment I decided to go to a salon. The girls at WHB were so friendly and made me feel so welcomed. I showed the hairdresser a picture of the cut I wanted. Needless to say I got the worst haircut of my life. I will not be going back.

It was very noisy during my massage and the lights were on. I like it dark and quiet. Good massage though.

Ive been there a few times, but every time I go, they are behind on their schedule. The main issue they have is scheduling. The people are overall friendly, but when you wait 1-2 extra hours its not worth it in my opinion. I went in recently to have a massage, and waited 45 minutes until they told me that they couldnt fit me in. They said they tried to call me but didnt have my number (but when I made the appointment by phone, they checked that all my information was up to date...) To be fair, they did offer that if I rescheduled theyd give me a discount, BUT they are always so behind on scheduling that its just not a valuable use of my time as a client.

I have had my hair cut here three times and each time I have loved it. They have wonderful staff members, but Trish is the best. Ask for Trish. :)

My bridesmaid and I had our hair done here for my wedding last friday. Trisha did my hair and did a fantastic half updo. I loved it! They also all made me feel like a princess on my big day. She even was understanding that I had forgotten to put on my button down shirt, and redid some curls I messed up when I changed shirts half way through. They got us in right at our appt. time even though there were lots of people there. And the woman that did my bridesmaids hair also did an awesome job. Couldnt have been a better experience.

I am beside myself with the experience this morning (04/27/2013). My significant other, Tammy, went to Trish, a supposedly hair technician at this facility, to have a French Twist. If you want to see what one looks like, google an image of one. This girl completely messed up Tammys hair, gave her something that was NOT even remotely close to a French Twist...didnt even resemble it. Tammy was in such shock, she came home in tears because we have my daughters wedding to go to.and her hair was at the least embarrassing.I called and definitely complained, and I would not normally do this but in this case, I did...thats how bad it was. Initially they said they would give our money back. 30 minutes later the manager called me, which is Trishs sister, and said they would not refund our money. I expressed to her how terrible of a job Trish did on Tammys hair and she still would not rectify the situation and refused to give us our money back. This establishment is by far the worst salon, not only because they do terrible work but, because they do not treat their clientele fairly. I would in no way keep my customers money for something they were so upset about the poor quality of service.PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SALON!
