I always go to this Beauty Brands but on this visit it was very strange,no one said hello did you need help nothing and I was very disappointed in their greet not warm at all. I will find a different one to go to and have told my friends no more visits to that one for me. Need to tell your staff the guy at register complimented a employee as she came in on her shoes,love those shoes,take the same amount of time out to welcome a customer into your store,we keep you employed.thank you

My regular stylist was booked up but I needed a haircut that day (I’m oddly impulsive about hair) Store was clean and the people were really nice…. But their master stylist gave me the worst chop job I’ve ever had (and I have had some BAD haircuts) sooo I might be back to get my murad face wash but never again a haircut. I ended up going to my neighbors who is a retired hairstylist and she thankfully tried to even it out- she said it looks like she was lazy or in a hurry because she did a NUMBER.

Vicki did my eye brows. Was suppose to clean them up, and she barely did that so I told her to get a few other spots, SHE TOOK OFF THE BOTTOM AND A STRIP THROUGH MY EYE BROW! Once she said she took it off, she had my look and told me I could go. Without even getting the rest of the wax off my face. When I booked, it said “expert” that is definitely not what she is. She shouldn’t be doing eye brows. Period.

Everyone that was working that day was very nice and helpful! Dusti was very personable and knew exactly what I wanted. She covered up my grey hairs very well! 🤣

I need my hair cut every 4 weeks. Ive tried everywhere because Im often short on time but every time I do I regret it. Don is the only person that cuts my hair correctly. He hand scissors it to perfection.

I have shopped their annual liter sale for many years. It is a great time to stock up on high end brands for cheap! Their selection is great! Staff has always been helpful and nice as well.

Everyone that works there is so kind and helpful, one of them called area stores for me to find am item on clearance. That speaks volumes about their customer service. Speaking of clearance...there is always something fantastic you can get at a very reasonable price. The sales are always on and always good. Its also very well stocked.

Vicki is the best! Not only is she a Master DevaCurl Stylist (which is awesome for curly hair!!), she listens and does exactly what I want every single time. She is great with my kids as well. I stopped in Beauty Brands in Wentzville last week and it was my first visit to a Beauty Brands. I was really impressed by the personalized service I received. The staff was really knowledgeable about their products and gave me some great suggestions.

Everyone is so friendly, and all the stylists have great hair and makeup which to me says a lot about what they will do for you.

I regularly shop this location and Abigail is AMAZING!!! She is like my personal shopping assistant while Im there. I feel very pampered and taken care of. LOVE HER!! Love the store!

Literally the best haircut Ive ever had. The stylist Rebecca was awesome. Normally when I blow dry my hair I always need to straighten it after. Rebecca showed me how to dry it with a round brush so its smooth and soft without having to flat iron it. Everyone was friendly and nice. Ill for sure be coming back.

Horrible customer service. I had an appointment scheduled with a woman named Paula to get my lashes lifted. From the second she started talking I was being talked down to and made to feel like Im gross and shouldnt even be here. It was obvious she didnt want to service me and for no reason. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, unless you want to feel like a disgusting piece of trash.

You guys NEVER have what I need in stock. When I go to ask when you plan to get more, you say you get new shipments on Mondays. Well guess what, I just went up there and you STILL didnt have what I need!I tried to buy what I needed online and surprise surprise it too was out of stock on there too. But now thats the sale is over, its available. I understand its during a busy dry shampoo sale but how do you expect people to get what they need when its never in stock in store or even online! Even when there isnt a sale, you dont have anything, the shelves are always bare and I leave frustrated because I cant get what I need.I think Im going to take my business elsewhere. Id rather drive all the way to mid rivers to go to ulta than drive down the street and give you anymore of my money!

Terrible nail salon. Will never go back. $40 gel manicure by Tanys peeled off within 5 days while I was on vacation and had to get them redone in Paris. Upon my return they would not remove my polish as it was done in a foreign country and Rochelle, Assistant Manager, told me to go across the street to Nail Pros to have the polish removed and only offered 20% off my next service. Thats not going to happen. They have lost a good customer. Nail Pros took the polish right off

The first time I went in the girl did an ok job on my hair but instead of taking care of me at a set appointment she tried coloring me in between other appointments so she could leave at a good hour. She left bleach in my hair too long and fried my hair pretty much. Aside from that it still looked decent. It was a good price I guess. So this weekend I went to get a new color made my appointment for 4 on Sunday. I received a call at 2 saying there was a mistake with the booking. So instead of telling me earlier in the day so I could try booking something else they gave me 2 hour notice. There was no other openings. If you cant manage to even keep your booking straight and fry someones hair... You probably shouldnt be in a salon.
